Hotel Monaco was the perfect venue for our wedding. It had the right price, delicious food and an amazing catering/event staff that all combined to make for a perfect wedding day....
Carole made sure details of the tables were taken care of and welcomed my reception assistant with welcome arms when I went to get ready for the big day. The service was amazing!
Overall, we're glad that we chose the hotel as our recpetion site. They did not charge a fee for the room which was great considering most places did. We were a little surprised th...
ough when the prices of the food made up for that. Appetizer trays were very small for the prices but most were very good with the exception of a chicken selection that was rather dry. Our guests raved about the decor of the hotel and how beautiful it was. Carole, the coordinator, was WONDERFUL to work with. She was so helpful and always responded to any questions quickly throughout the planning process. She really went above and beyond to help us make our reception great and to create the look we were going for without going too far over budget. The other staff seemed to get a bit confused about other things such as accomadations and in that area, they needed improvement.
Where do I even start, we had such an amazing stay! The staff, the room, the service, the food, the spa, everything was better than we could have possilby imagined. We had such a gr...
eat experience that we are going back for our anniversary!
