No question was ever too small, and her ability to anticipate our needs gave us so much peace of mind. She played such a huge role in making sure everything came together perfectly. On the day of the wedding, the level of service from the entire staff was outstanding. From setup to execution, everything was handled with care, precision, and warmth. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the space was and how attentive and professional the staff were throughout the event. I cannot speak highly enough about the entire team. They are among the loveliest, most professional, and most fun group you’ll find. The food and drinks are top notch with above and beyond attention to detail, and the whole hotel is full of those little extra special touches, from the guest room art, to the custom printed drinks and cookies! The ballrooms are named after jewels for a reason- this place is an absolute gem!
