n in terms of getting the most bang for your buck. From the ability to arrive on premise at any point in the day (at no additional charge and with breakfast and lunch covered for all those getting ready with you), to a truly insane amount of food (i.e. 15 passed apps, 5 stations during cocktail hour, 1 duet course, 4 customizable entrée options, and a Viennese table or plated dessert), all of which were delicious, to having only one wedding per day (and access to the entire property all day), to not having an administrative fee, to not charging for vendor’s meals or specialty cocktails or the wedding cake, to their special “hospitality” before the ceremony, to having a large dance floor, to Mike T. who is really the heart and soul of the venue and completely removes the need for any kind of wedding planner, the Royalton truly outdid itself. Additionally, the Royalton was able to accommodate some very specific requests from me, my husband, and our family, and our guests are still raving about the amount and quality of the food and drinks. Our friends loved the flavored shots on the dance floor and the hospitality (i.e. a few passed apps before the ceremony). Mike T. was so easy to work with and always accessible whenever we had a question (even if it was about another vendor). He was quick to rectify any issues that came up and very reassuring throughout the 2 years between when we signed our contract (they accepted all of our redlines by the way) and our wedding day. He also provided great advice (e.g. suggesting to shave ½ an hour off the after-party and add it to the cocktail hour, which I would highly recommend). A few small hiccups: 1. We had a small issue with our tasting (i.e. a sauce we had requested wasn’t provided but again, Mike fixed it) 2. The soup for our duet course was poured too early in the evening (and thus was cold by the time the guests ate it) 3. We didn’t discuss dietary restrictions for breakfast and lunch in advance (and one of my friends who is gluten and dairy free needed a special meal made for her--the Royalton again was able to fix in the moment but I wish they had anticipated this in advance). 4. A major issue with the music for the after party (i.e. I had been told that all I needed was a Spotify playlist and my phone. However, the Royalton didn’t have a USB-C connector to their AV system, and my bridal attendant wound up telling me about this in the middle of my last dance. I had given her my phone far earlier in the day when the issue could have been identified and much more easily rectified, and I wish she had gone to any other person to figure it out--not the bride in the middle of the last song of the night. ly one wedding a day there -- and provides a very beautiful scenery and backdrop, both inside the mansion and outside. From Day 1, Arturo has been phenomenal and very detail-oriented, providing alot of helpful suggestions throughout the planning process, and made it very stress-free for us! Arturo was very helpful with the menu planning and food tasting leading up to the event, and helped put together a timeline of the day's activities. We got a lot of very happy feedback about the amazing venue, great food, especially cocktail hour and the Venetian desserts. The day's events were hectic with the photographer, officiant, DJ, florist etc. but Arturo and Mike helped make sure everything was coordinated and things went smoothly during the day. All of the staff everywhere was super friendly, patient and accommodating to all of our guests. Some folks have said this was the “best wedding” they’ve been to! Thanks again to Arturo, Mike and Michelle for making it such a special day!

The event went smoother and better than I could have imagined, and I would do it all over again, the same exact way. look at it and I knew right away that I trusted them and booking there would make my day so easy. Mike T is the kindest, most professional human being I have ever met. He was so flexible the entire planning process and made it SO EASY. My father has health issues and my sister has a severe disability and he was so accommodating offering to help us any way that he could while planning throughout the year. He made sure my sister was able to privately see the venue and ensured we could make plans to accommodate her throughout the day. I will never forget his kindness. Arturo was also incredible, amazing with planning and made the day effortless. They included a bridal attendant for the day, her name was Brianna and she took really good care of me. Plus having the venue for myself the entire day was a game changer. I was even able to drop off all my things the day before so the morning of everything was already there. Plus they fed us breakfast, coffee, mimosas and then light lunch before we left for the church. Everything day of went smoothly. They were so welcoming to all of my vendors and took good care of them. The food was amazing for cocktail hour and dinner, and no lines at the bars! Please, please, please consider this venue- they will take care of you, you won’t be disappointed!

ut thats what the Royalton provided. the grounds at the Royalton are well maintained and stunning for views. We chose to get married at their courtyard option in front of a large antique door outside. This was a big part of our decision to chose the venue. The ceremony was super important to us and the photos speak for themselves. Aside from that the rooms are well maintained and are classy/tasteful without being too much. The bridal and grooms suites were excellent and the Royalton doesnt pull any punches as you are the only wedding of the day making the most out of the grounds you are paying for. The bridal party arrived as early as 6:45 and a light breakfast and lunch were provided. That extends to the services the staff at the Royalton, who had such attention to detail and was well proportioned for wedding size. Everything was extremely well coordinated by Micahel & Arturo. My wife especially loved her bridal attendant, Michelle, who made the day fun and stress free. All of the staff made sure to keep things flowing while actually allowed us to enjoy our wedding. The royalton also has an amazing partnership with our vendors including barattini productions and keith from first look photo. The team came together seamlessly and really made the wedding special. Lets now the important stuff- The food. Our cocktail hour was stunning with 5 stations, each with plenty of options. My personal favorite was the jewish deli station. There were also a number of pass appetizers including but not limited to mini beef wellingtons (our favorite). The food was so good at the cocktail hour that our friends from out of state actually thought it was the dinner. One guest from PA said “we need to go to more weddings in NY.” For the the bride and groom, a private selection of the cocktail hour was provided after the ceremony. This allowed us to get some alone time after our beautiful ceremony and guaranteed that we were able to eat a bit before greeting our guests. The dinner and burrata appetizer was amazing. Particularlly the chilean sea bass was a hit easily on par with fine dining quality. Finally the dessert bar was a viennese table with espresso martinis, ice cream, choclate fondue, and many other treats. To be honest the pictures speak for themselves. The cake was included from dortoni bakery in levitown, which we were able to schedule a tasting and then the venue handled all ordered from there. As for drinks you wont go thirsty or be disappointed at the royalton, everything is top shelf and they even do a round of shots on the dance floor to get the party going. There were also never lines at the bars. I would 100% recommend the royalton, one of long islands best kept secrets!

Not to mention my bridal attendant Brianna who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of along with my husband. She truly made me feel like I had nothing to worry about and all I needed to do was enjoy the party. Every time I think of our day I can't help but smile and all this has to do with the AMAZING team at the Royalton!

turo have been amazing since the first day we stepped in the front door to tour the Royalton. They truly make you feel like family. Communication has been very clear and they made us feel right at home. From that first conversation, everything was about us. We were able to make the Royalton our dream wedding and they never said no to any idea or ask. All of our guests have said this is the best wedding they have ever been to. We have received tons of compliments on how beautiful the venue is, the variation and amount of food at cocktail hour, and how every single dinner came out hot and in a timely fashion. All of the staff was professional and cared so much. Arturo was amazing and even gave the groom his own collar stays when we realized he forgot them. Michelle (the bridal attendant) was phenomenal. She kept all 13 bridesmaids organized and fulfilled every need / ask while taking phenomenal care of the bride. She was always around taking care of everyone and was on her feet from 7 am - 11:30 pm. We couldn’t be more thankful for this incredible team. Our wedding night was everything we have dreamed of and more thanks to The Royalton.

you will not find this level of professionalism and attention to detail anywhere else in the TriState area. Mike T. and his staff are experts in what they do and work seamlessly behind the scenes to ensure your day is perfection. The venue itself is timelessly elegant and the grounds are always pristine. The food is Michelin-level quality and our guests cannot stop raving about the amount of options you are given for cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert with the Viennese table. When you work with Mike T., you know you will be in the best hands. He is always patient and easy to work with. He will answer all of your questions and handle any task big or small. He is special. Booking your wedding at the Royalton Mansion means that you will not only have stunning photos, but more importantly stress-free wedding day. Mike T. and his staff take care of all the behind-the-scenes details so that you and your partner can focus on having fun and truly being in the moment. I cannot recommend this place more highly — it is a gem on Long Island and I feel so lucky to have been married here.

Working with them has extremely changed how we view hosting and attending an event. Firstly, one very important detail that made us select The Royalton Mansion was the fact that they host one event a day. There is no one event at a time like other venues that will rush you out to prepare for the next event that day. No, when you book the Mansion it is Yours for the entire day. The entire building is yours. The bridal suite is a real bridal suite. The room for the bridal party is massive and STUNNING for photos. The groomsmen have their own room! There is a large family room for hair/makeup and getting ready! And THEY FEED YOU breakfast and lunch! What a relief it was to not have to pay additional somewhere else for a place to et ready and to feed the party. Secondly, the beautiful vision that Michael and the staff at the Royalton have for hosting weddings finalized our decision. Michael stayed with us in the planning process every step of the way. My bridal attendant Brianna was perfection. She took such good care of me in getting ready and during the entire day. From assisting in photos to hurdling our family to making sure my husband and I got to eat and drink something. If it weren't for her, I would not have had a bite of food! Arturo our Maitre'd was phenomenal. The entire event was spectacular and everyone that attended has not stopped raving about it. One of the biggest hits all around? ALL of the food!! Everything was delicious and beautifully made. ALL the compliments to the chef! Honestly, we want to go back and attend any event at the Royalton so we can enjoy the experience and the food! Run, don't walk, RUN to call them and book your event with The Royalton Mansion. It will be the best decision you make in your wedding planning.

His acute attention to detail sets him apart from all other managers that we met with. He makes sure that your day proceeds seamlessly. All of the staff, from waiters, bartenders, attendants and managers, especially Arturo, are very well trained and extremely attentive, friendly and professional. All of our guests raved about the exceptional service and how much they loved the food. The food was 5 star restaurant quality, from the amazing presentation to the taste. Any worries that you may have will quickly melt away knowing that all of the staff truly wants to make your experience exceptional. Everything was perfect. Thank you to the whole staff!
