Prior to that position, Rachel was the Director of Private Events and Catering Sales at The Woodmere Club, along with Tam O’Shanter Country Club. This is where Rachel was on site at both properties coordinating all Private, Kosher and Member events. Rachel was the Banquet and Catering Sales Manager at The Sands of Lido Beach. Whether it is small or large, executing each event to perfection is her specialty. Rachel doesn’t miss a beat when it comes to making each affair her priority. He has amassed an extensive working experience in multiple cuisines such as Modern American, Italian, French, Asian, Mediterranean, Latin and Caribbean. I honestly don't even know where to start with The Royalton on the Greens! This place is such a hidden gem and my wedding was an absolute dream! The Royalton on the Greens is unbelievable-The venue itself, the food, the staff, the service, the atmosphere, the bridal suite- everything! I got ready in their brand new bridal suite and my getting-ready photos are amazing! And they fed us all morning. The best part is they only have one wedding per day, and you have access to the grounds for the entire day. So many venues told us we could only take photos two hours prior, so being at The Greens all day was amazing to us. And it really makes you feel so special watching them setup for just your event. And the grounds? Stunning! Our wedding photos are so beautiful, I cannot get enough of the ones at the bridge. And I have to say, Rachel and Jorge are an absolute dream team to work with! Rachel is not just their coordinator but so much more. She is your day-of coordinator, content creator, therapist, wedding planner, friend and hype girl- she's incredible. I have never met any venue coordinator more involved than her. On my wedding day she actually took so many photos and videos and sent them to me the next day. It was such a nice surprise to have those memories and see so much of what I didn't get to! And Heather, the bridal attendant- also a dream. I dropped everything off in the bridal suite the day before my wedding and hung my dress and all the bridesmaid's pjs, and they steamed everything for me. I swear I didn't lift a finger. Heather and Rachel were right at my side all day, holding my veil, bustling my dress.. I was so grateful for them. Trust me you do not need a day-of coordinator or content-creator if you book here. Save your money! And one of my favorite parts is that we got to actually CREATE our entire menu! Jorge literally said, "when you go out to dinner, pay attention to the meals you love and bring them here to create your menu." I mean, how fun is that! It was such a nice way to incorporate our taste and add some fancier dishes to our menu. We had so much fun sitting with Jorge and listening to the way he pairs food so creatively and differently than most places. And the food tasting was such a nice date night and got us so excited for the big day. On the day of our wedding, Jorge and Aldo made sure everything was setup beautifully and perfectly. I felt like I had a whole squad taking care of us. And honestly, so many guests complimented the service and felt like they had their own personal server. No one had an empty drink in hand. And let me tell you about the cocktail hour! The room is like an old study meets cigar lounge. It's what originally sold me as soon as I saw it. My favorite part- I wanted a margarita station with the Mexican table and Jorge made it happen. Our guests LOVED it. And everyone loved the food, no one left hungry. SO. MUCH. FOOD. If you have a big Italian family, trust me this is your place! They put a grill outside on the balcony and grilled kabobs! Talk of the town with our guests. And the chef is incredible. People are still raving about the entire night which is so nice to hear. I absolutely loved everything about my wedding day and cannot recommend the Greens enough. Rachel and Jorge really make you feel like family there and when you're spending so much money, it's so important to love who you're working with. And we truly did!!

My husband and I got married at The Royalton on The Greens on October 10th, and I truly don’t even know where to begin. From my very first visit all the way through the wedding day, Rachel and Jorge were nothing short of incredible. They were intentional with every conversation, every detail, and every request I made to ensure our day was perfect.
When I arrived for my first meeting, I realized I grew up with Rachel's daughter which immediately made me feel comfortable. Rachel gave suggestions throughout the meetings and she was spot on with every single one. Their level of care is something you just don’t see everywhere.
I also have to mention Ruth, my bridal attendant, because she was absolutely amazing. She was constantly checking in on me, always making sure I had a drink in hand, and tending to anything I needed before I even had to ask. She looked after my family (especially the little ones) with so much warmth and patience. Ruth was one of those people who quietly held the entire day together, and I am so grateful for her.
And the food… I still have people texting me about it. The menu is fully customizable, even down to the sauces...every single dish was outstanding. They also provided previously created weddings which gave us ideas and all I can say is WOW. Aldo, the chef is unreal! He will make anything you want, completely customized and everything we tried was 10/10! I was able to hand-pick all my passed hors d’oeuvres for cocktail hour, and they even let us combine stations so we could have everything we wanted. The servers were so sweet that guests came up to me during the wedding just to tell me how wonderful they were. Having one server per table made the service smooth, timely, and elegant—true white-glove hospitality.
The grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the combined bridal suite was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for spending time with my bridal party. We got married at the church and they allowed us to come to the venue right after to get the party started. They greeted guests with trays of our signature drinks as they walked in, and something I appreciated so much—they opened cocktail hour early as people arrived, which so many venues refuse to do. It made everything feel welcoming and relaxed right from the start.
I’m the FIFTH sibling in my family to get married in the last 4 years so we've seen a lot of venues and we're not shy with our opinions. Every single one of them was blown away. Truly, I’ve been to over 15 weddings myself, and nothing has compared (maybe I’m a little biased, but the feedback from everyone definitely backs it up!).
I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about Rachel, Jorge, Ruth, Aldo, the service, the food, the staff...everything. The Royalton on The Greens gave us the wedding of our dreams, and I would choose them again a thousand times over.

The Royalton on the Greens is a one-of-a-kind venue. My husband and I got married on November 8th, 2025, and the night was unforgettable. The team, including Rachel, Jorge, and Juvi made the process of planning the wedding seamless. The team from the day we booked was accommodating and so helpful. Rachel gave a timeline of when each vendor should be booked and was present throughout the entire process. One of the best parts of this venue is the food. The menu is completely customizable. Getting to sit down with Jorge and create a menu that my showcased my husband and I’s favorite things was so special. They gave us suggestions, but nothing was off the table. No other venue had flexibility like this one. The food turned out amazing and people are still talking about the cocktail hour food. The staff truly cared about us as a couple as well. They made sure we had water and drinks all night and even pulled us during cocktail hour to have us eat all the cocktail hour food before the chaos took over. They were so accommodating to some family members with allergies and checked in with the parents and bridal party to ensure they were taken care of as well. The staff felt like part of the family by the end of the night, and I can’t recommend this venue enough. The effort the team put into the day made it a stress-free day that was so enjoyable. Thank you Royalton on the Greens for making our wedding day so unforgettable and special!

I recently had the joy of attending two incredible weddings at this venue, and both experiences were absolutely outstanding. The first was as a bridesmaid, and the second was as a plus-one to my boyfriend’s friend’s wedding. In both cases, I was blown away.
I had the pleasure of meeting the managers, Jorge and Rachel, who run the space with such care, professionalism, and genuine passion. You can truly feel the pride they take in creating unforgettable celebrations.
Their team is just as exceptional. Juvi and Isaac, in particular, stood out with their warmth, attention to detail, and sincere dedication to making every guest feel welcomed and cared for. The entire atmosphere and flow of the events were seamless and beautifully executed.
At both weddings, the food was phenomenal—so much variety during cocktail hour and delicious courses throughout the evening. A standout detail for me was the wine service at each table and the thoughtful drink pairings during cocktail hour.
If you’re looking for a venue that combines stunning surroundings with an extraordinary staff who consistently go above and beyond, this is the place. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Loved, loved, loved this venue!

We had such an amazing experience with the Royalton on The Greens. From the first tour up until our wedding day, Rachel and team were incredibly kind, personable and responsive to all our questions. We absolutely loved the unique vibe the Royalton had in comparison to other venues we previously toured or visited. Most of all, we loved that we were not handed cookie cutter menus options to choose from. The Royalton on The Greens allows you to fully customize your food options for cocktail hour, dinner and dessert. Jorge was so helpful in this process as well. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our choice to have our wedding at the Royalton on The Greens!

My now husband and I recently had our wedding at the Royalton on the Greens on October 5, 2025, and it was everything we could have asked for and more! When we were doing our initial venue search, we had a long list of venues to inquire with, and from the very beginning The Royalton on the Greens was a clear front runner.
Within a few weeks of our first visit, we were ready to sign the contract. There are so many reasons we made this choice… but just to name a few: no up-charge for any foods (including premium foods), ability to fully customize the menu for cocktail hour and dinner, no hidden fees (like admin fees or site fees… which could get VERY HIGH at other venues we looked at), and so much more!
Rachel helped lay out all the next steps once we signed the contract. From payment schedule, to when we had to schedule the food tasting, and even a referral to a wedding dress shop!! Truly amazing service.
When it came time for our menu, the world was our oyster - we could literally serve our guests anything we wanted (within reason of course). Rachel and Jorge sent us examples of what had been done before - passed apps and stations for cocktail hour and menus from past events - and we could pick and choose to build our own menu.
When we sat down with Jorge he really brought our vision to life. We went into the meeting with ideas (and a number of items that weren’t on the provided lists) and he really ran with it - our menu was personalized to us! The main example I have is Jorge helped us create a Korean BBQ station. It was totally new to the venue and Jorge talked to Chef about it… and made it happen! That station was 100% us and we were so happy that Jorge and Chef were able to make it happen!! Also, the quality of the food was impeccable - we got so many compliments on the food and service throughout the entire event!
As our wedding got closer, Jorge guided us on logistics for our wedding cake. The venue uses Dortoni’s and all we needed to do was call for a tasting appointment, then give Jorge the details for him to handle the logistics and ordering - we didn’t have to do anything. With so many moving parts for a wedding, it was nice to not have to handle something!
Last but certainly not least, once it was the week and day of the wedding Jorge and Aldo were available and ready to help with anything. The Thursday before our wedding, we dropped all boxes off at the venue and walked Jorge through everything, and even talked about tables, ceremony details, et al. Jorge was available, helpful, and answered all of our questions (and we had a lot). My bridal attendant, Heather, was also phenomenal! With me every step of the way through the entire day, could not have been more lucky. Not to mention on the day of the wedding, Aldo lifted me in the chair during the horah, he stepped in because he saw a need to - 1000% above and beyond!
Overall the experience with the Royalton on the Greens and the entire staff, Rachel, Jorge, Aldo, and Heather, was 1000/10! Would recommend everyone look at the venue for your wedding!!

We had such a great experience hosting our wedding at Royalton on the Greens! We got such rave reviews from all of our guests!
Rachel and Jorge were so great to work with, and so responsive from the early planning stages up until the wedding day. Our favorite part was the food! Unlike a lot of venues we toured where you have to choose your menu from a fixed list of options, Jorge encouraged us to be as creative as we wanted. So we had them put together several menu items inspired by family recipes.
Aldo and Juvi were also so helpful, catering to every one of our needs. A couple days before the wedding, one of our speakers asked if there would be a lectern or stand to put his note cards on during his speech. When they couldn't find anything suitable on hand, Aldo immediately went and overnight ordered a lectern for him to use! Amazing!

We had the most incredible experience working with the team at Royalton on the Greens for our wedding! From the very beginning, Rachel was so warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. She made the planning process feel seamless and was supportive every step of the way.
Jorge was absolutely amazing when it came to planning the food and overall event. He worked closely with us to create a custom menu that reflected exactly what we wanted, and everything turned out delicious and beautifully presented. His attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our vision meant so much to us.
On the day of the wedding, everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Ruth, my bridal attendant — she was truly the BEST! From the moment I arrived, she was by my side, making sure I had everything I needed. Her kindness, attentiveness, and calm energy made such a difference on such a high energy day!
The venue itself was absolutely stunning. It was everything we dreamed of and more — elegant, romantic, and the perfect setting for our celebration. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful everything was and how well everything flowed.

I had my absolute dream wedding at Royalton on the Greens in September and cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire team. From the very first meeting, Rachel, the Sales Director, made the process easy, exciting, and stress-free. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, responsive, and detail-oriented, truly a joy to work with and someone who goes above and beyond to make you feel taken care of every step of the way.
The grounds and ballroom are absolutely stunning, providing the perfect backdrop for our special day. On the wedding day, everything was flawless. Jorge, the General Manager, and the Executive Chef ensured that every detail was executed perfectly. The food was outstanding!!! beautifully prepared, abundant, and truly amazing. Our guests could not stop raving about it. Jorge’s commitment to excellence gave us such peace of mind and made us feel like we were in the best possible hands.
Our maître d, Aldo, was phenomenal. He handled the flow of the day seamlessly, anticipating every need before we even thought of it. And my bridal attendant, Juvi, was truly the best! She was by my side all day, making sure I had everything I needed, from bustling my dress to keeping me calm and comfortable.
The Royalton on the Greens team is second to none. They are professional, warm, and absolutely dedicated to making your day perfect. My husband and I had our wedding at the royalton on the greens in Melville Long Island. Our experience was phenomenal from the staff, the beautiful venue space, and the incredible service. We initially met with Rachel who gave us the run down of ALL the details regarding the venue, pricing, and what was included (no loop holes, no surprises). I appreciate the fact that the pricing was broken down and explained so that we knew exactly what to expect with tax and all.
After the meeting with Rachel and this being the second venue we visited, it was already decided and we secured our date with the royalton. Every other encounter afterwards was a thrill. Rachel was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. You could imagine the amount of work that goes into planning a wedding, and to have that support was amazing! Rachel made time for us and walked us through the entire process until the very end.
I LOVE that with the royalton we get to personalize our menu! I’m telling you this was one of the least stressful parts especially if you love food! We coordinated with George for the menu who was FANTASTIC! by the way. He is very knowledgeable and skilled with what he does. Although we ultimately decided on what we wanted for our menu he provided us with various of options and was very insightful throughout. My family as well as my husband’s family are from the Caribbean, St. Lucia and Jamaica, so we were able to include dishes from our islands, as opposed to solely having the “generic” Caribbean food. Aldo is also someone who we loved when planning our wedding at the royalton, anytime we were there for a vendor visit or anything at all, he was very attentive and catered to us each time.
Honestly, words can’t really explain the overall relief and comfort we were given when working with the entire staff at the royalton on the greens, and if you are looking for a very personable wedding then you can not go wrong with choosing the royalton. If I could go back in time I would definitely choose them again

Our daughter’s wedding at Royalton on the Greens exceeded every expectation. Rachel Slavin, the Sales Director, was an absolute joy to work with — responsive, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. With Rachel by our side, there was no need for a separate day-of coordinator; she guided us through every detail and truly personalized the entire process. She helped us design a menu with Jorge, the General Manager, and the Executive Chef, and the food was outstanding — beautifully prepared and served with care. On the big day, Aldo, the maître d’, handled every aspect of the event seamlessly and made sure our family and guests were always cared for. The combination of Rachel’s thoughtful planning, Jorge’s leadership, the Executive Chef’s culinary excellence, and Aldo’s flawless execution created a wedding that was not only beautiful, but stress-free and unforgettable. We are so grateful to the entire Royalton team!
By the way, we had gone to a wedding there two years prior and we were impressed then, which was one of the reasons we knew about it and considered it, and we are thrilled we did. The food, atmosphere, and overall service were impeccable. As the father of the bride that also paid for it, I am thrilled we went with Royalton and without hesitation wholeheartedly recommend it, especially being able to work with someone as terrific as Rachel.

I wanted to share our incredible experience at the Kline wedding we attended, on September 6th 2025, at The Royalton on the Greens in Long Island, NY. This venue is one of the finest we’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. Situated in a private, gated area, the location provided a sense of security and exclusivity. It’s amazing to think that, despite being from Long Island, we never knew this beautiful place was nestled in our backyard. The stunning grounds were picture-perfect, offering a beautiful backdrop for photos. The venue and its staff truly went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a fantastic time. They were impeccably dressed, professional, and extremely accommodating. The cocktail hour was nothing short of spectacular. There were various stations featuring pasta, shellfish, an assortment of meats, and charcuterie. However, the sushi station really stood out for us. We never had to wait long for drinks, thanks to the multiple bars around the room and the attentive staff walking around with wine and champagne. One particular memorable highlight was the ice sculpture serving shots of your choice. A unique touch! There was an abundance of staff passing around delicious hors d’oeuvres, including lamp chops. For the main course, we had options of duck, fish, and steak, all of which were perfectly prepared. We genuinely felt like we were dining in a top-tier restaurant.
Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with The Royalton on the Greens and would highly recommend it to anyone for a remarkable venue.

We had our wedding at Royalton on the Greens, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. 10/10!!!!! The food was phenomenal—our guests are literally still raving about it. We were able customize our own dinner menu and also had a large and unique cocktail hour (vodka bar with caviar, mini hotdogs with whiskey shooters, paella station, etc). Jorge was very accommodating and worked with us to personalize the food to really represent who we are!
The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Jorge made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. A special shoutout goes to the bridal attendants Juvi and Heath-they were truly amazing and so extremely helpful throughout the whole day.
We couldn’t have imagined a better experience. If you’re looking for a venue that combines incredible food, exceptional service, and staff who genuinely care, I highly recommend the Royalton on the Greens.

We had our wedding here May 2025 and I cannot rave about this venue ENOUGH. Every staff member was a pleasure to work with and made our dream a reality. From the start of planning, Rachel made us feel so welcome and so reassuring. Jorge, Aldo and staff worked endlessly and made everything beautiful. All our guests are still raving about the food!! And our INCREDIBLE bridal assistant, Michelle was the BEST and had our best interests all day. Our dream became a reality thanks to Royalton on the Greens!!

My wife and I got married at The Royalton on The Greens in May and had the night of our lives! Neither of us had been to a wedding here before, but fell in love after visiting for the first time. Aside from the beauty of the venue itself, a few things we loved included:
-The food
-Unlike other venues, we were not confined to a set choice of options for both cocktail hour and dinner, but worked with the team to create menus that were unique to us that we know everyone would love. The team was willing to make whatever we dreamt of come to life in a truly delicious way.
-We had heard from my parents’ close friend who had been to a wedding here that the food was so fantastic they didn’t eat the entire day before our wedding. Both the amount and quality of the food were amazing. We are still getting compliments to this day!
-The staff
-Rachel was extremely involved and helpful during planning. We didn’t hire a wedding planner/coordinator because Rachel was always willing to help answer questions, give advice, etc. We couldn’t have done it without her!
-Jorge was instrumental in crafting the menu with us and ensuring everything went smoothly on the big day. Like Rachel, he was helpful answering questions and giving advice. A true professional.
-The bridal attendant was on point the day of. She was on top of all the little details and kept us both at ease and present. Although my wife claimed she was too nervous to eat, she made sure she had plenty of cocktail hour food available in our room and had a base in her stomach before the party started.
-The wait staff was attentive and friendly throughout the night. Each of our 21 tables had their own server so they never felt forgotten.
We only have great things to say about The Royalton on The Greens and will hold onto these memories forever. We cannot recommend them enough for a wedding!

The Royalton was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Jorge and Rachel are with you every step … you dont even need a planner when you have them! From the gorgeous grounds to customized menu it really feels like the perfect day. We also loved being the only wedding. The food was DELICIOUS which makes it even better. My bridal attendant Michelle had the best personality and was phenomenal. She was by my side all day and was such a help with making the day go smoothly. If you are looking for a country club vibe you must check this out!!

We had our wedding at Royalton on the Greens on April 26, 2025, and it was everything we dreamed of and more!!
From the moment we first toured the venue with Rachel, we knew this was the place. Not only is the space beautiful, but having the entire venue to ourselves made the experience feel even more special and intimate.Being able to get ready on site, have our ceremony there, take all of our photos, and stay in one place all day made everything so seamless and stress-free. It really allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment without worrying about logistics or transportation. The space is stunning, but what truly sets this venue apart is the incredible team behind it.
Rachel was such a calming and knowledgeable presence throughout the entire planning process. She helped us with so much of our planning, assisting with small details, giving us creative inspiration, offering suggestions with food and drinks, and navigating all of our timelines. Rachel made us feel comfortable and so excited for our wedding day throughout our planning. It was so easy for us and our families to work with Rachel and her team. She answered our every question, no matter what time it was, and really helped personalize our day to make it everything we could have wanted! We didn’t even need to hire a separate wedding planner or day-of coordinator because she was that helpful and organized!
When it came time to plan our menu, Jorge made the experience so much fun. He was so kind and made us feel comfortable from the moment we met him. He sat down with us to fully customize everything from cocktail hour stations to our dinner selections. He was able to guide us through and bring our ideas to life while offering suggestions to elevate each station. The food was beyond incredible! Every single dish was delicious, and our guests are still raving about it weeks later! We wish we can go back just to taste everything all over again! Huge kudos to the chef and kitchen team.
On the day of, Aldo and the entire staff were on top of every detail. They were professional, attentive, and made everything run seamlessly. I don’t think we would if been able to have the amazing day we did without him and his team! We were truly able to relax and enjoy every moment knowing we were in such capable hands.
We are so grateful to Royalton on the Greens for helping bring our vision to life. If you’re considering this venue, book it! You will be so well taken care of, and your wedding will be unforgettable!!!!

Our venue experience was truly amazing from the beginning. They made you feel welcome and appreciated every step of the way. The staff was professional and listened to everything we wanted. The grounds for our pictures were also absolutely breath-taking. I especially loved how we can completely create our own menu from cocktail to dinner and dessert. It was such a special touch to hand pick all of the items our guests could be eating. I would definitely recommend the Royalton to anybody.

We had a phenomenal experience at the Greens. The wedding night exceeded expectations! The room looked gorgeous and the staff were so attentive. My in laws from Manhattan could not believe the professionalism and attentiveness of staff. Rachel was so helpful throughout the whole wedding process and Jorge was as well. Rachel was amazing to work with and helped me set up my law firm’s holiday party at the Royalton on the Greens. The custom menu that Rachel and I decided on was a hit and everyone was raving about the food for days. Between the lobster bisque in a bread bowl to the filet mignon everything was so thought out and presentation was beautiful. Jorge was also present at the party to make sure everything went smoothly.
Aldo, the catering manager, set up the library and the ballroom so perfect that there wasn’t one thing I would have done different. Aldo was very attentive to all of the guests.
The bartender remembered everyone’s drink and had everyone’s drink ready as she saw the guest approached the bar. She had one great memory!
Overall the Royalton on the Greens and all the workers were amazing. I am already booking next year’s holiday’s party and would recommend this venue for any event or a wedding. The place is stunning.

We had to privilege of getting married at The Royalton on the Greens on a beautiful Sunday this past November. Everyone on the Royalton team was super professional, personal and helped to make our day flawless! From the start of our menu creating until our sneaker change after our parent dances, The Royalton exceed our expectations!!!
Brian and I wanted various personalized decorations throughout the venue. Rachel, Jorge and Aldo gave suggestions and set things perfectly for our guests. They encouraged customized touches throughout the entire venue. We truly felt that we had the whole property to ourselves for the entire day. There was ZERO stress when I stepped foot inside The Royalton On the Greens on our wedding day.
Rachel helped immensely with fine details. She was available for us 24/7 throughout the entire planning process.
The food at the Royalton was 100% the best food we have ever had at a wedding. Jorge encouraged us to be adventurous with different flavors and cuisines for both the cocktail hour and dinner. No other venue lets you come in with your own spreadsheet telling them what flavors you want to eat on your wedding day.
Here are some highlights,
a newly created Key Lime Pie Margarita for a signature drink and Key lime pie shots passed around on the dance floor. Spicy Tuna Sticky Rice and Birria Quesadilla's passed around at Cocktail Hour. Lastly, ice-cream scooped into mini NY Mets Helmets at our dessert bar.
Look no further! Our family and friends are still talking about how great our wedding was at The Royalton on the Greens.

Incredible Venue, everything we could’ve imagined. Jorge and Rachel are the best, they were so accommodating with every request we had. My son had his wedding on 10/18/24 at Royalton on the Greens. It was beyond all expectations. I very rarely write reviews but Jorge, Aldo and the crew did a fabulous job the entire day. The bridal attendant was also awesome. I feel like this place is a hidden gem and not many people have heard of it so I wanted to give them their props. I believe it was formerly the Half Hollow Hills Country Club. If you are looking for a wedding venue definitely check this place out. We received so many complements from our guests. Also, the pictures on the grounds were breathe taking. They received some sneak peaks from the photographer the night of the wedding and they were unbelievable. I definitely recommend this place !!!

I don’t even know where to begin! We had our wedding at The Royalton on the Greens on 9/27/2024, and it was, without a doubt, the best night of our lives. I’m still getting nonstop texts from friends and family raving about the food, the stunning grounds, the incredible staff-and yes, especially THE FOOD! Jorge and his team are nothing short of extraordinary. You can tell they love what they do, and that passion shines through in every detail.
The Greens was the first venue I toured, and as soon as I walked in, I was overwhelmed by how breathtaking the space was-I actually started crying (lol). My dad and now-husband told me I had to check out seven more venues before making a decision, but no matter where I went, I couldn’t stop thinking about The Royalton. It had already captured my heart. So, we booked it, and from that moment on, everything was an absolute dream.
Fast forward to the big day itself-my bridal attendant provided by the Royalton was nothing short of amazing. She was by my side from 7 AM (my bridal party, mother, and I got ready there) to midnight, making sure every single detail was perfect. I couldn’t believe how dedicated she was-she even appeared during our photo session to lend a hand! I absolutely loved her. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and so genuinely caring. And honestly, the entire staff blew me away. Everyone was so polite and professional; I’m still at a loss for words.
And saving the best for last-Jorge. He isn’t just one of the nicest people I’ve ever met; he’s someone who truly loves what he does and takes pride in making magic happen. My parents absolutely adored him, as did my now husband and I. In fact, the other day my dad joked, “What are we going to do without Jorge? We already miss him!” Anytime I had a question or concern, I’d send him an email, and he was quick to respond and resolve it. His attention to detail and dedication were truly unmatched. THANK YOU JORGE!!
If you're searching for a venue that feels magical and offers impeccable service, The Royalton on the Greens is it. They made our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more.

Rachel and Jorge are an amazing team and SO easy to work with. They made everything so seamless throughout the very stressful journey of wedding planning. No words of gratitude could express our thanks and appreciation for the Royalton on the Greens team! Our wedding was truly a dream come true, all thanks to them! Rachel and Jorge are AMAZING. They made the process fun, smooth, and easy and were more than accommodating to anything we needed! From the moment we met Rachel we knew we were in good hands. Rachel answered every question, offered suggestions, shared ideas, and as our wedding approached, she answered every message (no matter what time!). She was truly such a pleasure (& SO much fun) to work with & we will miss her dearly! Jorge continued the process seamlessly. He worked with us to create the most perfect menu for the cocktail hour, reception, and desserts. All of which were specifically and specially catered to what my husband and I wanted. Truly, no other venue lets you customize your food selection to this extent. Not only was the spread incredible, but our guests RAVED about DELICIOUS food and the service. The night of our wedding, Jorge was attentive, accommodating, kind, and incredibly hardworking. Rachel and Jorge’s professionalism, kindness, honesty, hard work, paired with their attention to detail, and love and care for what they do, made our wedding SO special. From the moment my now Husband and I stepped foot into the Royalton on the Greens, we immediately knew we had to have our wedding there. We were greeted by Rachel, who throughout the entire planning process was so, so helpful and warm. She was a big reason why I felt so drawn to the Greens – she was like a second mom to me with keeping me calm and providing the best recommendations and advice during the year of planning! Every time we went in to see her and the space, new fun ideas were shared, and it became such a special experience!
Jorge was another reason why this venue is unbelievable – not only did he help us build the most BEAUTIFUL cocktail hour experience and delicious menu, but when I had a lash extension mishap after happy crying during my ceremony, he drove over to CVS and picked up lash glue for me! I don’t know what other place would do something like that; they were so attentive and we really felt so taken care of. My bridal attendant Heather always made sure my husband and I were fed and had a full drink in hand.
The ground themselves are beautiful with all the greenery and the waterfall views as you enter the community, and the cocktail hour room makes you feel like you’re in a dark, romantic library… it felt our aesthetic so perfectly!
Wedding planning was so stressful but I would go back in a heart beat and do it all again with this team. When I think back about this day I have so many happy memories, and I have to say the Royalton on the Greens was 100% the reason it all ran so smoothly – this is a well oiled machine and I believe they are the best in the business!

Last, but not least Aldo and Paola were also part of the staff who made our day run SO smoothly. Their warm personalities, expertise, and ability to make sure everything is in order was appreciated. It felt so nice not having to think, because they took care of it all. My sister in law’s heel was completely broken, and I still don’t know how she did it, but Paola fixed it and my sister in law danced the whole night away in the heels. They were there for everything we needed even before you knew you needed it.
I could go on and on about how amazing this place is and how special it is to us. Again, the staff was incredible, the food was amazing, the drinks were flowing. Our wedding was night to remember, and everyone is so calm and walk you through everything. Again, please book this place you won’t regret it!!!

If I can give the Royalton on the Greens a million stars I would. I had my wedding here August of 2024 and it was absolutely incredible, stunning, amazing, all of the above. My husband and I looked at about 8-10 venues and the Royalton was the last on our list. As soon as we sat down with Rachel and she started talking about the venue my husband and I looked at each other with the biggest smiles and we knew from that moment that this was the place we would celebrate our wedding.
Rachel is extremely experienced in the industry and she answered all of our questions with patience, while also adding to our ideas from her experience with wedding’s at the Royalton. Rachel guided us throughout the whole process as it can be overwhelming, but she was so reassuring and even gave us her her personal cellphone number in case we thought of anything we needed answers for. She was there from day one, had great insight, and is willing to go above and beyond for her couples. Truly has a unparallel passion for her job. SHE IS AMAZING. Planning a wedding in general can be overwhelming at times, but the staff at the Royalton was truly unmatched making it so easy for us. ( Also, one wedding at a time, which is HUGE!!!)
Jorge is the general manager there and let’s just say he is another reason we had the best wedding ever (according to our guests and my husband and I). When we met Jorge he presented himself with so much warm, professionalism, and calmness. He is another experienced jack of all trades, as he helped us with everything we needed along the way. Jorge sat down with us and we customized our COMPLETE menu from cocktail hour, reception, and desert, which the majority of venues do NOT do. Jorge was able to help us create this wonderful and balanced menu again from top to bottom not only saying what he recommends, but also getting to know us as a couple and seeing what would suit us and our guests. Jorge was even able to accommodate a special recipe that my husband and I make for our friends and family and have it at cocktail hour. AGAIN, what venue does this…Jorge was there from the beginning, middle, and end. Jorge helped us with the floor plan, using his expertise on what would work well, and also scheduling us for last minute appointments to help us calm our (small) nerves answering more questions we might have had. He was there the day of our wedding making sure everything ran smoothly, coordinating the whole party, giving vendors direction, and by the end of the night everyone noticed Jorge as he made everything so special.
You don’t need a wedding planner, because he might as well be it alongside Rachel!
Chef Mike was also a huge factor into choosing the Royalton. We are big foodie people and the food was UNREAL. There was absolutely so much food, and it was all warm, fresh, and had attention to detail. Our cocktail hour had people rolling into reception, and our friends and family are still calling me saying if we can go back and just eat there for dinner. We met Chef Mike on a couple occasions, and he was so special saying hello to us and getting to know the couples. They truly put so much work and effort into making your day so special and PERFECT.

I am the parent of the groom. I would like to say that the venue, staff and George all were absolutely flawless. It was a wonderful, delicious event and the Maître d, George went over the top in every way. Always seeing if I needed anything and when my husband had a medical issue, he went to CVS not once but twice to get us what we needed. I am truly grateful for everything. Also, I am getting a ton of feedback from happy guests.

We had our weekend here last weekend at it was truly the best experience. Jorge and his team are beyond attentive and run the whole day and night so smoothly. THE MOST INCREDIBLE WEDDING DAY! From the wedding planning process to the days leading up to the day of until the very end of the night, we had the best experience working with the Royalton on the Greens team.
We had actually booked a different venue a year prior, and when the caterer for that venue was fired, we had to go look for a new venue. We found the Royalton on the Greens because my sister got married at the Royalton in Roslyn a few years prior. The GM at Roslyn, Michael T, was super helpful and sent us over there as they had more capacity for the size of my wedding. Jorge, the GM at the Greens, took our last-minute meeting, and it didn't take long for us to fall in love with him and the venue! Being one of the most stressful situations during the wedding planning process, everything was eased, and we felt taken care of.
Jorge is extremely experienced, and it shows. He is super knowledgeable about the wedding industry and how to run a good party. It made it so easy just to trust him, knowing we were in good hands. Any issue we had, he faced it head-on and immediately made adjustments to resolve them. He also has a super cool/calm presence, and for an anxious bride, that was SUPER helpful.
From the beginning of the day to the very end, the bridal attendants, Paula and Heather, were on top of everything and were always there when I or anyone else in my bridal party needed them! Paula was consistently feeding me water at the beginning of the night and replenishing both our drinks without us having to ask during the party. Not to mention, they are both the nicest people, and they made me feel extremely calm!
Dion was excellent with my husband and his groomsmen. He was extremely helpful throughout the day, assisting with the tuxes and never too far if someone needed something.
All our guests have continued to rave about the night, telling us how fantastic the night was and even mentioning how great the food was across the board and that the staff was very attentive!
This place is a hidden gem! If you are looking for a beautiful venue with a staff that knows how to put on a great wedding, look no further!!

This venue is hands down amazing. From the beginning we knew this was it. We saw two other venues before. It is truly a hidden gem. Rachel was the first person we met with. She answered all of our questions and insisted on texting her for further questions. The planning process was so smooth. Rachel helped with figuring out the flower arrangements. She basically acted as a wedding planner, so we didn't end up hiring one. She gave amazing advice and was there every step of the way. Rachel and Aldo helped create a timeline for us. Rachel also took pictures throughout the day so I had some behind the scenes pictures of the first look and ceremony. Jorge was the other person we worked with. He was amazing behind the scenes and made sure everything ran smoothly. Aldo helped with the food and made sure everything was what we wanted. We were able to completely create a custom menu instead of picking from a list of options. We even had a crepe station at cocktail hour! Heather was my bridal attendant and she helped with whatever I needed. She made sure we ate after the ceremony and kept fixing my bouquet and bustle when it broke. The only regret I have is that we didn’t get the leftover food to take home. But you can’t go wrong with this venue. You will be in good hands!

This place is a hidden gem!!! The venue and greens are extremely beautiful!!! Leading up to our wedding day, Jorge and Rachel were SO attentive- answering every email/call and any question we had! They were so easy to work with and made the planning process and figuring out all the finer details extremely effortless! On the day of at the venue, they along with Aldo, carefully watched the weather, and helped decide to go with the outdoor ceremony that we had. They were by our sides the entire day making our dream come to a reality!

I cannot say enough great things about this venue. My mom happened to find this venue as she was driving in Melville and stopped in. Rachel was kind enough to talk with her without a scheduled appointment. My mom had such great things to say about it so I flew home from DC to come look at it. It’s exactly what I wanted - modern and elegant, and a lot more updated than other venues. Jorge and Rachel were able to accommodate us for visits and scheduling since I only had limited weekends I could come up from DC. They are the kindest people in the business. We sat down with Jorge to create our menu, which was such a fun and collaborative experience - and the food was endless. Half of my wedding guests were coming out of state and were looking forward to a “Long Island Wedding” and they got it! All of our guests were talking about how delicious the food was, a couple of guests even thought the cocktail hour was our dinner because there was so much food! Aldo, the maitre d was the absolute best - the kind of guy you put your full trust in. He kept the wedding running so smoothly, if there was an issue, I had no clue about it. Aldo, Rachel, and Jorge are so professional, I never had to question anything during the day because I knew everything was being taken care of. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Paula - my bridal attendant. She was so kind and patient with me, even during times I was so stressed. I had the best night of my life, and I couldn’t have done it without Rachel, Jorge, Paula, and Aldo - they made my dreams come true! I would recommend The Royalton in Melville over and over.

The absolute best decision we made was having our wedding at The Royalton on the Greens in Melville. My husband and I had taken a break from the venue search because it was so overwhelming, and The Greens were the first place we looked when we got back into it. From the second we walked in, we knew this place was different. We immediately felt accommodated and that they would do anything they could to make our event special to our relationship. We loved the place so much we cancelled our other tours for the day! We got to work very closely with Rachel, and she helped with everything we needed. When we first toured the venue it was February 2023, and we booked our date for June 2023, so it is safe to say I was overwhelmed! Rachel assured me that it was possible to host a beautiful wedding in that time frame, and she made sure we had whatever we needed to make it happen. She gave us her phone number to text/call whenever we needed, and she would reply within minutes - sometimes within seconds! That was amazing to have in moments of stress. Rachel was always there with advice and suggestions. We knew she cared so much about us and making our wedding magical.
Our guests cannot stop raving about the food! Such a cool part about having our wedding here was getting to create the menu, and not just choosing from a list of basic entrees. Anything we wanted, they told us they could make. It gave us the chance to be creative in making a menu unique to what we like.
On the day of the wedding all of the staff did everything in their power to make our event run smoothly. Paola, the bridal attendant, was there for me all day, helping me with things I didn’t even think of! Rachel was taking pictures and videos, which were so beautiful to look back on the next day. There was a possibility of rain that day, and Jorge let us wait until the last possible minute to decide about our ceremony location.
The Royalton on the Greens was a beautiful hidden gem. My husband and I had our dream wedding and I have nothing but good things to say about our experience!

Royalton on the Greens was an absolute dream venue, with an amazing team to match. My fiancé and I planned our wedding in 6months, while also living out of state. If it wasn't for Rachel I don't know how we could've done it. She was available at all hours through email, call, AND text. She helped me set reminders every step of the way, and thinking of things that never crossed my mind. She was also amazing about setting appointments, (especially since we live in South Carolina) she was super flexible about making room for us to meet when we were back in NY, and made it easier and as stress-free as possible. The Royalton also lets you create your own menu! (cocktail hour and dinner entrees). I think this is super unique and an absolutely amazing experience. Jorge and Rachel helped us create AND design the menu as well. Jorge was amazing with food recs. he was very confident and knowledgeable about everything they served..not to mention it was delicious! Rachel had great recommendations for flowers and lighting in the ballroom. Planning a wedding in 6months sounds crazy, but Rachel made it one of the easiest things I've ever done. I trusted her with everything, and she followed through with texts and emails at almost all hours of the day. I had no worries about this venue, especially ON my wedding day. I knew it was going to look absolutely stunning and everything we talked about...and Rachel totally kept her word, and everything looked PERFECT! So many guests approached us saying how gorgeous the venue was and how they couldn't believe they had never been there before; it was amazing! I could not recommend this venue enough!!

We had our daughter’s wedding at the Royalton on the Green in Melville and it was the most spectacular event we could ever have imagined. Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin to express our gratitude to Jorge for creating the most absolute perfect day for our daughter and her new husband. Working with Jorge this last year has been a pleasure, he made us feel like family. He was very professional and kind and did not skip a beat with every detail. The ceremony was perfect, the food at the cocktail hr. and the reception was out of this world. I can’t even tell you how many compliments we received about how perfect and on point the whole event was and what a great job we did, for which all credit has to go to Jorge and his staff. We were told many times “this was the best wedding they have ever been too”. We cannot thank Jorge enough for everything he did to make sure the day was perfect.

Just had our wedding here on August 19, 2022 and it was amazing. The whole night went smoothly thanks to Jorge, Aldo & Paola. We had about 190 person wedding with 18 tables.
Venue A++ One wedding venue. Located in a gated community near a golf course. The cocktail room is large with several “areas” including an old library, cocktail room/bar with large windows overlooking the grounds [amazing sunset] and if it is nice out you can use the patio for another cocktail station. Beautiful ballroom with large chandeliers and floor to ceiling windows.
Appearance/Grounds for Photos A++ In regards to the venue itself, this venue is PERFECT for pictures. There is a golf course, a bridge with a waterfall, floor to ceiling windows, chandeliers, stairs, gorgeous flowers, a library -- just so many places for beautiful pictures. I also loved this venue because the place was just as beautiful inside as it was on the outside & I knew my pictures would be amazing inside if it rained.
Food A++ [amazing & PLENTIFUL] We had 5 cocktail stations and 14 passed horderves based on a menu that we created with Jorge. We also designed our own dinner & dessert menu. The guests cannot stop raving about the food and dessert during and after the wedding. Many guests were amazed at how much food there was. We also had an exit station and an after party with more food, which was in the cocktail room. everyone loved it.
Staff A++ [so accommodating & friendly] Jorge was very responsive to all my emails, phone calls and requests no matter the time/ what he was doing. He went above and beyond. Jorge [Banquet Manager], Aldo [Maitre d] and Paola [bridal attendant] worked well together, organized everything as we had requested and ensured our wedding went as smoothly as possible. They were all present all night, overseeing everything.
My husband and I cannot wait to have or attend another party there.

I got married at The Royalton on the Greens in July of 2022. I cannot say enough good things about the venue and staff. My guests said it was the best wedding they have been to in a long time. The food was absolutely amazing, the wait staff was extremally attentive to all of my guests needs.
Jorge, who is the banquet manager that we booked the wedding through was absolutely amazing. I would email Jorge at random hours with random wedding planning questions and he would always answer promptly. Jorge throws an amazing wedding and has an amazing staff. His calmness made everyone at ease for the day. Jorge made sure everything was the way I wanted it and made sure my husband and I ate, drank and were happy all night.
The bridal attendant and grooms butler were also amazing and helped us with everything and anything.
I highly recommend getting married here if you are looking to WOW your guests with a different venue. The ground are gorgeous, the cocktail hour room is so unique and the party room is massive! The food is out of this world and the best part is that you can personalize the food and create your own dishes.

I can't say enough good things about Royalton on the Greens. The property is gorgeous, both inside and outside. The staff is incredible. We worked with Jorge, whose attention to detail was unbelievable. He was so calm and organized throughout the whole process, and very communicative. My bridal attendant, Paola, was so sweet and attentive; she had plates from every cocktail hour station waiting for us in the bridal suite after our ceremony, helped re-bustle my dress when it ripped, and packed us a bag of snacks from our farewell table when we were leaving. My husband had Dion helping out the guys downstairs - they loved him and said he was so helpful. Aldo helped out during the reception as well; another kind, patient, organized staff member. We woke up to dozens of texts about how beautiful the wedding was and how amazing all the food was. Royalton on the Greens is such a special venue. We loved that there is only one wedding at a time. We truly could not have asked for a more amazing experience!

This venue is a hidden gem!!!! Now, when you first pull up you would probably be as confused as we were entering a gated community. As soon as my husband and I walked in sat down with Jorge we knew this was our wedding venue. My husband and I wanted a venue that held 1 event at a time. (He’s a big golfer and the venue overlooks the greens which he loved even more). Jorge was quick to respond to any questions and emails I had, always willing to work with us! We each had an option for a signature drink. My husbands drink of choice was a classic old fashioned and mine was a pink champagne margarita which was so delicious! (And they ran out of because it was so good!) The cocktail room has an old English library vibe which we loved. There is a terrace that overlooks the greens so since we had a nice day we were able to use it! The ballroom is incredible. Floor to ceiling windows and so beautiful. My bridal attendant was Christina. She brought us plates of food from every cocktail station. The food was phenomenal! 14 passed hordurves and 5 cocktail stations. I still have people raving about that it’s the best food they’ve had at a wedding. We decided to include the Viennese tables for dessert. Every table was filled with many options! Christina our bridal attendant brought over plates of all the pastries and desserts. At the end of the night, we had a farewell table which also was our favor station. It was full of candies, chocolates, lollipops, fresh baked cookies, mini soft pretzels, mini bottles of champagne, water and OJ. Of course you can request certain candies which were all included. Christina packed us up bags of goodies from the farewell table in our treat bags we supplied! Everything from start to finish was great. I cannot recommend this venue enough. Jorge was wonderful to work with and made the wedding day so easy! We loved working with Jorge and his staff they really made our wedding so perfect!

Our wedding was back in September 2019. It was amazing the food is phenomenal. We did a pierogi station due to my husband is polish American and we were able to have an exit station. Jorge Ed Ashley and the rest of the staff were all great.

We had our wedding at the Royalton on the Greens 10/13/18, and from start to finish it was just incredible.
The food: AMAZING! Cocktail hour had 5 stations and 14 passed appetizers. They even created an outdoor area for grilling with beautiful fire pits on the tables. For our food during the party, the fish and steak were some of the best I’ve had ever. Almost every guest commented on how great the food was from start to finish. They even created a wedding cake from a photo I sent it that came out beautiful.
The venue: spacious, and new. We particulary loved the arched windows, and lighting. The library was perfect for cocktail hour, allowing areas for guests to both sit and stand.
The service: Jorge was so easy to work with. He is attentive to detail, kind, and responsive. I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful planning experience.
Overall, I not only had the most perfect night of our lives, but our guests still talk about it!

We just made a wedding for my son and his bride. It was phenomenal. Everything worked out as wonderfully as we have come to expect to expect from one of Michael's affairs (and we have done several at his Lawrence location). Food was delicious--hats off to the chef!-- and the rooms were spacious, elegant and inviting. Michael's staff was amazing; Ed became my son's right hand man, and Arturo was mine. Kim was the bridal attendant who took care of everything the bridal party could need or want while George and other gems took care of things behind-the-scenes. The team effort, thoughtfulness and painstaking attention to detail was obvious, and just what I needed. The grounds are breath taking because of the golf course and although it rained too hard for the ceremony to be held outdoors, the photographer's suggestion to buy clear umbrellas made for some magnificent outdoor shots. This wedding was absolutely wonderful--they could not have improved upon anything. I recommend Royalton on the Greens wholeheartedly.

Our wedding was everything we hoped for, and a big part of that was Michael and Ed making the reception such a magical time. We had originally booked with the previous caterer at this location, but had to make a decision to stay with the location or move to another after that caterer left. One meeting with Michael convinced us that staying with them for our wedding was the right choice.
The venue itself is gorgeous. Set away from any main road, it's very private and scenic, with beautiful views, ponds, landscaping, and more than enough locations for beautiful photos. I'm still in shock of how perfect our pictures look because of the location. The reception hall itself has a large balcony that wrapped around the entire venue, giving our guests plenty of room to enjoy the beautiful weather. And the main ballroom fit our 250 guests and band with ease, giving everyone plenty of room to dance the night away.
The food and presentation was perfect. Michael's menu was almost too large to choose from, and Ed and his staff did a wonderful job of executing it. The food was delicious and looked amazing. Our favorite part was the butternut squash soup served in a roasted acorn squash, picture perfect.
The staff couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. The maitre de was so attentive and made sure my wife or I didn't go hungry, thirsty, or feel overwhelmed. Michael even left to go pick up a flash drive containing a photo montage from our house when the one we brought didn't originally work. Above and beyond helpful.
Everything came together perfectly, and we couldn't have chosen a more perfect place to celebrate our wedding.
