About this vendor
Inspired by a changing world and challenged by a generation defined by tradition, Ruby set out to find her own voice. Ruby sparked her share of conversations as she collected her friends, her memories, and, well, … her collection. The music of Etta James, Sam Cooke, and Chet Baker provided the sound track to the gatherings she curated around the tables she set. In this dabbled spot along Brushy Creek, the delight of warm surroundings gathered is evidence of a life well lived. A cozy place Ruby called home.
The Ruby Hotel & Bar offers intimate indoor & outdoor spaces for your cozy rehearsal dinner, micro ceremony, and patio receptions.

WOW!!
What an amazing hotel and party venue!!
The Ruby Hotel was our host hotel and is where I held the Welcome Party for my family and friends for my daughter's wedding - 6/8/22 ...
- 6/10/22.
From start to finish, it was a great experience, considering I starting the process in January 2022 and the wedding was 6/9/22. Heaven was so helpful during the entire time!!
We had 16 rooms booked for the event and EVERYONE loved every moment of it. The property is so beautiful!! The staff was so professional and attentive to all of our needs.
Special shout out to Brian and his crew that worked the party!! Chef Jacob and Chef Joseline for the food!!
It was perfect!!
Thank You !!!
The Ruby is awesome! We had our wedding and reception at the Ruby House and stayed the night in one of the suites and it was a great experience all around! The suite was amazing wi...
th a huge shower and bath and the bed was super comfy. All our guests commented on how cool the Ruby was, great vibe and decor and beautiful location. The food and drinks were great and the servers were all awesome, very accommodating. Heaven, the Sales & Events Manager, made event planning so easy and was always available to make sure everything went smoothly. Can't wait to stay again on our first anniversary and relive the experience!
This place was INCREDIBLE to stay at. We loved that it had a bar and a pool all so close. We have about fifteen - twenty rooms booked for people at our wedding.
We however DID NO...
T do a room block here because the owners were trying to charge us $18,000 to have a room block with all of these tiny details included... It was upsetting, but we ended up getting our rooms not through a room block and booking over half of the hotel anyways. So it worked out for us. :) not so much for the hotel though..
I cannot express how amazing everyone is there. Super helpful, easy to work with, amazing attention to all details, and are incredible at what they do. The food....amazing. The dri...
nks are wonderfully crafted, never too sweet or too bitter, and thankfully not so many ingredients thrown in there, like some bars, that you weren't disappointed when you got your drink because it didn't taste anything like you thought it should.
Everyone really enjoyed themselves. They just kept talking all night about how amazing The Ruby was. The beautiful Live Oaks with the lights giving a great glow to everything and the water right beside you, lends itself for people to really sit back and have a great time. It is one of those places that I want everyone to know about because it is that amazing and you want it to be super successful, but also don't so it can stay the quiet gem it is LOL.
The rooms were gorgeous, but still comfortable to be in. Also whoever thought of the makeup towel...genius. But it really is attention to detail that sets you apart. The welcoming staff at check in and
check out were just a joy to talk to, whether it was by text or in person. The housekeepers and landscapers were on top of their game keeping everything fresh and tidy.
Also I have to say a huge thank you to whoever helped me with the table setup. They nailed it! Not too many flowers in one place and just a super clean look, which is how I had originally planned. Even though the poor Ruby House had a tough Winter and it would have been great to be inside, moving the inside to the outside was a great idea.
Again thank you so much to everyone there, I am probably forgetting things to say, but Jesse and I will absolutely be back to enjoy the Pool and and renovate Ruby and the amazing views. We are definitely smitten with it!
If your wedding venue is in the Round Rock area this is the hotel for you. This is a modern private hotel with a great bar and patio. The prices are great and the location was pe...
rfect for our Woodbine Mansion wedding! The personnel was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel in Round Rock, TX.
The Ruby Hotel and Bar was a perfect hotel to get ready in with me and my bridesmaids on the day of my wedding! We loved the beautiful suite and how easy it was to check in and out...
! They have made it so easy and safe to stay here during COVID! I highly recommend it for any future brides or a nice getaway weekend!! We can’t wait to go back!!
We reached out to The Ruby Hotel in December 2019 to discuss the possibility of having a small wedding ceremony, way before we knew about Covid-19. When we toured the clubhouse we ...
knew immediately that it would be the perfect place to hold our ceremony and reception. The mid-century décor and unique finishes were exactly what we wanted, no cookie cutter wedding venue for us. We wanted a Sunday brunch wedding for approximately 50 people which fit perfectly with the size even with restrictions in place for Covid. While planning the wedding we worked with several contacts with the final months being with Matt and Cole. The food options, heavy hors d’oeuvres, were plentiful and they allowed us to bring in French pastries from our baker. On the day of the ceremony Matt was going non-stop to make sure everything was in place as planned and the bartenders were mini-cheerleaders and served everyone with a smile in their eyes (I’m sure behind the mask as well). We had a couple hick-ups, not enough forks for cake service, miscommunication about chairs, but Matt was quick to find resolutions to both. I look forward to spending many happy hours and anniversaries to come at The Ruby reminiscing about our perfect wedding day.
The Ruby Hotel is such a unique boutique hotel nestled in Round Rock! It's located right off a creek which makes for some very pretty views. We organized our rehearsal dinner here,...
booked rooms for our wedding party for the night before our wedding as well as booked our honeymoon suite here for after the wedding. We started working with Matt and he laid out all of our options for hosting an event in their space. He was really open to anything we wanted to do and really allowed us to call the shots on what we wanted our rehearsal dinner to look like. We then started working with Cole who was/is equally as helpful! Cole really took the time to answer all of our questions and kept us on track leading up to the event. Cole and Matt took care of us so well, they were always fun to talk to and really helped us along the way. They were both very accommodating given the circumstances - our guests were greeted with contactless check in and the bar was closed off to our intimate party. Matt executed our event set up perfectly allowing us to focus on other things. The dinner they prepared for us and our guests was BEYOND impressive! Our guests were blown away at the quality of the meal as well as the friendly service from the bar staff. There were a couple of hiccups with communication between the front desk staff, but nothing major that they didn't jump on and rectify immediately. All in all, they are really creating a name for themselves and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a staycation or an elevated space to host a small event!
I found this beautiful, unique, little boutique hotel by accident while driving around in downtown Round Rock. It is a jewel tucked back among 100 years old oak trees and sitting o...
n the banks of Brushy Creek. We were married in the front courtyard with no decorations except the beautiful grounds. We spent the late afternoon and evening eating wonderful food prepared especially for us and drinking some of the best craft cocktails we've ever had. We spent our wedding night in a beautiful suite overlooking Brushy Creek then sat on our balcony having coffee and watching the wild life the next morning. Because of these unusual times we only had 12 people at our wedding. The Ruby staff went above and beyond taking care of our small party and catering to our every need. They decorated the cake table and dining table for our event and it was lovely, we didn't want the night to end. By the time we left the following day, I felt like Matt and the rest of the staff had become friends. We plan on celebrating our first anniversary at The Ruby. But in the meantime we will be going back for an occasional happy hour to enjoy the fabulous food, drinks and views. I highly recommend The Ruby if you are looking for an intimate venue, beautiful views and high quality food, drink, service.
