One of the best decisions we made was to have a wedding coordinator. We didn’t budget for this since it was a elopement but we found it to be worth the extra money. Arline and Brianna were extremely helpful. This company has so much information and experience and it showed. We recommend using them for your wedding or event.

Arline is an absolute legend that I feel lucky to have had the opportunity for work with her on my wedding. Rather than a wedding coordinator, she is more of a visionary. I provided inspiration of what I wanted, and she made it come to life. Arline has a warehouse of beautiful furniture, accessories, fabrics, literally anything & everything you could want to make a venue beautiful. She has the best personality and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does by constantly going above & beyond. You can trust her to make your event stylish and the coordination easy.

Arline was one of the best vendors we worked with in Mammoth. Since it was a destination wedding, there were a lot of uncertainties and moving parts, so having Arline was a life saver. Arline and her team were the best vendor we worked with throughout our entire wedding planning process. In short, the wedding would not have happened the way it did without her help, guidance, and execution. She helped execute on areas we already had a vision for, and also brought her creativity and expertise on the areas we needed guidance on. Her and her team were also incredibly helpful during the day of the wedding. As most weddings go, not everything went perfectly as planned, but she made sure to help as much as possible to make things go smoothly. We ended up getting married on one of the Mountain's properties. While the venue does come with a coordinator, I can't not express how important and critical it was to still have her help. Arline is also so sweet and was very pleasant to work with. She was understanding of all of our questions and took thorough time to explain everything to us.

I originally called Arline to see what they offered, Rummage Girl was on a vendor list I received., little did I know I would encounter an amazing woman with beautiful rentals & staff. She made made sure we had everything we needed, listened intently to my vision & helped me create a plan B when fires & forest closures threatened the location of our wedding. When my wedding planner was not dependable, Arline was. She is insightful, thoughtful & cares about the people. Not just the event. My only regret is that I did not also have her as my official wedding planner. Over and over again I recommend Arline, she is the absolute best!

At first this company was hard to reach someone by phone. The owner called me back after 2 messages. I was happy to hear back. We planned a wedding in 7 days and this company helped us with all the details. I called Arline only 2 weeks prior to our date and she helped us make our special day beautiful. She planned our ceremony and gave us some great ideas on how to make the best of our time in Mammoth Lakes. Her team organized and ordered our flowers and cake. The Mammoth vendors are so busy and some are very hard to reach but this company was able to get us the florist we wanted and a photographer on short notice. Arline opened her home to my friends who arrived late and needed a place to park their RV. We loved our vintage decor and we were able to keep 2 glasses as a gift from her team. Thank you rummage girl and your team for all of your help.

WOULD NOT RECCOMEND FOR CUSTOM DECOR!!! Her team did a good job making the reception look good but left out about 50 percent of our custom look which she assured it would look exactly how we wanted. First off we specifically said we did not want her red runner at our reception, we got the red runner instead of beige. We wanted a sign for the ceremony, which she said we would have, did not show up. The ferns we bought were not repurchased at our reception instead eucalyptus was used whish we specifically said no eucalyptus. We had old timey mining lanters at our disposal but she said she hed her own and confirmed with our pictures, she used completely different ones the rectangular lanters that we specifically asked not to use. One of our deceased family members picture did not make it to the memory table at our reception even though we gave her the picture and frame. The table signs were layed on the table instead of on a stand which she said she would do. The seating chart was also on the welcome table instead of hung up on the barn door like we wanted. We also hired her for a day of coordinator and our mammoth mountain wedding manager did 70 percent of the work day of. Her intern did not fluff my wife's dress at the ceremony until someone said what are you doing and had to be waved over. Overall the wedding turned out great and we rolled with the punches but not what we paid for. We would have not gone with her had we known what we were paying for. Hope this helps.

I contacted Arline six weeks before my wedding. Initially, I just wanted to rent an arch for our ceremony, but after meeting with her, I knew I wanted her to style both the ceremony and reception. This was a very last minute request, and despite her already having an insanely busy summer filled with weddings, she squeezed me in and made me feel valued. My husband and I could not be more thankful for her help--she listened to everything we wanted and, day of the wedding, executed everything perfectly. She clearly cares deeply about her clients. All I wanted on my wedding day was to be hands off and not have to worry about anything. Arline truly made this possible by making sure everything looked beautiful. She is a true professional and I would recommend listening to and taking her advice--initially, we were not going to have a lounge set-up at our venue (Sierra Star), but she recommended it, and that happened to be one of my favorite spaces! I was so excited to see people use it as a gathering spot. I would highly recommend using her services, she truly made our wedding day special.

Okay…. Where do I start? Arline and her team are so amazing I don’t even know how to put in to words the effect that they had on my wedding day. Let’s just say, she came in in a time of need and KILLED her job and exceeded all of my expectations. I wanted a ski chalet transitioned into a white, modern, and elegant room. And she did just that and then some. When I say Arline went above and beyond, I am not lying. She effectively found me ghost chairs, solutions for a white dance floor, and so so much more all while trying to be creative and create a beautiful day for me. She basically moved mountains for me. I wasn’t easy with my requests and she crushed every little thing I wanted. Not only was she my decor girl, coordinator, but she also became a friend. That’s what they do there in Mammoth, treat you like you are family. Who else would you rather be your go to girl? No one! God bless her and her team! You will not regret hiring her and her team. Arline was incredible! Thru all the obstacle that 2020 has brought she pulled a rabbit out the hat for my sons Wedding. We went from 180 people down to 9. Rescheduling twice and a fire breakjng out in Mammoth the day of the wedding, it could not have been more beautiful or special! Thank you Arline❤️

I was excited to work with this planner and had some ideas. After a couple of days of texts and a phone conversation, I was ghosted. I even just asked to be told if she didn't want to work with me so I could look for someone else. She has added new pictures to her IG account and responded to commenters yet still never responded to me, ever. Maybe I just wasn't big money enough for her. Very unprofessional.

I never believed in fairy godmothers till I found Arline. She truly knows what she’s doing and she’s just the coolest and nicest human being you will ever meet. She took everything I could imagine threw some rummage girl sprinkles on it and turned it into the most surreal and breathtaking wedding and experience a bride could go through. SHE KNOWS WHAT SHES DOING LADIES! through this wedding process I hit so many bumps and had so many bad experiences but Arline was there to save the day the whole entire way. My wedding was an absolute dream and I can honestly say it wouldn’t have been anything without my rummage girl. The company an her business runs in bishop and I live in Ontario California she drove over 6 hours ONE WAY to come and decorate my wedding like whooooo is this miracle women???? When I initially contacted her I thought she was out of Los Angeles which is 40 mins from my location when she told me she was in Bishop which fun fact is where I got engaged I literally thought WOW I’m going to lose her there’s no way she’s going to drive all the way here to style my wedding. She laughed over the phone and said “GIRL We are getting it done for you” my whole heart wasn’t even ready for what was to come. Fast forward to this past weekend my wedding, my beautiful magical boho, rustic, glam dream of a wedding my fairy godmother created for me! I will forever be indebted to her, she’s stuck with me for life, I just wish I can continue life with her in my pocket but the world needs her and her magic.

I found Arline and her team through another local vendor, as we were reaching out for assistance with a corporate event at Mammoth Mountain. Our client has very specific taste, and we needed this our pop-up event to be perfect. I truly don't know what we would have done without Arline. Not only was she incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the planning process, her design eye is perfect and her suggestions were fantastic. Her pricing was extremely reasonable considering we were renting items for a 6-week time frame. Beyond that, she shared our belief that the client is always right. We had a nightmare with a different vendor, and Arline and team went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Her problem solving is incredible. I would recommend her for any and all social and corporate events - our client was blown away and she created fans and friends for life.

Arlene was such a dream to work with. She was so easy to talk to and has so much natural talent for styling and finding your perfect pieces. I’ve know Arline my whole life, literally. She’s my mom best friend! So I know the capability and the eye she has for decorating and giving every bride her dream come true on the special day. I even too had the honor of her having my dream come true!! My wedding day was beautiful!! The moment I walked out of my bridal suite and out to my ceremony and reception, I was in complete aw! Arline is absolutely amazing .. we contacted Arline three weeks before our wedding with seating problems we needed resolved and Arline was more then happy to help and went over and above to insure our day met our expectations she hauled large benches in the snow in a gondola to the top of the Mountian and added some amazing touches to the day . Arline came to the rescue and was a wealth of information and resources when we needed it most to plan our meadow wedding. She listened to our hopes and vision for our wedding and brought it to life. Her quick thinking the day of our wedding, along with her team, helped to outwit mother nature's forces when wind tried to take over the big day. Arline thought of all the details! Even a little tee-pee play area for our four-year-old son and his cousins to play in during the reception. Arline has the professionalism to pull of anything from a small intimate wedding like ours to the big fancy events at the top of the mountain .... all the while having the down to earth personality where you feel like you're working with a lifelong friend.

Arline is a creative genius, we brained stormed and she riddled ideas out of her mouth like magic. Our favorite staged area at our wedding was the cigar lounge talk about making our wedding a great time for all the men too. I enjoyed working with Arline that I hired her again for my daughters bridal shower which she transformed my backyard into the most beautiful elegant cabana you could imagine. Our pictures are incredible due to the details that Arline brought to life.

We could not have had better attention to detail with Arline and her team of experts at Rummage Girl for our daughters Mammoth wedding week. Arline meticulously picked items that fit the bride and grooms love for the outdoors. When struggling for a guest book idea Arline suggested gun stocks for our guests to sign since our son in law is a hunter. Perfect perfect perfect was there only way to describe her talent!

We used Arline just for some simple staging. We setup a lounge for our cocktail hour and requested a special sweetheart table. Arline was very sweet and kind to work with, but I get the sense that she loves what she does so much, she has a hard time saying no and over commits maybe leaving her a little spread thin. After following her on Instagram for awhile, I couldn't wait to see how her pieces for our wedding turned out. The lounge was great and very cozy for our guests on our chilly fall night. But for the sweetheart table, my husband and I were both a little disappointed. His chair had broken legs and kept falling over and the decorations didn't really match what we had discussed. I would definitely recommend Arline for anyone getting married in the area that wants some unique and cool staging, but would suggest being very specific, using photos for examples and making sure you have someone there when she is setting up who has good understanding of the decor to help make sure it's setup how you discussed.

Rummage Girl was a lifesaver! Our planner went on medical leave the week before our daughters wedding. Arlene called me personally & asked how we were doing & what could she do to help? We had agreed to rent some items from her, which she delivered& set up beautifully; as well as stepping in with her team to help style & set up the venue. Her calm , cheerful & artistic presence and reassurance was so needed& welcomed! She went way out of her way for us, i would recommend her to anyone with any kind of event. She is a rock star!!!

I cannot say enough about how Arline, Rummage Girl Wedding, came to our rescue. Two and a half weeks before my daughter's wedding, both our ceremony and reception sites were CANCELLED due to accessibility! (Who would have guessed that there would still be too much snow in mid-June!?) My florist, Red Lily Design, recommended Arline, Rummage Girl Wedding, to me as someone who could help me regroup and find a new venue. Not only did she do that, she helped to create a magical, romantic, personal setting. She had two other weddings the same day, but still made me feel like my daughter's wedding was most important to her. What could have been a nightmare turned into a dream. Every detail she considered and perfected, from velvet settees and wing-backs to crystal chandeliers, from golden candelabras to cozy fire-side blankets. I highly recommend this amazing, caring, talented, hard-working lady and Rummage Girl Weddings.

Thanks to our florist Carla in Downtown Los Angeles floral district who gave us this companies info. I wanted something unique with a vintage feeling. We rented a lounge and small decor for ceremony. They were willing to drive 3 hours to our location. The service and decor was so great.

What can I say except that this was the best day ever! New Years Eve was the day I got married. A very last minute switch from a big beach wedding to us eloping. Rummage Girl Collection drove to a remote snow area and set up a few things for us. She did not hesitate. I actually never met her in person. We are very private people. Her professionalism was on point and her flexibility was much appreciated. The giant blankets she hung from a tree were much needed and a sweet gesture. I loved all the eclectic decor. What a pleasure to have this help on my daughters wedding day. Very unique decor and my daughter found this to be her style. I thought I could do this on my own with the help of family but it was a bit overwhelming. If your trying to do it yourself to save money, don’t. It was worth the extra expense to have Arline help with coordination at reception. Our church had its own coordinator. I was able to relax and enjoy my daughters wedding. She worked with me on a payment plan and made it easy. She helped me save money with some pretty clever ideas. Kelsey and Mikes wedding day was beautiful.

I used this stylist for my wedding day. All of the decor was great for our rustic theme. We also used day of coordination. If your looking for vintage or rustic style then I recommend contacting them. She was full of ideas and I was relieved to let someone take over. The cigar lounge was our favorite area. Besides me arriving late to my own wedding, everything was great! I recommend this company.

My wedding was this past summer August 2018. Looking back on the planning aspect of things it was so much work. I needed some help! I was so fortunate to have the help from Arline that I did. This review will be a bit long, I don’t apologize. I give 5 stars and I would give 10 if allowed. From the time the sun came up til the guest left she was always working. I had to lean on her and my mother-in-Law for so much due to my mother not helping and in the end not showing up. Together they made sure I knew nothing about the family negativity that was happening behind my back on my special day. I didn’t know the dynamic of it all u til after my honeymoon. For starters, my linens didn’t show up the right size, Arline made the decision to let the wood show on tables and it looked great! The mother I thought I knew did t pay the cake lady so Arline paid it and we dealt with that later. My mother-in-law walked me down the isle once she seen that I had no mother to do it. I’m am beyond blessed. Arline and her crew prepared everything from where I should enter (that’s was changed too) to making my mother-in-law a handkerchief from a piece of lace. Now let’s get to my reception. It was a mess. My Dj could not MC/facilitate anything. I was horrified. Quickly Arline had her husband MC. The music was great but the Dj was very young and nervous so this was a huge help. My cake looked beautiful and I found out that my mother in law and Arline decorated it with random flowers from my centerpieces. Because the bill had not been paid my cake person didn’t decorate. Once the bill was paid she never left the flowers but left. Again, I had no idea. I didn’t use a coordinator because Mexican tradition is we do it all ourselves including food. The Mariachi arrived and there was no official time on the scratch sheet for their playing time. Arline worked it out and between her and my mother-in-Law it all went smoothly. One thing I noticed was that Arline really wanted my mother-in-law to enjoy her sons wedding. She was extremely kind and took over when things were a bit unorganized. Did I mention that my mother-in-law and aunts who were the chefs in the kitchen only speak Spanish? Arline does not. They all worked together to serve everyone. That’s what we do in our tradition. The line was long and Arline along with her intern were serving too! When it came time for my mother and daughter dance I was already hurt and had no clue what to do. I heard the Dj announce my Nina (godmother) and me up to the dance floor. She had picked a song that we would sing when I was a kid. This was Arline’s idea. My godmother had so much fun and so did I. The night was amazing and I totally forgot about my mother not being there for her own selfish reasons. Something that has stood out to me is that Arline prayed with me right before I walked down the isle. She treated me as if I was her friend. Who does that? On behalf of my entire family I want to thank this crew of talented people. When I asked her why she stayed and did so much she confirmed what I already thought. She said it was put in her heart to help. We tend to focus on what people do wrong and mistakes that they make so often that we forget the good things. Finally, as we were leaving my aunts had gathered money to tip Arline for the extra service that she helped with. She was appreciative and didn’t expect it. Beautiful job on my wedding vision. I met with this team only 1 time since we live in Dallas. All of our conversations were by phone and email. She can highly recommended through our planner in that area. We could not be more happier. She suggested using my dads furniture and incorporated a few pieces. It was special since he had passed away. My husband and I are completely satisfied with Rummage Girl wedding services. Great attitude on a windy day and helped with coordination last minute. Terrible service. Read the other 1 star reviews. Everything they said is true. Arline is dishonest. Don't believe anything she promises. I wish I had found this page before we used them.

Wanted to leave a nice review for this team. I will admit I was a bridezilla. I’m sure most brides understand the emotions of the big day. A sincere apology for my short temper and my disorganization. These ladies did such a great job at staying calm when I switched everything around. We own the ranch and have had other weddings here. I really wanted mine to look different. It was so much better then I hoped for. Late feedback from July. Only recommendation is use battery operated candles. Some melted wax got stuck to lace runners. 😬Thanks again team RG. Just hired them again to do our baby shower.

Our wedding was Friday. It was small and intimate. Our neighbor used this company for her wedding last summer so we called to see if they could rent some items. Arlene informed me that she had a very large wedding she was prepping for the next day and needed to see if they could extend services to us on last minute notice. She got back to me within 2 hours and found us what we needed on our budget with another company. She walked me through the styling part via FaceTime. This was helpful. I liked that she wasn’t squeezing us in but still helped us. Very nice job

Worked with this team on my brothers wedding. Very helpful with everything. My sister in law was happy since we recommended this company on short notice. It rained and they set up while getting soaked. The owner told her team to use the only umbrella there. They gathered all the flowers and saved them til rain stopped. Thankful for their quick thinking and feel bad for the MUD everywhere. Cheers to a cool team with no complaints

We hired Arleen and were really excited after our intial meeting. We got married in a backyard it was the perfect setting for vintage chairs and tables. We also planned for a few lounge areas for people to relax. We had our first meeting about 8 months before the wedding and her selection fit our style perfectly. About a month before the wedding we hadn’t heard from Arleen so I reached out to set a time to chat. After our convo I kinda sensed something was off but didn’t think much of it. Until... 3 days before our wedding we were contacted by an assistant that the tables and chairs couldn’t be provided. This was due to them still being in central California. We obviously panicked! My mom started calling places like crazy to find someone to bring tables and chairs for our 115 guests. No joke it was awful. Luckily, she found someone that cost a lot but we didn’t really have time to bother with that. She still brought our lounge areas but it took a lot of negotiating and arguing about price. (They wanted a lot to bring a portion of what we had reserved 8 months before.) Long story short, if you want reliability For you wedding day do not book this company. It was the most negative experience I had during the planning of our wedding. On top of everything she discussed our wedding with another client, who we knew. Just bad business over all.

We hired Arline to create us a rustic vintage romantic setting for our San Diego wedding. Working with her from the very beginning was such a blessing and I felt an immediate connection with her from the moment we met. Arline pays such close attention to detail and makes sure to dial in every detail and want/need of her brides. We unfortunately had an unexpected change in our wedding venue and did not want to miss out the opportunity of working with Arline. We decided to recreate our wedding vision for my bridal shower and Arline was amazing every step of the way. I can’t express my appreciate to her and her staff for all of their hard work. My bridal shower was picture perfect and beyond what I could have ever imagined. Every little detail was absolutely perfect and I can’t thank her enough for giving me such a beautiful and memorable day.

My wife and I used this decor and services for our wedding. I was very hesitant because I could build the tables myself. But my wife wanted a rustic look like a barn style. We rented 15 tables and 150 chairs. It was actually real cool. Thank you for helping my wife with her crazy ideas. We are posting this just Incase the first one didn’t go through. We are both pleased with this service. Thanks Damion Thank you thank you thank you to this lady! She helped us out on a very hot day. I loved my farmtables and the old wall backdrop behind our table. The chandelier surprise at bar and we weren’t charged! She helped create a timeline for my sister who coordinated for me. I was running late and this lady stayed and passed out lemonade to guest. She didn’t have to do this. My Dj ( john j entertainment) and this lady really kept it together until I got there 40 minutes later. It was all I wanted and more. My husband and I are pleased.

When I first contacted Arline she was very helpful with so many ideas for my daughter's wedding. I was told that she had all the product we need for the wedding. We were very specific as to what we wanted, red tufted couch, sweet heart table with a love seat, grand entrance doors that open, mixed matched wood chairs, no white chairs or benches. What we received was no red couch, no sweet heart table, grand entrance doors didn't open, the farm tables were beat up and 2 of them weren't stained my coordinator made her husband go to home depot to purchase stain for the tables and that was being done during the wedding ceremony. Her couches are really worn and she delivered a ripped couch. Arline was paid over 6,000.00 and didn't deliver the product promised. Very unprofessional! Oh did I mention she was 7 hours late for the set up? Thank goodness I had a coordinator that made a couple phone calls and I was able to use their product. Aline's benches were so unstable I had 2 guest fall! Now I have contacted her for reimbursement and no answer!! She says all the right thinks but does not deliver.

RummageGirl was amazing!! She made my wonderlust wedding so unique adding a touch of her creativity. This woman has a incredible mind... with the stress of a wedding and all the fine details, i had forgotten the table numbers. RummageGirl And her brilliant mind thought to use bark and she quickly painted some numbers on them, not only was it perfect but it added a wonderful detail to my boho wonderlust winter wedding. She is hands down a wonderful person inside and out, her ideas are endless and was so helpful with everything. I have already recommended her to some of my friends.

Arline was a great help with our wedding. All of our conversations were by phone and FaceTime. She nailed it perfectly. Our tables were created out of doors. Blew my mind. She was my person to go to for all my questions. Such a rad day!

I am so thankful for her ideas and budget friendly decor and coordinating service. My mom hired her for the day of coordinating and she was so helpful. When my flowers didn’t arrive she pulled greenery from the surrounding areas and created my bouquet! The help from finding affordable venue to creating my vision for my day was amazing. With all my last minute changes and bridezilla (I’m so sorry) moments, she stayed cool an collected. My day was so beautiful. Thank you Arline for putting up with me and all your hard work. Arline is AMAZING!!! From decorating to handling the vendors and being a day of coordinator. She is way more than a “wedding planner”. She is THE BEST. I cannot even describe how amazing my special day was because of her. She puts so much care into everything she does and always goes the extra mile. I couldn’t be happier. My heart is glowing.

Great decor. Rummage Girl Wedding Collection is great for rentals only. I would recommend only using their services for that and only that. The perk of having her include her services as a wedding coordinator is lack luster.
