bouquets arrived to our house (which she so accommodatingly made separate stops to drop of boutonnieres, bouquets and church arrangements the morning of our wedding) - they were beautiful and the perfect size!! She also created the most unique pew markers for the church off of a picture I had shown her. We loved it all and would recommend Katie to anyone.

ooking for in a florist for the biggest event of my life. I wasn’t looking for cookie-cutter florals, but instead I wanted arrangements that were more organic, wild, and complementary to the overall feel of my wedding (vintage, romantic, fall-inspired). I made an appointment to meet with Katie in the wedding venue (The Stirling Guest Hotel in Reading, PA) and we talked about how the color palette (dark greens and gem tones) would work within the actual space. Closer to the wedding date, I sent Katie pictures of my dress, other decorative elements, and some Pinterest photos of bouquets that I liked. As my wedding approached, I felt a bit apprehensive about how it would all come together (what bride doesn’t?). When Katie’s sister delivered the flowers on the wedding day, I was not only relieved by the bouquets and centerpieces, but positively stunned and overjoyed at the result. Katie had arranged bouquets exactly how I had envisioned and hoped for them to be. Katie’s taste is unparalleled and her prices are extremely fair. Even when I had to make a last-minute adjustment to my estimate due to a change in my ceremony seating arrangement, Katie was nothing but accommodating. Simply put, the Rustic Bunch “gets it” and I can’t recommend them enough for low-stress, professional, and creative wedding florals.

me of a very organically beautiful vibe that I thought would be a perfect fit for our September wedding. We worked almost exclusively with Katie, who was such a sweet, patient woman to work with. Our first meeting I had told her about our budget, that I understood I would need to be flexible, and therefore I was pretty open to what she had in mind. I had shown her pictures on Pinterest of the “feel” I was going for, and the color scheme that I had in mind. Mostly a soft, natural, earthy feel with little pops of deep color for contrast. Aside from that, I let Katie do her thing because I trusted that she understood my vision. We communicated back and forth, and showed each other some Pinterest ideas, & she mentioned what kind of flowers she planned to incorporate. On the day of my wedding, the flowers that Katie arrived with took my breath away. I had never expected to be in such shock at how beautiful they were and what an amazing job she did. It is so apparent at how well this couple does with such little direction because that is where they went above and beyond with my wedding! I had received numerous compliments about the authentic beauty of my flowers, my photographer couldn’t get enough of them, and my family even kept them for décor, dried them out, and savored them! THANK YOU Rustic Bunch for making my imagination come true!! Because I also find this to be another KEY factor when searching for a florist, right off the bat Katie had mentioned The Rustic Bunch could work with essentially any budget. We told her the amount we were looking to spend and because we were willing to trust her eye (allow her to find great flowers at the right price) this was another huge success on our end. It is one thing to have amazing flowers… it is another to have paid an arm and a leg for them. The entire time we worked with Katie there were no surprises with cost, and she stayed true to the estimate that we had planned from the beginning. For anyone in the process of planning a wedding, you will understand how important this really is. I can’t recommend The Rustic Bunch enough and am so glad to have found this company!

to my wedding day floral choices. Katie has a wonderful way of taking the few ideas I had and turning them into plans (and eventually into bouquets!) I was more than comfortable in allowing her to let her creativity show in my wedding day flowers. My favorite part of planning was being able to follow The Rustic Bunch on Pinterest and see what pins Katie had chosen for a board set aside for my wedding. This allowed me to visualize what my flowers might look like, and pin ideas of my own. Add in the ease of having my flowers delivered to the venue on my wedding day, and my entire experience with The Rustic Bunch was really one less thing to worry about when planning my wedding. I'm sure most brides know exactly what they want on their wedding day, and I know Katie will accommodate those brides perfectly, but I was most impressed with her ability to accommodate someone who had no idea what she wanted! All in all the experience was just what I was looking for and more.
