HIRE KATIE and The Rustic Bunch! Wow - I can't even explain how talented, easy to work with and kind Katie and The Rustic Bunch was throughout my wedding planning process. I got married in June 2021 and Katie made my floral dreams come true. Communication with Katie was wonderful throughout the entire process. She worked within my budget, provided suggestions and ultimately executed and provided the most gorgeous flowers for my wedding day. I was OBSESSED with my bridal bouquet and got so many comments from guests about how beautiful and unique the center pieces and garland was. I gave Katie (what I thought was) very loose requests and she NAILED my vision. Peonies are my favorite flowers and Katie picked and placed peonies in cold storage so that they could be incorporated into my bouquet and throughout bridesmaids bouquets. Katie also came back at the end of the wedding and provided take down service and stored my centerpieces for me to pick up the next day!!! I was thrilled to be able to get to enjoy the flowers for days after my wedding was over (and so were the lucky guests that got to go home with an arrangement!). I can't speak highly enough about Katie and her artistic abilities. A highlight of my wedding was my flowers and it's all thanks to Katie!

Katie did a phenomenal job for my wedding this past weekend. The bouquets and arrangements were stunning (and locally grown)! The Rustic Bunch is a great family-owned florist for any occasion.

Working with Katie and the rest of the Rustic Bunch team has been a true pleasure. My vision was captured and my dreams were far exceeded. The room was stunning! My bouquet and the the bridesmaids bouquets were simple yet beautifully elegant and a true compliment to all of our gowns. I also love the idea that everything is locally sourced. Katie was always responsive, prompt, and extremely flexible with any ideas that I had. Katie also worked on the design for all of the invitations, save the dates, programs, etc. and they were stunning! Everything flowed together so wonderfully. I didn't feel rushed in any way at our first consultation, and she was available all throughout planning- available to answer any question or send pics as requested. the best part- HER FLORALS ARE AMAZING. I asked for jewel tones and got them. The Arch was stunning. I cannot recommend The Rustic Bunch enough!

Katie did such an amazing job from start to finish. She really took the time to understand my vision and got to know me as a person. When she showed me my bridal bouquet, it literally brought me to tears...it was just so perfect. Everything she did from the flowers on our ceremony canopy, to flowers on the cake to table centerpieces...it was exactly what I wanted. I saw the venue before she brought in the flowers and after. It was a magical transformation. Supporting a local grower was very important to me. To have flowers in my wedding that were grown just a few miles from my home meant so much. Katie is a true professional. I feel I certainly got my money's worth. Her experience and love of nature shows in everything she creates. A true artist.

I gave my wife one job when planning our wedding: flowers. Luckily, my wife had already found The Rustic Bunch on Instagram via a friend's posting. There was no need to look any further after seeing what beautiful arrangements were in her portfolio. Katie came to our house to review and meet us many months before the wedding. She responded well to our questions/thoughts/inspirations and quickly had us excited for our big day. We made a trip up to her farm for finalizing our designs and felt 100% comfortable about what she would provide for us. Katie has a great way of combining different flower types and making colors pop! The day of our wedding, Katie and her husband delivered our flowers and set up our table arrangements wonderfully without needing my wife or I to answer any questions. I even added some extras like candles and signage and asked her to arrange how she saw fit. The flowers themselves lasted all day and night - even out in the humid August air for some photos. Making payments with The Rustic Bunch was easy and they accepted their deposit and payment installments via Venmo for an easy transaction. Our experience was wonderful and we highly recommend The Rustic Bunch for any occasion, especially weddings!

We LOVED Katie! We found The Rustic Bunch for our wedding day as a recommendation from our wedding planner. Katie was incredibly flexible with our budget and planning ideas. She allowed us to make changes up to the week before in terms of ceremony details, decor and bouquet tweeks. When she brought our florals onsite, I had to hold back tears! She executed the vision so perfectly and exceeded all of my expectations. Gorgeous use of warm, fall colors with wheat and dried aspects - just as I imagined. Katie from The Rustic Bunch was amazing to work with and truly made our wedding day perfect with every little detail. Did you know she grows most of the flowers she uses, too!? My husband and I loved the idea of using local + seasonal flowers on our wedding day! Katie was creative and detail oriented and made our vision come to life! I had a wonderful experience working with Katie to make the vision for my wedding come true. From the bouquets to the centerpieces, she knew exactly what I had in mind and was able to use her creativity when I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. I loved every part of my florals. Katie made different types of centerpieces and tied together the florals, lanterns, and pumpkins that I found into something gorgeous and unique for each table. I also love that she grows her own flowers to use for the wedding florals. I would completely recommend working with Katie to make your wedding floral vision a reality!

My husband and I were thrilled to work with The Rustic Bunch throughout our wedding planning process. The Rustic Bunch was an amazing company to work with for flowers for my wedding! Katie was wonderful, super responsive, filled with ideas, and listened to all of my thoughts and visions for our big day! She works with you on creative ways to meet all of your needs, while providing various options for decor - fully made handhelds, arrangements, centerpieces, etc. to DIY buckets of florals and greens. The flowers are of high quality and are uniquely beautiful. She was able to take my vision of blending in corals and pinks and pops of colors with succulents, even in my bridal bouquet. I would work with Katie again hands down in a second! She met my visions exactly and even more - our flowers were beautiful!

I wanted the flowers to really be the focal point of my wedding ceremony and reception. We had a low-key affair and the only direction I gave to Katie was that I wanted light pinks and "no mason jars". The flowers were beautiful and even better than I imagined they would be. Katie was so wonderful! I LOVED my flowers!! And my hair comb was so beautiful, I wish I could wear it everyday!! What Katie created with the vision I gave her was more than I ever imagined! She is truly amazing at what she does and if you choose her, you won’t regret it! Katie was very responsive and flexible. Katie was FANTASTIC with providing flowers for our 10/27/2017 wedding. Maybe I'm biased but they were the prettiest wedding flowers I've ever seen. Katie was so easy to work with, flexible to what we wanted, and so much cheaper than a lot of "minimums" I saw in the area. Highly recommend!!!

When we met with Katie and gave her ideas, she knew EXACTLY what we wanted. We didn't even meet with any other floral vendors. The day of our wedding was beautiful! The flowers and greens were my favorite part! The flowers and greens from our centerpieces lasted for over 2 weeks! Katie responds to emails and texts very quickly.

Katie was an absolute dream to work with! I would highly highly recommend her to anyone looking for wedding flowers or any special event! I did not have a huge vision of what I wanted for my wedding, just a few colors and pictures on pinterest, but she took those small ideas and ran with it. Katie is very laid back, professional, and easy to work with. She understands that planning a wedding can be very stressful, but she really does everything within her power to ensure this part of your planning is as stress-free as possible. She was very accommodating in reworking our quote for us to work towards a final price and asked lots of questions to ensure we were on the same page for my vision. She was also able to incorporate some family heirlooms and charms for my bridal bouquet, which turned out stunningly! We had Katie make our bouquets and boutonnieres, but chose to use the DIY buckets for our wine bottle centerpieces which we had a friend arrange the day of. Everything was super fresh and stunningly beautiful! It all turned out better than I could have ever imagined! We also loved that everything is grown local. Thank you so much Katie!

Katie was absolutely fantastic. I did not want very structured bouquets - more of a wild, organic feel. With very little direction on my part, Katie was able to understand exactly what I wanted and made it come to life. I was floored when my bouquets arrived to our house (which she so accommodatingly made separate stops to drop of boutonnieres, bouquets and church arrangements the morning of our wedding) - they were beautiful and the perfect size!! She also created the most unique pew markers for the church off of a picture I had shown her. We loved it all and would recommend Katie to anyone.

Having The Rustic Bunch do my wedding flowers was by far one of the best decisions I made for my wedding.The first time I met with Katie, I was confident that she completely understood my style. She was so professional and even met with me a couple more times before my wedding, despite the drive it meant for her. I had the most unique arrangements and I can't wait to get my pictures back so I can see them again!

From beginning to end, working with the Rustic Bunch for my wedding was an absolute pleasure. I was referred to Katie by a friend and I could tell immediately from her website that her aesthetic and business philosophy were exactly what I was looking for in a florist for the biggest event of my life. I wasn’t looking for cookie-cutter florals, but instead I wanted arrangements that were more organic, wild, and complementary to the overall feel of my wedding (vintage, romantic, fall-inspired). I made an appointment to meet with Katie in the wedding venue (The Stirling Guest Hotel in Reading, PA) and we talked about how the color palette (dark greens and gem tones) would work within the actual space. Closer to the wedding date, I sent Katie pictures of my dress, other decorative elements, and some Pinterest photos of bouquets that I liked. As my wedding approached, I felt a bit apprehensive about how it would all come together (what bride doesn’t?). When Katie’s sister delivered the flowers on the wedding day, I was not only relieved by the bouquets and centerpieces, but positively stunned and overjoyed at the result. Katie had arranged bouquets exactly how I had envisioned and hoped for them to be. Katie’s taste is unparalleled and her prices are extremely fair. Even when I had to make a last-minute adjustment to my estimate due to a change in my ceremony seating arrangement, Katie was nothing but accommodating. Simply put, the Rustic Bunch “gets it” and I can’t recommend them enough for low-stress, professional, and creative wedding florals.

To my greatest luck, my husband and I had stumbled upon The Rustic Bunch after a meeting with our church in Malvern, PA. The Rustic Bunch was at the farmers market and I was immediately drawn to the beautiful flowers. The Rustic Bunch reminded me of a very organically beautiful vibe that I thought would be a perfect fit for our September wedding. We worked almost exclusively with Katie, who was such a sweet, patient woman to work with. Our first meeting I had told her about our budget, that I understood I would need to be flexible, and therefore I was pretty open to what she had in mind. I had shown her pictures on Pinterest of the “feel” I was going for, and the color scheme that I had in mind. Mostly a soft, natural, earthy feel with little pops of deep color for contrast. Aside from that, I let Katie do her thing because I trusted that she understood my vision. We communicated back and forth, and showed each other some Pinterest ideas, & she mentioned what kind of flowers she planned to incorporate. On the day of my wedding, the flowers that Katie arrived with took my breath away. I had never expected to be in such shock at how beautiful they were and what an amazing job she did. It is so apparent at how well this couple does with such little direction because that is where they went above and beyond with my wedding! I had received numerous compliments about the authentic beauty of my flowers, my photographer couldn’t get enough of them, and my family even kept them for décor, dried them out, and savored them! THANK YOU Rustic Bunch for making my imagination come true!! Because I also find this to be another KEY factor when searching for a florist, right off the bat Katie had mentioned The Rustic Bunch could work with essentially any budget. We told her the amount we were looking to spend and because we were willing to trust her eye (allow her to find great flowers at the right price) this was another huge success on our end. It is one thing to have amazing flowers… it is another to have paid an arm and a leg for them. The entire time we worked with Katie there were no surprises with cost, and she stayed true to the estimate that we had planned from the beginning. For anyone in the process of planning a wedding, you will understand how important this really is. I can’t recommend The Rustic Bunch enough and am so glad to have found this company!

The months leading up to your wedding are filled with choices, decisions, and a lifetime's worth of worrying. As a colorblind bride who knew little to nothing about flowers, I was more than happy to let someone else take the reins when it came to my wedding day floral choices. Katie has a wonderful way of taking the few ideas I had and turning them into plans (and eventually into bouquets!) I was more than comfortable in allowing her to let her creativity show in my wedding day flowers. My favorite part of planning was being able to follow The Rustic Bunch on Pinterest and see what pins Katie had chosen for a board set aside for my wedding. This allowed me to visualize what my flowers might look like, and pin ideas of my own. Add in the ease of having my flowers delivered to the venue on my wedding day, and my entire experience with The Rustic Bunch was really one less thing to worry about when planning my wedding. I'm sure most brides know exactly what they want on their wedding day, and I know Katie will accommodate those brides perfectly, but I was most impressed with her ability to accommodate someone who had no idea what she wanted! All in all the experience was just what I was looking for and more.
