The Scoop Coop is a fully licensed, self-contained, soft serve mobile ice cream truck / trailer ! We offer soft serve cones, gourmet shakes, sundaes, malts and floats. Based out of Jupiter, we service Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and most of Florida. Weddings are our specialty!

We added this ice cream truck to the end of our wedding and it was SUCH a huge hit. The Scoop Coop is so easy to work with. They were all so sweet and let us take bride and groom pictures with the truck as a fun memory. The guests made sure to let us know the next day how much they loved the truck and how delicious the ice cream was! The sundaes really were amazing. If you’re looking for a unique and fun wedding touch, this is it!!
