e of where we wanted to get married. We picked the Seagate Hotel for the airy, modern beach club dining space perfectly situated on our favorite beach. I had worked for one of Boston's most highly regarded wedding planning and catering companies for years so I had extremely high expectations and when I say the team at the Seagate delivered, I mean they DELIVERED. Crystal held my hand through the stress of planning from afar and no matter how many vendors, seemingly crazy asks and above and beyond requests I threw her way, she handled it like an actual rock star. Her team (huge shout out to the team) made our whole family feel like we were the VIPs of the hotel the weekend of our wedding. They knew us by name and when we came in from the beach or needed a lift in one of the hotel's cars, they seemed genuinely happy to see us. From dropping off our insane amount of items for the wedding, handling the crazy amount of vendors we had, managing all of the hectic details (shout out to Christophe for inflating the white, black, and gold swan pool floats to float in the pool for our cocktail hour), making mini Del's lemonade shooters (Rhode Island specialty), this team made our weekend unforgettable and we had major post-wedding blues when it was time to leave. LOVE YOU SEAGATE TEAM! You blew us away from start to finish and I just wish we could have our wedding day all over again and again! P.S. Did I mention that all of our guests said it was the best food that they had ever had at a wedding? The largest servings of filets EVER and every bite was scrumptious.

Alison was very helpful in booking our room block, assisting our guests, selecting our bridal and groom suites, booking a trolley, etc. She ensured our wedding weekend would be a stress-minimizing stay! The valet staff and drivers were exceptional. They were extremely courteous and went over the top to ensure safe and prompt rides. We are extremely grateful. Christoph was beyond helpful and made our wedding day special. The spa staff spoiled me and indulged me feeling like a beautiful bride. ALL of other staff was fabulous!! Fabulous!! We were treated like family and everyone hustled. We will never stay at another hotel in Delray. We will be back to re-live our amazing experience. It was unforgettable. The beach club- top notch. Great service. Quiet. Additionally, the rooms and grounds were beautiful. Well kept. We will be back as often as we can to celebrate our anniversary!!!

They went out of their way to make things easier for us and to accommodate any request (even a last-minute trolley request to our rehearsal dinner!) Every one of our guests commented on how luxurious and perfect the hotel was. Crystal was so flexible with the weather-back up plan (as it was raining an hour up to the wedding), yet she made the ceremony on the beach possible for us! Not to mention the welcome dinner at The Seagate Country Club AND the "next day brunch" in the Coral Ballroom were both out of this world. Top notch service and delicious food at EVERY venue. My wedding guests are still raving about the service, food and overall experience they had at The Seagate. Special shout-out to Crystal Prante for her patience and guidance during the wedding process. She was always readily available to help answer any questions I had. I could go on and on about The Seagate but what truly makes a statement is I will have every event moving forward at The Seagate because I know they will outperform my expectations. We had a lot of out of town guests and the location can't be beat. We ate at The Atlantic Grille throughout the weekend and the food and service were great. We received many complements on the food at the country club the night of the wedding as well. We worked with Ashley throughout the planning process. She was always helpful and quick to respond. Everything went smoothly the day of our wedding as well. In addition to Ashley and her team, the service was great from everyone we encountered from the pool bar, front desk, bellmen, valet and restaurant. We would highly recommend staying at The Seagate as well as having your wedding here!

ay Beach from the Northeast and stay at the Seagate Hotel & Spa for a few nights, with our wedding ceremony being held at the Seagate Beach Club on that Saturday. The Seagate Beach Club was the most amazing wedding venue. From our beach ceremony, to the cocktail hour poolside overlooking the ocean, to the reception in the immaculate and beautiful dining area – everything was perfect; truly top notch. The food was extraordinary and right on time. We have had multiple guests from our wedding tell us that their meals were the most enjoyable horderves, entrée and dessert combination they have ever had at a wedding. In regards to the atmosphere, I can write a dissertation on how incredibly beautiful both the Seagate Beach Club and the Seagate Hotel are, but you can simply find pictures and realize that for yourself. I want to take a moment and talk about Ashely Saffer and her staff. They are truly some the kindest, accountable and most professional group I have ever worked with. From the second we walked in the door we were filled with confidence that her team knew how important this weekend was for us and our families, and they were on top of everything. Truly a remarkable experience, and we are actually already planning our next trip to the Seagate Hotel. All in all, I couldn’t imagine a better venue than the Seagate Beach Club, I couldn’t imagine a nicer hotel than the Seagate Hotel & Spa, and I definitely couldn’t imagine working with someone better than Ashley and her team.

, the venue itself is gorgeous, the location right outside of downtown Delray cannot be beat, the facilities are all recently remodeled, and the patio area (where we opted to have our ceremony) is stunningly beautiful at sunset. After searching through lots of venues throughout Broward and Palm Beach, I have to say that we chose the Seagate because we thought it gave us the best value for our money (some of these beach venues in Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach are PRICEY), however, I can't imagine getting better quality food, service, or a more beautiful venue with any of the other places we looked. The guests are still raving about our food! And the Seagate Hotel, where we all stayed and hosted an after-party and a Sunday brunch, is a gorgeous hotel right in the middle of the action on Atlantic Ave. Ashley and the Seagate staff kept our wedding on-time to the minute and were flexible to work with throughout the process. From helping us to come up with a signature cocktail idea, to picking out gluten-free appetizer options, to giving us room setup ideas (our wedding was 230 people) - no detail was overlooked by Ashley or the staff. Can't thank them enough!

We utilized vendors only from their list of preferred/suggested vendors and they all turned out to be wonderful as well. They were always in constant communication with us, responding very quickly to all of our emails and phone calls, and felt that treated us as if we were their only and most important client. Our wedding went even better than we could have imagined (despite the fact that we had planned for a ceremony on the beach and it rained all day; they made the ceremony even better in the beach club!) and our friends have been telling us it's the best wedding they've ever been to. We can't speak highly enough of working with the Seagate - I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking to plan a wedding or event in South Florida.

The day of our wedding it rained and Ashley and the rest of the staff were so incredible in helping my guests and bridal party stay dry and still have fun!! People are still talking about how great the wedding was and how much they loved the venue and staff! Christophe and the bell crew were amazing too! They made everything so easy!!! Michele at the front desk was so great in making sure everyone got early check-in and that all of my guests had a room in my block. Throughout the whole planning process she would check in to see if I needed more rooms! Mark at the restaurant was there each night to keep the party going for our wedding party! And we had a crazy group. The prices are unbeatable for the quality service, food, and experience you will have! I have ZERO complaints to say about the Seagate!!! I would choose them over any other venue!!!

he whole experience was the catering manager Ashely Saffer. She was awesome. She was so responsive and made sure every little detail was taken care of. Any request we had she always said yes. She helped to keep us all calm the day of the event and due to her efforts our wedding was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended.

t we were looking for as soon as we stepped into the Seagate Beach Club. My favorite were the chandeliers!! Once we knew Seagate Beach Club was our place everything flowed smoothly, from meeting the catering manager Ashley who was very detailed and answered all of our questions and even made some suggestions to the delicious menu tasting, to planning every single detail to the day of. The location is beautiful and you have 2 different floors to choose from. Ashley was very helpful and on top of her timeline, making it very easy for me to juggle all of the vendors. We had such an amazing time at our wedding, the food was delicious, our signature drink was a hit and everyone were raving about the alcohol ice cream, and the apps. I wish we could do it all over again!

es along the ocean (in Palm Beach County) and to be honest nothing compared if your truly looking to have the experience of being on the beach with beautiful full view of ocean. I got the intimate, private, outdoor/indoor feel I wanted in a space that had a great casual yet elegant look and feel. My wedding was smaller (55-60 guests) so I chose the upstairs dinning area. Looking at other hotels on the beach my options seemed to be window less ballrooms, or areas that were not private with only limited views. The cost was all very comparable which made the decision effortless. I would highly recommend any bride take a look at the Seagate Beach Club! I had a beautiful wedding! I had an 80-minute sea stone massage and then we found out that we could utilize all of the hotel's amenities for the day afterward (pool, pool bar, fitness center, steam room). It was amazing. Thankfully, my cousin knew a member of The Seagate's private beach club nearby, so we were able to have lunch with ocean-views (... ahh! So beautiful). The lunch menu was very creative - the blueberry & avocado lump crab salad was incredible. After seeing the hotel and the beach club with its unbelievably scenic views, I knew that I had to get married here (I've always dreamt of having a beach/destination wedding). My wedding is scheduled for June 2015 and I couldn’t be more excited about it. I’ve been working with Ashley from the very beginning. I could not ask for a more committed and passionate person to work with. She has relieved me of so much stress and I’ve been able to enjoy the planning process leading up to my wedding day that much more. I am coming down to Florida (from NY) and staying at The Seagate Hotel with my fiancée in January for our wedding dinner tasting at The Seagate Beach Club. Most of my family members have already booked their rooms at the hotel after only seeing a few photographs of the property and hearing about the amazing amenities and location (right in the heart of Atlantic Avenue). I was thrilled to hear that they have a golf course now because my fiancée and his brothers love to golf and are planning to make a tee-time a day or two before the wedding. Ashley sent me all of the spa wedding packages for the bridal party, which we’re definitely planning on taking advantage of. They also have an exclusive couple’s massage suite so we may make an appointment for that as well! I chose the Bridal Suite for the night of our wedding (with a connecting spa room) – however, the Presidential suite is just as stunning. My fiancée’s brother’s family reserved that room for my wedding weekend so now we have two of the best rooms. I am so excited to get married and for selecting the perfect venue and location.

raveling from different areas for the shower and wedding, my sister suggested Delray Beach during Labor Day Weekend for a nice little getaway. We took advantage of the long weekend and had a fabulous stay at The Seagate Hotel & Spa, where the staff took great care of our 10 person entourage, shuttling us around town and sent thoughtful amenities to the room. We had 3-4 girls per room, which was perfect since the deluxe accommodations are spacious and the beds & linens were super comfortable. Everyone was so impressed with the property! The first night we had a beautiful dinner on the terrace of the Beach Club, where the Chef prepared a special prix-fixe tasting menu, which was definitely a highlight of the trip! The hotel offers movie night on the beach every Friday, so after that we went back to the Atlantic Grille to enjoy some live entertainment and tasty cocktails. We all enjoyed being able to relax at the hotel pool, access to the spa (I got an AMAZING 80-minute deep tissue massage from Dana) and sunbathing at the beach with a piña colada in hand. Atlantic Avenue provided the ultimate strip of nightlife for us to celebrate, everything was in walking distance from the hotel. I am so happy that we decided to stay at The Seagate for this memorable weekend! Side note on the exceptional service - we had arranged airport transportation through the concierge, but when the company called to say they were running late, the concierge had one of The Seagate staff drive us up to PBI in their courtesy car (Cadillac Escalade). That definitely left a lasting impression as we departed.

block the wind did make quite a bit of noise, but I did not let it bother me and my fun one bit! I chose the beach bbq menu and it was delicious! Because the majority of my guests booked rooms at the hotel for the weekend I was provided with the Palor Suite for all three nights for FREE! This is just one example of how wonderful the Seagate was to work with! The second setting was the wedding at the Country Club. It was the perfect mix of tropical class I was looking for! We had hoped to get married on the lawn out front, but the weather from the day before left the ground a bit too soggy. No problems moving my ceremony indoors and it was just as beautiful overlooking the golf course. The party was great and my guest enjoyed every bit! The Seagate provided transportation to and from the hotel to country club for me and my guests at no cost. Another plus!! Sunday morning we rolled down to the Coral Ballroom at the hotel and enjoyed a lovely brunch. In addition to the Seagate setting, properties and activites, my guests also had the benefit of the Wine and Seafood festival right outside on Atlantic Avenue for that weekend. I can't say enough of the Seagate! Ashley, event planner, was so professsional, accomodating and almost like part of the family on the big day. We had forgotten the second wedding cake at the hotel on the day of wedding and she drove back over and returned with it in no time! I definitely recommend the Seagate for wedding venue with a destination feel and first class all the way!

as though you are at a private club, rather than just a restaurant -- they were so nice and accomodatng to us and our guests. They handled a number of our requests (adding champagne to the bar, changing the side on an entree, doing a late night snack) with no problem whatsoever. We were supposed to have cocktails around the pool, and then move up to the first floor for dinner. Unfortunately, the wind did not cooperate so we moved the cocktails inside, and everything worked out just fine. All of our dinner tables were set up outside on the patio, which we ended up having to tent due to the wind. That tent was a serious lifesaver, so keep it in mind if weather may be an issue for you (the Seagate arranges and sets up the tent so the cost just gets wrapped into your bill). We had great reviews on the food (mahi mahi and chicken), which I considered a huge feat given that we literally went over our scheduled dinner time by almost an hour due to long speeches. I still don't know how they pulled that off! It was a seriously great venue, and a great night. Also, we stayed at the Seagate Hotel for several days prior to the wedding, as did many of our guests. Everyone had rave reviews. The rooms are just gorgeous, and as with the Beach Club, the service was truly outstanding. They helped us with so many things -- moving bags from room to room, pressing dresses, cleaning at certain times, etc, etc -- and couldn't have been nicer about all of it. We also used the hotel's trolley and SUV for guest transportation and it worked out great. We stayed in the bridal suite on the night of the wedding, and that was really amazing. Huge space, beautiful canopy bed, crazy carwash-type shower with water coming from every conceivable direction, huge jacuzzi. We are definitely going back for our first anniversary!

GEMENT WERE OVER THE TOP TO ENSURE EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH. I PLAN TO HAVE A 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY PARTY AT THE SAME PLACE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SEAGATE!!!!
