We had our wedding at Shakespeare club on Memorial Day weekend and it was amazing!! The venue is gorgeous and fit our ~80 guests very well. We had the ceremony outside on the back ...patio/terrace which offered a beautiful setting. Our ceremony was around 4:30 PM which did result in some direct sunlight on one side of the aisle, but it was very manageable. We had our reception inside the ball room which comfortably sat our guest count with a bar in the back corner and a dance floor (12’x15’). Lighting in the ballroom was perfect for dinner, and for dance lighting we used amber uplighting from our DJ which lit the room beautifully. Lou Ann, who was our point of contact the whole time, was fantastic and responsive, and very accommodating. We also had contact with the caretaker, Bryan, who helped with vendor facing and day-of setup and teardown. And the bridal suite and tea rooms were also very elegant and photogenic. Overall, 10/10 experience, reasonably priced, friendly staff, and very highly recommended for gatherings/weddings. Thank you Lou Ann and Bryan for all your help making our day special!!
