Owner Adriana grew up on her father's shellfish farm and developed a passion for oysters, which symbolize family, connection, and treasured moments to her.  Adriana founded The Shellfish Affair to share Baja Shellfish Farms' oysters through a tasting experience that indulges the senses. All of her oysters are sustainably produced at her family farm in Baja and brought directly to your event. Her products are 100% organic and suitable for people with diet restrictions, such as gluten-, lactose-free, and nut-free.  The expert team at The Shellfish Affair specializes in weddings and private events. They tailor their services to each client's needs and provide full delivery, set up, and clean up.
