with them. Our conversations were always warm and welcoming, and they were always beyond helpful - that alone played a huge part in our decision making process. Once I finally got to view the facility the decision was easy! Because we had a fairly "tight" budget, we rented the upstairs area for our rehearsal dinner, and then the entire building for the following day. The ladies got ready in the upstairs portion of the building which offered a plentiful amount of natural light (even on a rainy day), and a TON of space. The ladies at the Silo made sure to go through ALL of our options with us beforehand, and were careful to point out every detail so that we could take full advantage of the venue. They set up tables, tablecloths, chairs, our alter, and other small pieces of furniture that we used on our big day. On the day of they made sure everything was together and ready to go, and there was someone in the downstairs office at all times in the event that we might need anything (like an extra bottle of champagne for the mimosas, LOL). We had initially planned to have our ceremony outsides, and our reception inside, but the weather had other plans for us. Thankfully, we had a rain plan set up JUST IN CASE. Honestly, if I had to do it all again, I wouldn't have changed a thing. We had close to 300 guests at our wedding, and even with everyone seated indoors, we still had PLENTY of room to enjoy the ceremony and reception. It was unbelievable! They truly utilized the space in the most creative way, and made sure we still got the "outside" feel even from the inside! Before I made my entrance, the ladies helped me fluff out my dress, and gave me a world of compliments before I ever stepped onto the floor in front of everyone. Our DJ decided to cut out a bit early and the ladies jumped into action and made sure that the sound system was set up so that music would continue playing. Our wedding day couldn't have gone half as smoothly without their help, and the venue looked STUNNING. It truly was an unbelievable experience, and I'd recommend the venue to anyone!
