but she worked with us for the last month before the wedding. She was truly amazing and it was a pleasure working with her!! She was on top of emails, coordinating with the planners, and made sure our big day ran smoothly. She was there for all the meetings and offered to call in for meetings with the other vendors as well. We had so many moving parts and unique things we wanted to do for our wedding day. Hayley made sure all the vendors were aware of the schedule and knew what was happening. She got us coffee in the morning and came to our airbnb to check on us. She and her assistants were there the entire day, making sure we were well taken care of and everything was running smoothly. In the rush of everything I forgot to bring my veil on the big day. She literally found our airbnb keys, drove there, got the veil, and came back in time!! There were some issues with the decor we weren’t happy about. We never got a chance to truly tell Haylet about it, but she recognized we were unhappy and took care of it when we were getting our evening make up done. We had so many items we wanted to keep as memories from the wedding. She packed everything in a big box for us before she left with a cute note in there too! She truly made everything run SO smoothly and went above and beyond her duties. We truly are thankful and couldn't have asked for a better planner!!

Multiple family members commented on how incredible she was and how much calmer they felt knowing Ashley had everything handled. There was such a sense of comfort in knowing she was behind the scenes making everything run smoothly. I truly cannot recommend her enough. Hiring Ashley was hands down one of the best decisions we made. I didn’t fully realize how much mental space and stress a wedding planner takes off your plate until we experienced it firsthand. Because of her, the planning process was fun and exciting instead of overwhelming — and our wedding weekend felt joyful, seamless, and completely present. If you're even considering booking her — just do it. You will not regret it.

Our wedding day felt smooth, beautiful, and completely stress-free—and that’s almost entirely because of her. Every detail felt thoughtful and intentional. Our guests are still talking about how gorgeous and well-organized everything was. We were able to be fully present and actually enjoy the day, which is the best gift we could have asked for. She also handled a last-minute switch to the rain plan flawlessly. What could have been stressful ended up feeling just as special and well thought-out as Plan A, which says a lot about her flexibility and expertise. nt concierge, was a great communicator, easy to schedule with and introduced us to the amazing SEG Wedding Workbook which helped us kickstart the process while waited for our planner to be assigned. Then, we met Victoria a month out and we cannot say enough about how wonderful she is. Victoria is professional, organized, extremely detail oriented and brings the best energy to the table! We had been planning our wedding for months leading up to meeting Victoria so I was nervous "handing over the reigns" and couldn't imagine how she could catch up to speed so quickly... but she did that, and so much more. She exceeded our every expectation and my only regret was not having started with her sooner! The Monday before our wedding, the entire wedding plan had to change due to weather and Victoria was cool as a cucumber and on a mission to iron out all the details so we could just relax and focus on our big day. She helped us with an entirely new layout, updated all of our vendors, and she and her day-of assistant (Monica!) brought our vision to life in an entirely different space. It was magical and I tear up just thinking about it. Victoria executed everything flawlessly, kept my husband (so fun to say!) and I on time, made sure we were fed and had drinks the whole night and even helped us iron out some snafus that arose with the venue. If you are getting married in the Austin area, go with SEG and ask for Victoria. She is the absolute best and she deserves 10/10 stars because everything went topsy-turvy in the final hour and she handled it like a wedding planning Queen! Thank you so much SEG, and Victoria and Monica for making our wedding perfect. We don't know what we would have done without you!!!

She allowed us to enjoy the day, kept our stress level at 0%, and kept everything light and fun. Some of our guests even came up to us to compliment her! Some of our favorites were: "She's such a boss!", "A bad-a** in the best way", and "Somehow she had everything under control without even being seen!" We 100% cosign on all of these. We cannot recommend SEG and Ilisha enough.

Melody was ahead of the ball on everything and any time there was a bump she came with solutions ready. We really don't know how we would've done it without her (and under budget too!).

ody ROY. If you are considering hiring her as your wedding planner, let this be a sign to not think any further. HIRE HER, YOU WONT REGRET IT She’s worth every cent and even more. She’s organized, meticulous, thorough, thoughtful, kind, intelligent, genuine, and all of the characteristics that you want someone to plan your wedding When my husband and I first met her, we knew we could trust her with this. As two physicians, we are incredibly busy and quite frankly hard to impress. We also needed somebody who is meticulous and a true leader. Melody helped me in every single process, with  every single vendor, every single decision,  every twist and turn she was there. She was fully present in all of our conversations. At one point she was going through a rough personal experience and SHE STILL SHOWED UP. As a bride, decision fatigue is one of the worst things!!!!. She got to know me, she got to know what I liked and made executive (behind the scene) decisions on my behalf. Some things like how many standing cocktail tables vs sitting tables are needed is not something the bride needs to worry about! Our wedding was the most incredible day ever. Our first few meetings were purely financial. She started off by making us a budget. And yes this girl can work in ANY budget. She’s flexible, she’s resourcefull! She never presented an option that was beyond our budget so I could fall in love with it and not be able to afford it. Actually, the only time I went above budget was my wedding dress when Melody wasn’t there LOLLL I interviewed many wedding planners before I chose Melody. I put all of my time and effort in finding her so I didn’t have to plan a HUGE day that becomes with so much anxiety and stress. Our next meetings were followed up with vendor selections. The wedding market is SATURATED. It’s so NICE to be given 2-3 options of vendors in your budget that you will like. Dare I say, she made wedding planning fun. She checked in on me the days leading up to the wedding, which were invaluable. Needless to say this girl knows what she’s doing. And day of? She was executing!! Fixing zippers of dresses for both bridesmaids and guest. She took care of everyone. There was a HUGE SNOW STORM on the wedding day. We pivoted where we needed to kept the course where we needed as well. IT WAS ALL HANDLED. No I do not personally know her and no there is no incentive to this review. Just a bride who is so grateful to have had an AWESOME PLANNER.
