Really bad experience! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Very unprofessional, unorganized, and lied to me to protect herself instead of owning up to mistakes.
Sept 3rd - told me her team was available to accommodate me on my wedding day (twice). Told me if I signed the contract and sent the deposit my date would be secured.
Sept 4th - She sent the contract over to me. I sent the contract back and sent over the deposit. She responded that I was all set to go (twice!).
Oct 21st - I sent over additional questions for my wedding day (how many people were going to come to the venue to do my hair/makeup, etc.)
Nov 10th - She never responded so I sent a follow up for the questions.
Nov 12th - She tells me that her team is not available to accommodate me on my wedding day and that she "didn't realize" I had sent over the money already. Told me repeatedly that she has been trying to find team members who could accommodate, even though she told me twice on Sept 3rd she had a team to accommodate me.
At the end of the day, if she didn’t have a team ready to go, she shouldn’t have 1. told me she did (twice) and sent over a contract and asked for my money.
Thankfully, I have time to get a new makeup artist, but had I never reached out with additional questions, I would've been left alone on my wedding day.

Hi Jessica, upon booking I did inform you that I would not be able to do the wedding glam and that I would have an assistant do it for me, there was no lie there. With the wedding being all the way in Kentucky I wasn’t able to find any teammate...
s who were available out there to do it and informed you of that as soon as I knew. I refunded your money within minutes of telling you that- once I confirmed the deposit was indeed made. With your wedding being an over a year away I wasn’t expecting you to have such a volatile response with you threatening to leave me bad reviews me on all platforms- Im sorry we weren’t able to meet your needs and to upset you, but I still hope you are able to find a vendor that you are happy with and wish you the best time at your wedding! Thank you
Natalie did my spray tan, hair, & makeup. The spray tan was absolutely flawless — natural, even, and the perfect sun-kissed glow. I received so many compliments on how radiant my skin looked! It truly gave me that extra boost of confident on my big day.
As for my hair, I was amazed at how it held up. The day of my wedding was over 100 degrees, and even with the heat, my curls stayed in place all day and night! I didn’t have to touch up once, and it still looked picture-perfect by the end of the evening.
Lastly, the makeup was great, though it was a bit heavier than what I typically go for. It was full glam, which is perfect for someone who loves that high-impact, dramatic look. For me, I would have preferred a slightly more natural finish, but I know of plenty of brides who would love the full-on glam effect they provided.
Overall, I couldn’t have been happier with how I looked on such an important day!

Natalie was absolutely the best!!! She did my hair and makeup for my wedding and I felt like a million bucks! I got SO many compliments. Also, she worked me and my friend’s into her schedule, so that we could get facials and derma-planes before the big day. Best facials ever! Natalie can do it all and is also so professional and accommodating. I could not recommend her enough!

Natalie was a great choice for my bridal hair and makeup! I received many compliments throughout the day. My "glam" also looked amazing in our wedding photos. Natalie is also a very kind person, and I definitely appreciated her straightforward personality (many hair/makeup vendors make you go in circles before finally telling you their pricing/availability). The only thing that could have been improved is that Natalie already had another later wedding booked for the day of my wedding, so I had to start getting ready really early in the morning in order for her to make it on time for the next wedding. I didn't know about this until after I did my hair/makeup trial - I think it is helpful to at least know about this in advance.

Working with Natalie was amazing! She had a team of wonderful woman to work on my party of 8! She made a schedule that made it easy to let everyone know when they were up and they all looked amazing! My trial went super smoothly and she had great recommendations! It was important to me to find someone who knew how to work well and enhance features on plus size woman and they definitely did that! Natalie and her team did a great job setting up around the rental house we had at our venue that had limited lighting. If your looking for someone with good pricing and great work i would highly recommend you choose Natalie!

My mom and I did a trial as well and Natalie worked us in on a tight schedule. On wedding day, my mom and I’s hair and makeup lasted all day! Didn’t need a single touch up anywhere. She also has the best personality and is so lovely to talk to and be around. We had nothing short of an amazing experience.

Natalie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was prompt in her communication and arrived early to the venue so she could be set up to start on schedule. My bridesmaids were all very happy with their hair and makeup and it was done perfectly to suit each of them. My hair and makeup was also done exactly how I wanted it and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone wanting to look beautiful on their wedding day.
Natalie and her second makeup artist were so great for my wedding! All my bridesmaids and mothers looked so beautiful and my girls could not love their hair and makeup more! They were so professional yet fun to have in our getting ready suite and they even managed to end AHEAD of schedule, which at a wedding is a huge deal! Hair/makeup and the photos were the things that I was the most worried about as the bride and I couldn't recommend her more. Natalie made my makeup look so natural while still providing full coverage which was so important to me! Thank you, Natalie for making me look like a BRIDE!

I scheduled with Natalie for a special occasion makeup look, she was easy to get in contact with and get scheduled, she was very professional and personal, and very quick. I showed her an inspiration picture and she nailed it! My friend who came with me loved mine so much she decided to add on too and Natalie was accommodating. I got so many compliments throughout the night at my event and my makeup held up very well from getting my makeup done earlier in the day and it lasted well into the night! I definitely will book her in the future and recommend her to anyone looking for a makeup girl!
Natalie did my hair and makeup for my intimate wedding ceremony and it turned out beautiful! I dont normally wear makeup and she completely understood the amount I was comfortable wearing and it turned out exactly how I imagined. She showed up on time, was friendly, and a fast worker. We chose the preview and day of the wedding hair and makeup package. Both the preview and the wedding day were perfect! We sent idea photos of hair and makeup ahead of time, met for the preview, and it was exactly what we wanted! Natalie arrived early on the wedding day, was great to work with, and did a flawless job on my daughter's hair and makeup. My daughter was absolutely beautiful. And the makeup lasted through the reception! Everything was perfect! I can't recommend Natalie enough! Thank you!!
Natalie is an amazing makeup and hair stylist! She did hair and makeup for the bride and several of my bridemaids. She has a bubbly personality and very attentive to what I wanted for makeup and hair!
We did a trial before the wedding at her in home makeup studio which helped me to see what updo I wanted for my wedding! I would 100% recommend her to anyone needed someone for hair and makeup for a wedding!!
She also had other services availale such as spray tans available for an extra cost!
Natalie did our hair and make up for my daughter’s December wedding. She is fantastic! My daughter looked stunning for the wedding! Natalie listened to us both and we were thrilled with the results! We highly recommend her and look forward to working with her again for future events!
Natalie was great from start to finish! We did 2 trials to make sure I loved every single thing about my look. I had a two day wedding with multiple ceremonies and both looks were amazing and fit the theme for each day. She squeezed my mom into the schedule last minute and stayed on time despite changes to the schedule. I got multiple comments on how beautiful my hair and makeup looked, and it was all thanks to Natalie! Highly recommend!

Natalie and her team were fantastic! Natalie was a trooper and came in two days after having surgery to do my hair and makeup, and she crushed it. All of my bridesmaids also loved their hair and makeup, which is rare in any bridal party. Everyone looked absolutely stunning. More importantly, our hair and makeup lasted throughout the night. I highly recommend Natalie and her team. They listen to your requests and make the getting ready process a ton of fun.

I don’t think I would have spent the money on the trial since someone else on her team did my hair, which ended up being great! There were also a few timeline miscommunications, but overall a good experience!

My husband and I got married in Nashville on 9/22/18. This was a destination wedding for us we live in New York and all our family is here and California. Finding vendors was based almost completely online mostly using the Knot. I found Natalie through this app and she was super easy to contact and book. I’m so happy with how everyone’s hair and makeup turned out we never had a trial but she worked with the photos we showed her and made sure everyone was happy with their look. I would definitely recommend Natalie for anyone looking for hair and makeup!
Natalie was an invaluable and incredible asset on our wedding day! First of all, Natalie is the absolute sweetest and so easy to talk to and work with! Secondly, she does FANTASTIC work. My girls looked amazing and we were so happy with how everything turned out. The venue and I actually had some confusion with the timing which caused my girls and I to be a bit late, but Natalie came through for us and was able to finish all of our hair and makeup in a much shorter time than was anticipated, and we all looked and felt amazing. My husband’s sister and cousin were bridesmaids, and he told me so many times how wonderful they looked. She turned me into a real life princess and tailored my makeup to match my tiara and the glamorous venue we were at. Every one of my guest and my wedding party (including the groomsman and my husband) told me all day how beautiful my hair and makeup was. My makeup and hair even stayed put through the crying and dancing. I can’t imagine having had anyone else work on me and my girls on my perfect wedding day.

Natalie is the best!! I had several makeup trials in the Nashville area which was very hard to do considering this was a destination wedding and I was coming from NYC. I was disappointed time after time as all these makeup artists claimed to work on country stars, everyone for the CMAs etc.. and it didn't show. Natalie was the real deal. I sent her some inspiration photos and she nailed it. She took my look and vision into consideration and made me more beautiful then I could've imagined. My makeup even lasted the next day!! haha.. After a long wedding night, I was still beautiful at brunch! Finally, she is a lovely person and a lot of fun. Do your trial and makeup with Natalie.. you won't be disappointed.
