The Smoke Shack

hed potatoes, mac and cheese, salad and green beans . It was all so good, but that mac and cheese was bomb! Our guests are still raving about how good the food was!

. They answered all of our questions and went out of the way to help like sourcing a second high chair because our venue only had one available. The crew on the day was so polite and organized, communicating with us at appropriate times and offering to help with stuff like cutting the cake and bringing napkins, plates, and forks even though it was from another vendor. Worth every penny, no regrets!

t the most, important part of the reception. I've been to so many weddings where the food is subpar. The food from Smoke Shack was amazing, and all of our guests agreed. They arrived on time to our venue. The servers were so very helpful and checked in on us during our meal. We asked that mine and my husbands plates be brought to us before dinner started and the buffets were open to the guests. It allowed time for us to eat. The servers made sure our bellies were happy and full and I super appreciated that. We both did. I'd highly recommend them for any event as well as just for dinner. We definitely stopped there throughout the year for dinner several times.

. The team on site was prompt, accommodating, polite and very kind. We were very impressed with them. One team member even offered to plate meals for family members that were unable to walk through the buffet line which was unexpected and very kind to do. The food was phenomenal! And our guests were very happy with the quality and flavor of the food. We are very happy we decided to work with Smoke Shack, overall they did a great job!

nswers. Food was delicious and plenty was provided. We somehow were short dinner plates though, why they wouldn't bring extra just in case, I'm not sure? The day-of staff was amazing and friendly. Guests loved the food!

sts raved at the food and we had nothing but compliments for a non-traditional wedding dinner menu. We chose to do family style to avoid lots of commotion with a buffet line. The biggest issue we had with Smoke Shack is that they served dinner 40 minutes late and did not bring out all the food at the same time. They brought out the coleslaw and the rest of the food didn't come out for another 25+ minutes. I went back to the kitchen multiple times and the first time (around 6:55), they told me "they were just about to serve", but food didn't come out until 7:10. Our guests didn't seem to be overly upset about any of this, but when everyone is on a specific timeline for the day, the delay was pretty significant. However, from what my guests have told me, there was plenty of food to go around and all of it was very excellent.

about how great the food was. Maggie and Nickie were so easy to work with, if you want great food that everyone will love, The Smoke Shack won't disappoint!

out so well. There was more than enough food for everyone (and then some!) I have eaten at the restaurant before and it is always so good. Our wedding was no different! I Highly recommend them for your wedding

wedding! Food was SO good and the desserts were INCREDIBLE. The servers were so kind and Nickie was really helpful leading up to the event. Our guests absolutely loved the food!

ng in contact with Nikki was difficult at times. At the end of the day, everyone loved the food. We did a buffet style, which we cannot recommend for BBQ, and the servers were so sweet and lovely. Smoke Shack's food is really what made our wedding stand apart from other weddings. Definitely worth the price and the food is flawless.

ght what could be better than BBQ! Smoke Shack was great when we went in for a tasting. If memory serves the tasting was free unlike a lot of other caterers and the pricing was comparable. We had a COVID wedding and had to make some last minute changes (8 days before the wedding) because our venue could no longer accommodate us. No problem! Smoke Shack just updated the location and adjusted their plan and delivered as promised. The food was great and the guests were asking for more. Highly recommend the KC Egg Rolls if you are going to get any appetizers! Thank you Smoke Shack!

then just say "yes" and go with The Smoke Shack! End your search, call it done. We had decided early on that we were going to go the BBQ route with our guests, but in a family of foodies, quality matters. Our guests went to a lot of weddings the year we were married, and I can't tell you how many people came to us on the day of, and even AFTER it was months past, to tell us how delicious our food was ...especially by comparison. And it is no surprise to me! First, because their food is delicious, no question. And second, because the representatives we worked with to taste test/choose our menu were very upfront about their processes and the reasons they limit their catering menu. They do it because if it doesn't travel and serve up to their standards, they don't offer it! There are no surprises, so you can bet on excellence. I can honestly say our wedding meal was memorable in all the right ways. Fun Advice: We served their candied bacon during cocktail hour and it was a HUGE hit. They were gone before I even finished the receiving line! (So maybe ask them to set one aside for you ;) )

with the food service and our guests had great things to say about it. We have dined at Smoke Shack many times prior to our wedding day and we have always had great food, which is why we opted to have them cater our big day! We also had their sister company Holey Moley provide some doughnuts as part of our dessert table. Rave reviews from our guests on both the dinner and dessert!
