Smokeshow catered my wedding & they were absolutely incredible ! Book them immediately. They were friendly to chat with , easy to work with and the food was top notch. My guest complimented my food every chance they got. I was really nervous having tons of steak at a wedding and making them taste good - they were phenomenal! Kurt and Lindsey took great care of us & my husband and I felt spoiled by them.
We booked The Smokeshow for our wedding reception and they were excellent. On time, great service, friendly staff, and all the food was fantastic! The jalapeño poppers were especially a huge hit with the bride and groom, and the salmon with the guests. Thank you to Kurt and Lindsay and all their staff for helping to make our wedding day so wonderful!

We love getting to know couples on a personal basis so that we can curate the best possible experience. I am always proud when we are able to deliver astonishingly delicious meals that will be a memorable part of your big day.
Our family has called Coeur d’Alene home for nearly 50 years. We have traveled the world sampling the finest cuisine and some of the best barbecue in the USA. We are proud to be family owned and operated and always opt for local foods from northwest farmers and ranchers. We have fine-tuned the art of cooking, especially for family and friends. Over time, a hobby has turned into a passion and then into The Smokeshow.
