s Benedict at the onsite “barking frog” restaurant were the best I’ve ever had (beignets were great too)! We would definitely come back.

honestly the perfect little treat for myself.
The restaurant became a quick favorite. The duck was insane, I literally came back the next day with my family just to order it again. Brunch was also so good, the lamb chops, octopus salad, and clams were all amazing. My waiter was also super attentive and made the whole meal even better.
Special shout out to Miranda, Chaud, and Christian for making my stay special.
I will definitely be back. They really deserve all the love

I have traveled all over the world for biz and honestly there is something really unique about this place! I’d rate it at the top of the places I’ve stayed at.

Lovely place, but it did not seem as welcoming. Realized it was because when we were checked in we were told we had been upgraded to a larger nicer suite, and when we got in the room realized it wasn’t. It felt like the assumption was we hadn...
’t been there before (our fourth stay), and they could say that. The restaurants and facility are great, but that put us off. The pillow are also very hard. Still the best place to stay if you’re going to a concert or the restaurants nearby, but don’t treat someone differently is they’re dressed more casual.

We’ve come to Willow Lodge for years for meals and events, but this was our first overnight stay. The room was beautiful — spacious, quiet, and cozy, with a large bathtub that opens toward the fireplace and balcony. Lovely anniversary chocolate...

The lodge has that warm Pacific Northwest charm, with cider in the afternoon and morning coffee in the lobby — very nice touches.
However, we were disappointed by the $35 daily resort fee, never mentioned when booking or at check-in. No one explained what it covered, and we weren’t told about the spa, pool, gym, or bikes. The spa had a wonderful Thai herbal massage by Melissa, but the check-in was confusing and the “add-ons” actually shortened the treatment time. The relaxation room felt bare — no small snacks unless there was an event.
The sauna was lukewarm, fruit was mushy, and the fireplace left charcoal stains on my pants.
With clearer communication, visible management, and better transparency about fees, this could have been a 5-star stay. Beautiful property, but not quite the experience we hoped for.
