NO STARS!!!!! Don't believe the "We guarantee customer satisfaction." this company is so insensitive! My mother sold her family silver to the Source. Mom purchased jewelry, and the Source gave her a store card for the remaining balance.(less than $100). Mom has since passed away and they will not give a refund. My father can't drive, and his jewelry buying days are done. They refuse to help or even negotiate. Don't shop here!

Great place to buy engagement rings and wedding bands. Cuts the price of the ring in half of what you would pay anywhere else! Very good quality.

We used The Source to purchase our wedding bands. My husband and I had looked at another, smaller boutique and found that The Source had better prices and the service was a step above. Our saleslady never pushed us to buy out of our price range and really listened to what I was looking for. Also, the selection of men's wedding bands was really impressive, mainly because we had no idea what my husband wanted! When the saleslady went to clean my e-ring (as a complimentary service) she actually took the ring and insisted I get it serviced. (There was a loose stone in the setting that had previously been "repaired" by the small boutique I mentioned.) In less than a week the special order for my husband's ring came in, my band had been sized and my e-ring looked better than when I first received it! We will definitely return to The Source for services and high quality jewelry!

The Source is absolutely THE BEST choice for jewelery. The Groom spent 3 hours looking through all the diamonds in the store, the sales associate Michelle was so kind and helpful. Never once did she make him feel hurried or pressured into making a decision. After he proposed we went back to purchase our wedding bands, I had the same experience. It took us multiple visits before we chose the right ones and Michelle was there the whole time guiding us with encouragement and support. When Michelle was not there, someone else on the staff was just as helpful. I am so impressed with the service and pride The Source takes in helping each customer, I am a life long fan!

I went to the Source after another vendor told me it would cost $20K to customize my bands for my David Yurman engagement ring (to lay nicely on top and beneeth the engagement ring). I just so happened to stop into the Source, and noticed they had something similar to what I needed in the case....I tried it, and the two bands were PERFECT! Im so happy I didnt have to get something made custom!

Ever since my husband bought my engagement ring from The Source 7 years ago, we have bought every piece of jewelry, for ourselves and as gifts, from The Source. They were so great to deal with that I ended up buying all of our bridal party gifts there as well. It is like dealing with family. They are knowledgeable and truly provide the best prices I have found in the area. They have special-ordered items for us and provide great service. I bought my wife's engagement ring and wedding band at The Source and they were great! I was able to pick out the diamond and work with Cheryl on a custom band. They definitely go above and beyond on there service to meet the customers needs. Just remember if it doesn't come in a "Blue Box" you might as well put a quarter in the toy machines at Wegmans!

The experience I had looking for a wedding band at The Source was fantastic. I have a custom design engagement ring so I knew finding a band that would come close to matching was going to be challenging. The sales rep we had really did a fantastic job assuring me they could find something that I would be happy with and my fiance (now husband) wouldn't have to get a second job to afford. True to her word, sales rep, Michele Herman was able to find me a band that fit so well next to my engagement ring its hard to tell it wasn't part of the overall design to begin with. My husband was thrilled to find a band that had just enough diamond to be "manly" and the duel yellow/white gold design tied it all together nicely. From that day forward my husband and I have been back several times and each time we seek out Michele because she is more than a sales rep, she is a genuine person to each of her customers. 2 rings, 3 watches, several pair of earrings and Pandora items later we are customers for life. We couldn't have been happier to purchase our wedding bands from The Source. Our sales lady was fantastic. She pointed out many rings for us to choose from. She gave us plenty of time to decide. After having consulted with a few other shops in the area we went right back to her. We gave her our sale then and have gone back for other pieces since our wedding.
