My name is Chloe Zmolek and I am the owner and operator of The Southern Peel! This catering adventure has been a dream of mine ever since I started working on one of these trucks in Charleston, SC. I absolutely fell in love with the nature of a vintage truck and all of its character, but then became obsessed with pizza and how to master something so difficult. I love creating new and different pizzas as well as an array of unique appetizers! The 1953 Chevrolet creates an unparalled experice as well as the wood fired pizza oven and I couldn't be more excited to be apart of the best day of your life!

ce then she truly has become a friend. Whenever we’re in town we stalk the truck to get pizza! Chloe helped me curated the most amazing menu for my wedding this past weekend. My guests cannot stop raving about it. From the crab cakes and homemade whipped ricotta to the SEVEN different types of pizza AND tomato pie on homemade focaccia there was not a leftover in site. Everyone joined the clean plate club on Saturday haha. The truck is a show stopper and the staff was so accommodating - they even put a pizza aside for my brother for a late night post wedding snack! To say they’re the best truly doesn’t even do them justice. They went above and beyond and were just the best group of people to work with. For whoever is reading this - serve pizza from a food truck at your event or wedding, I promise you that you and your guests won’t regret it. It really is one of the best decisions that we’ve ever made.

d, salad, and cannoli were all so delicious. For cocktail hour, we had charcuterie boards, pimento cheese and crackers, and bacon wrapped brussel sprouts. The spread was beautiful and sooo tasty. For dinner, we had olive oil and sea salt focaccia bread, house salad w/ goat cheese and balsamic, and SIX different pizza flavors (cheese, pepperoni, supreme, margherita, barbeque chicken, and figgy pig). For dessert, we had sea salt caramel cannoli served alongside our wedding cake (which the SP staff graciously cut for us). The beautiful blue truck was such a beautiful sight for our guests to enjoy. The SP staff did an amazing job serving our guests all night. We can’t thank them enough!!
