My name is Chloe Zmolek and I am the owner and operator of The Southern Peel!
This catering adventure has been a dream of mine ever since I started working on one of these trucks in Charleston, SC.
I absolutely fell in love with the nature of a vintage truck and all of its character, but then became obsessed with pizza and how to master something so difficult. I love creating new and different pizzas as well as an array of unique appetizers!
The 1953 Chevrolet creates an unparalled experice as well as the wood fired pizza oven and I couldn't be more excited to be apart of the best day of your life!
