I was not going to leave a review until I saw that the same thing has happened to so many other brides. I am NOT the type to voice my complaints but I can’t stand to see anyone else experience this. Keely was my florist for my wedding in January. I’ve never been more shocked and disappointed by the way I was treated. On my wedding day I received almost no communication from Keely. I had to call/text multiple times to even get a response. More greenery was provided than actual flowers and almost no flowers that I requested were provided. Flowers were wilted to the point of family & friends pointing it out. Boutonnières we’re falling apart. When I got to the venue nothing had been set up and I was minutes from walking down the aisle. I paid for set up and break down but ended up having to recruit my guests in to helping me move flowers from the ceremony space to the reception space. Keely was nowhere to be found. I paid for a floral arch which was not provided. I requested a refund for the arch and several other florals that weren’t provided & Keely told me that I’d have to take her to small claims court. I received a brutally rude phone call essentially blaming me for not being understanding enough. Keely demeaned me and basically made fun of my budget in saying that it was “small potatoes”. Keely verbally promised to refund me within 30 days and unsurprisingly disappeared when I followed up after the 30 day mark. After trying to peacefully handle the situation and numerous emails Keely ghosted me and wouldn’t respond to any emails.I never received any further communication or a refund. This whole experience added unnecessary stress to an already nerve-wrecking day. If it weren’t for help from my family and friends, I would’ve been lost. I can say with absolutely certainty that I do not recommend the Southern Pines Floral Company (Haus) as a wedding florist.

If I could do no stars, I would. Keely is HORRIBLE. SHE was 3 hours late. Called me saying maybe she’d make it before I walked down the aisle so I stood with my girls and waited. She ignored my calls and texts. When she finally showed up she presented me with half dead/wilted flowers. My bouquet had ants all over it and was soaking wet and hideous. I asked for something simple with sunflowers and burgundy to match. She brought me a bunch of green chewed up leaves. My centerpieces were supposed to be mason jars with string lights and instead she put a bunch of random flowers half empty into giant ugly vases and left them on the porch in front of my bridal suite. I watched her throw together an arbor piece last minute in her car and it looked like a pile of dead weeds and was supposed to be big beautiful sunflowers. She zip tied my bouquets and spray painted them. She is the worst at communicating and honestly didn’t seem like she was sober when she showed up. She’s rude and slow and a liar. She said she’s never done this before when really, she’s done this to multiple brides. I am trying to get a refund as we didn’t use any of her hideous dead arrangements. She is horrible and lazy. Do not recommend her at all. She did not help make my day special at all. Please please don’t book her. She needs to stop trying to be a business woman.

I would never recommend Keely as a florist. She attempted to ruin our day by delivering flowers an hour before our wedding start time, after multiple phone calls by my wedding planner. Keely gave an excuse each time, including missing drivers and car accidents, which seemed to be her excuse anytime she wouldn’t respond to emails or phone calls. She did not deliver the right amount of florals, so my two grandmothers went without corsage. She also did not deliver my sweetheart table piece and refused to respond to emails about getting a refund. I asked her to decorate with a large floral piece to cover the fireplace at our venue and she just gave me a quote for what it would cost…on the day of the wedding she delivered one vase of flowers for the fireplace mantle, and when my dad asked her about it she lied and said I bought the “economy” package. This was a blatant lie, because I told her we would pay whatever to have the mantle covered. Keely is a crook and was very rude on my wedding day to everyone who asked her to explain her tardiness and missing florals. Save your money and go with someone else!
