Phil and his entire team at The Specialist’s Entertainment truly made our wedding day an unforgettable experience. We so appreciated the way that Phil guided my husband and I throu...
gh the planning process. He allowed us to make the day exactly how we wanted, tailored it to our needs and preferences, and offered his expertise and advice along the way. He was responsive, so easy to work with and helped us create a seamless timeline from ceremony to the end of the night. The day of the wedding was a dream. Everything went off without a hitch- not an easy feat with a nontraditional older home as a venue. He provided sound equipment for the ceremony that allowed all of our guests to hear the ceremony clearly. He created such a classy elegant feel for our cocktail hour, effortlessly guided our family and friends through toasts and first dances and then really brought the fun during the reception. Guests are still talking about how the dance floor was the most fun they’ve had at a wedding, and I felt the same! The energy and song choices were absolutely perfect and beyond what we could’ve imagined.
We also added on a photo booth and saxophone player. The sax player was PHENOMENAL. He played through cocktail hour, dinner and the reception. His music really elevated the whole feel of cocktail hour and dinner and he really brought the fun and party for the reception. We are so glad we decided to have him! The photo booth was so much fun for our us and our guests and the photos were high quality and produced beautiful digital and physical prints.
We highly recommend Phil and his entire team at The Specialist’s Entertainment- and already have since everyone can’t stop asking who we used because they were so phenomenal. I hope we get to work together again in the future! Thank you!!
The Specialists Entertainment made our wedding absolutely unforgettable!

e we wanted. They kept the dance floor packed all night—our guests are still talking about how amazing the music and energy were!
Everything flowed perfectly, from our first dance to the last song. They really know how to read the room and keep the party going.
If you’re looking for a wedding entertainment team that will go above and beyond, I highly recommend The Specialists Entertainment. They were one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!
We had the best experience with this team ever! They were detail-oriented, extremely helpful and communicative and gave us the best music for our wedding. It truly made our night. ...
We are so grateful to have had them as our DJs - people still compliment us on the music. They are the best!
We can't say enough good things about Phil and the incredible job he did at our wedding! From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make our special day absolutely unforgett...
able.
First off, Phil supplied the most amazing music that kept the party going all night long. His selection was spot-on, and he knew exactly how to read the crowd and keep the dance floor packed until the clock struck midnight. The lights changing throughout the night added such a vibrant and energetic atmosphere, making the whole experience truly magical.
Now, let's talk about the saxophonist Danny that he brought to our wedding. Wow, what a talent! Dany not only played the saxophone like a pro but also blew us away with his beautiful voice. During the cocktail hour, his jazz performances created the perfect ambiance, and our guests couldn't stop raving about him.
It's no surprise that our guests loved Phil so much that some of them were already asking for his contact information for their own events. Phil's music selection and his ability to create a fantastic party atmosphere were simply outstanding. He kept the energy high, knew just the right songs to play, and made sure everyone had a blast.
What impressed us even more was Phil's exceptional control of the party and his seamless facilitation of all the ceremonies, including speeches and the horo dance. He worked closely with our coordinator and the venue to ensure everything ran smoothly. Phil's professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire process.
Not only did Phil deliver on the day of the event, but he also went the extra mile leading up to it. He helped us with numerous decisions, offering professional referrals and invaluable advice. His guidance made a significant difference in making our wedding a success.
To sum it up, we wholeheartedly recommend DJ Phil to anyone looking for an exceptional DJ and entertainer. He exceeded our expectations in every way and played a significant role in making our wedding the best night of our lives. Thank you, Phil, for your incredible talent, dedication, and for making our day so memorable!
Four years ago, our friends had Phil DJ their wedding, and my husband and I had talked about him for years. Fast forward to getting engaged and we knew we had to book him! Phil was...
wonderful to work with, and takes special attention to detail. We used him for our ceremony, had Danny the saxophonist play at our cocktail hour, and then had Danny and the percussionist (who’s name escapes me but we absolutely loved him!) at our reception. Danny sang and played the sax through dinner, which was amazing! Once dinner was over, the party really started! We didn’t give Phil much direction of what we wanted played through the night, but he absolutely read the crowd and the dancefloor was packed all night, which was all we wanted! The most personal touch was when Phil made sure to play our second choice for our first dance song (we were indecisive) towards the end of the night, which meant so much to me.
Thank you SO much to Phil & company for making our night so amazing! Our guests (and the waitstaff!) raved about your services, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice!
Phil was beyond phenomenal from our first meeting until days after our wedding. I think it’s safe to say that I had the most contact with Phil throughout the entire planning proces...
s than with any other vendor. I would highly recommend The Specialists Entertainment for any time you need a DJ, especially weddings. Phil and Frank truly made our wedding amazing. He worked with me personally, through several phone conferences, to make sure that our GoBo monogram, ceremony music, reception entrance music, first dance music, and reception music was absolutely perfect (yes, I was the bride who needed certain songs to start at exactly 26 seconds). They truly understood the importance of music choice throughout the whole reception and made sure not to play anything that we considered tacky or “typical wedding music.” We gave them some genres to work with and they nailed it. My husband and I had a personal moment when we took some staged first dance photos in the ballroom before opening it up to the guests. Out of nowhere, Frank started playing our first dance song, which I really thought was a beautiful, sentimental touch that not a lot of DJs would pick up on or do. The entire night, our dance floor was packed. Every single one of our guests, young and old, continue to comment on how great our DJ & MC were. These two work incredibly well together and really know how to keep the party going. From day one we felt like they truly cared about us, which is one of the most important aspects of running a great business. If you want the best party, high energy, and great music, you’ve come across the group that will make that happen. Thank you Phil & Frank, you guys truly made our night one we will never forget!!!
We would love to thank Phil and his team for an amazing and memorable night. We got married on 10.10.2021 and cannot get over how much Phil and his team made our night even more sp...
ecial. The attention to detail was immaculate everything from our music to our percussionist and saxophonist was spot on. We enjoyed every bit of it. If you are looking for a DJ don’t look anywhere else Phil is where it’s at. Thanks again!!!
What can I say about The Specialists Entertainment except for exceptional entertainment and service! Phil did my SIL's wedding and it was a no brainer for us to go with him. He tre...
ats all of his couples like family, and had us laughing and smiling through every meet. We had some special mix requests and he far exceeded our dreams (he's even re-mixing a song for us that my husband missed during the reception!!). Ahead of our big day, we met in person to go through every little detail, and from the ceremony to reception, every moment was perfect. Phil is the perfect MC and had our guests on the dance floor all night! The uplighting and gobo we had were perfect for our reception room, and our guests made use of the photobooth all night long. The Specialists Entertainment was the perfect choice for our wedding, and we would 1000% hire them again!
Phil and Frank were absolutely AMAZING for my wedding this past September. Phil is professional and helpful throughout the entire process. From the first meeting until our wedding ...
day, there was nothing he couldn't do or suggest to make our day perfect. My husband and I expressed at our final meeting that we were very indecisive in regard to the specific songs that were to be played at specific times (entrances) and during the ceremony. Phil gave us the best suggestions that made our ceremony and reception perfect.
Throughout our reception, Frank and Phil played music that fit well with our crowd and the vibe that we were going for. They played our requested songs and also added in others that kept the dance floor full all night long. Their energy was high the entire night!
Phil also recommended a singer/saxophonist as well as percussionist for our cocktail hour and reception. Our guests still bring up how much fun this addition was! During our reception, the percussionist even let my husband and I take turns playing the drums and other instruments. One of the musicians also played a set on his clarinet during dinner, which we also loved!
If I needed a DJ or MC for another event, I wouldn't think twice about hiring them. I couldn't recommend them more!
Phil was professional, top quality, and an absolute blast. Our guests were up and dancing the ENTIRE time, which is exactly what you look for at a wedding. My husband and I gave Ph...
il a list of songs, and trusted him to follow the vibe of the crowd. He was on point at all times! People are still bringing up how much of a party our wedding was, and say our DJ was “one of the best by far!” I couldn’t be happier with Phil’s professionalism and overall attitude. He had our wedding party hyped up for the grand entrance, and was genuinely excited and happy for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We also highly recommend his saxophonist and percussionist. They made our wedding have both a DJ and live band feel, which is often times what people struggle between. Phil and his team were nothing short of perfect, and our wedding was incredible because of him and his team!

ould not be happier. He kept our guests entertained, and everyone had a blast. Everyone complimented how great of a job they did. He worked great with the matre'd at the venue, which was super important with the flow of everything. Would recommend 100 times over. They were very nice, sweet guys that made our special day even more special. And definitely go with the photo booth, it was a HUGE hit!

ome helpful suggestions to guide us along the way and was spot on with all of them. Phil and Frank were excellent at reading the room and getting everyone to dance without being intrusive or overbearing. Thanks to them, we had the wedding reception of our dreams. I highly recommend The Specialists Entertainment to anyone looking to have an amazingly fun event.
Phil and team are AMAZING! I've worked with him previously for other events and when our big day came we knew there was no one else who could do what he does. From start to finish ...
he is accessible, thorough, and professional while still warm and welcoming. In addition to the DJ services we also used his photo booth services! The attendant was friendly and helpful during the ENTIRE night. Everyone was raving about how awesome our DJ was and how much fun our open air photo booth was. I would highly recommend Phil and his team for any event, big or small.

everyone while staying within our wishes. Phil knew exactly what type of party we wanted and he gave it to us. They did the music for the ceremony and the reception and everything went so smoothly from the first time we met to the breaking down of the equipment. The best part of the planning process was the log in the made for us to put all of our wishes and let them know EXACTLY how we wanted the night to go. Phil was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and gave us suggestions when we needed them. Thank you for helping make our wedding perfect!!!
From the first time we met Phil Santos it felt like we were family. He was so calm, warm, and welcoming that I couldn’t help but feel at ease. He assured me that our Wedding woul...
d be a party to remember and boy was it!
Phil and I spoke many times and went over every detail before our Wedding on Aug. 13, 2016. He even thought of things that I didn’t realize that I needed like outdoor microphones and music for our outdoor ceremony. He went over countless songs with me to ensure the night would be exactly as I envisioned it.
Through The Specialists Entertainment we also booked a photo booth and a singer and saxophone player Danny, that wowed all of our guests. Danny was that touch of class throughout cocktail hour to add to the elegance of our evening. The photo booth was a fun addition to our celebration and allowed guests to go home with a little keep sake from our Wedding Day.
Phil Santos and his team at The Specialists Entertainment were nothing short of amazing that night. He and his assistant kept the dance floor packed all night long as promised. He was excellent at reading us and more importantly at reading the crowd!
Thank you Philip Santos, Dave Shaw and The Specialist Entertainment! You made our day exactly as we expected! You took time to personally take care of things over the phone (since ...
I lived two hours away and it wasn't so easy to just make an appointment and show up). You have great personalities and lots of energy and kept everyone on the dance floor! You guys are the best and I'm so happy we found you (since other djs we set appointments for didn't show up). You always followed up and kept me posted with everything. You made living two hours away seem easy and I will recommend you to everyone. Thank you for making this the best day of our life!

uckily, he was able to send Michael and Brendan to our event...and they did not disappoint! Our guests could not stop talking about how great our DJs were. We had a blast and they definitely kept the party going!
These guys were fantastic. Brendan was easy to get in touch with, and flexible with every idea we had - he really wanted to make sure we had exactly the party that we asked for. ...
They kept group dances to the two we requested, and never played another one (which was something we put on our do not play list, so yay!). Phil was a fabulous Emcee, who kept everyone entertained and on the dance floor. I saw family out dancing that I never expected and that is delightful. They threw in some surprises for us as well, including a bait n switch on the Garter Toss/Bouquet Toss combo that may be one of my favorite memories of the entire night. A special nod to Dave, their candid photographer - he took shots during the ceremony that were displayed during the beginning of dinner, and then took shots that popped up on screen all night. Everyone loved seeing them, including me and my husband! In addition, we have all the originals of those pictures now, and they are a wonderful addition to our professional shots. I would definitely recommend upgrading to include this feature - it's such a nice touch, and gives you even more to remember the special day.
I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. All of our guests have said that it was one of the most fun weddings they've ever attended, and I give a lot of credit for that to these guys. Top class.
Endless compliments on the DJ! Phil - you and your gang were awesome! I couldn't have asked for a better crew! Thank you for all of your hard work and making sure everyone had a...
great time...even after almost 2 months...I keep getting compliments on how awesome the DJ was and how good they were with getting people out on the dance floor! thank you for making my wedding so memorable and for being a part of it!
