The Speedway Club at Charlotte Motor Speedway

The Speedway Club was our choice for our reception due to the low rental cost ($500) and the convenience of the in-house caterer. Christina and the staff at The Speedway Club did a phenomenal job with our wedding reception. We were able to drop off all items needed for the reception early in the week and they took care of setting up and decorating the space. They did a beautiful job! Not only was the room and table settings to our liking, but they also had excellent service! My husband and I had been told that we probably wouldn't eat that day because of visiting with guests; however, Christina made sure that we took some time to eat during the reception and we were so glad she did this! The food was excellent! We were also very happy with how smoothly everything ran due to the wait/serving staff. The ballroom where we had the reception was very spacious and served our guests well. The tables were spread out to give guests enough room to move around, but not so large that you felt disconnected. There was a slight problem with the AC at the beginning of the reception, but they called in a technician and had the place cooling in no time! We were very pleased and would highly recommend The Speedway Club for any type of party!

The Speedway Club is an amazing place for a wedding reception! The staff is knowledgeable and easy to work with. They quickly respond to questions and offered excellent suggestions. The room looked fantastic for our reception and the food was delicious. We're still hearing from guests raving about how nice it was and how the food was the best they had ever had at a reception. I highly recommend The Speedway Club at Charlotte Motor Speedway. After seeing our reception, our wedding photographer is looking to hold her wedding reception there too!

The Speedway Club at Charlotte Motor Speedway provided the perfect venue for my fiancé and I to celebrate our engagement with our family and friends. Having eaten at the Speedway Club before, and being food lovers ourselves, we knew that we wanted to take advantage of the great options the kitchen had to offer. We were able to choose from an excellent selection of high quality appetizers, all of which were both elegant and down-to-earth, perfectly matching the ambiance. We hoped that our engagement party would serve as a mini-reception, as our wedding would be out of town and we knew that many of our friends would not be able to make the trip. The Speedway Club was the ideal venue for creating the small, fun, chic event that we imagined. We were given a closed-off level of the Speedway Club dining room, overlooking Charlotte Motor Speedway – a place that many of our guests were excited to see! We were exceptionally lucky, as our event was booked on the same day as a car show, so our guests were able to sip champagne and mingle while watching the car show like Speedway VIPs. The staff at the Speedway Club provided excellent service. They were available to respond to any of our needs or the needs of our guests, and they did so kindly and professionally. I would absolutely book another event at the Speedway Club. They allowed our Engagement Celebration to feel like a mini Wedding Reception, and created an environment in which we made lasting memories with friends and family. Our experience was wonderful!

Everything was decorated beautifully and exactly the way I wanted. The food and the staff were great. It had a fantastic mahogany staircase for us to walk down into the reception hall. Everything about this place was elegant and classy.;There was nothing about this place that I didn't like.
