Our experience with The Spinning Wheel could not have been better. My husband and I were looking for something on the smaller side that could still accommodate our large families, something elegant yet laid back, and something with that New England charm. The venue fit perfectly! It’s a beautiful space, both the interior and exterior. We met with Katlyn from the beginning and she was truly the easiest coordinator to work with. Having met a few others during our search for the venue, we immediately liked Katlyn’s professional yet still calm and “not pushy” approach. All communication was very clear and Katlyn responded to all questions in a timely manner. We brought in some extra decorations and Katlyn was extremely helpful in executing our vision and making sure everything was set up just as we asked. As the day of the wedding approached, we saw there was a chance of rain. Multiple options were offered and Katlyn let us take a chance of having the ceremony outside. Last minute, the ceremony had to be moved under the tented patio yet this was not a problem at all. We actually really enjoyed the ceremony in this location! When it began to pour immediately after the ceremony, it could have become really hectic however The Spinning Wheel team quickly set up cocktail tables and opened the reception room up to keep everyone dry. Though it was likely chaotic for the team, all the guests continued to enjoy the cocktail hour. The rest of the evening went very well. The food was amazing, we had tons of guests complimenting how good it was and the service was wonderful as well. Everything ran smoothly. Katlyn and her team continued to check in with us to make sure it was all going well and see if they could provide us with anything. I would highly recommend The Spinning Wheel to others and would of course consider it for any future events myself!

Katlyn, the staff and the beautiful grounds and at the Spinning Wheel are amazing! If I could give Katlyn and the entire staff at the Spinning Wheel more stars I would! Katlyn was so quick to respond to any questions we had while planning our wedding and eager to accommodate special requests. All the food was delicious and the bar service was superb! There was never a wait at the bar, the hors d’oeuvres flowed constantly and the dinner was so very delicious! I think every one of our quests commented about how perfect our wedding was. Katlyn and the staff at Spinning Wheel are amazing! We hosted my sister’s spring floral themed bridal shower there in 2023 and it was perfect. Katlyn and her team were responsive, organized and so helpful from the initial planning phases and on the day of. We had the option of many different table linens, event spaces and uses, menu options - which were delicious, and so much more to pull together a special day . The event space is versatile inside and out with beautiful floral gardens which were perfect backdrop for photos. Highly recommend!

We obsessed for months over whether we were making the correct choice, but we are now so grateful that we selected the Spinning Wheel for our son’s East Coast wedding reception. We specifically did not want a “wedding mill” glass and glitz venue, and felt the comfortable and warm “old country inn” ambiance of the Spinning Wheel was perfect for us. We also preferred being the only party present, rather than having to share the venue with other groups. All the complements Katlyn receives in other reviews are totally deserved. She was absolutely terrific, both in her planning assistance and in running the reception, and was very accommodating to all of our requests. All of the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more attentive, and our guests felt very welcomed. Everyone present thought the food, both entrees and meals, was excellent, and many guests stated the sliced tenderloin was the best they had ever eaten. The two room setup worked out perfectly for us. Our reception was a family event with a large contingent of younger guests, and we were able to separate the families with children from the other adult attendees. The staff displayed incredible patience with the younger set, who acted at times like they were cast members in a “Lord of the Flies” remake.

I can not thank Katlyn and the other consummate professionals at The Spinning Wheel enough for the effort and aesthetic sense they provided on our wedding day. The venue is positively beautiful and I look back on the day with heartfelt gratitude to them. Katlyn responded to every question in a timely manner, she answered all of our questions and worked with the other professionals that we had hired as well. The food was delicious and our wedding was lovely.

I was born in CT, my husband is from Guatemala, and we celebrated our U.S. wedding on 5/28/2022 at The Spinning Wheel. My original vision was to have the ceremony in the garden, but the day started out rainy. However, Katlyn, Chris and the whole team were able to pivot seamlessly and set everything up under the covered patio. Miraculously, the sun broke out just at the end of the ceremony, and our guests enjoyed walking around the beautiful grounds during cocktail hour. Everyone commented on how delicious the food was (it truly was to-die-for) and how attentive the staff was. My spring garden wedding dreams came true thanks to the hard work of everyone at The Spinning Wheel!!

The Spinning Wheel was the wedding of our dreams. Our wedding was in October, and it was like a New England fall fairytale. If the weather is nice I recommend having the ceremony outside overlooking the beautiful trees. Not only was the scenery amazing but so we’re the employees! Katlyn was there for me every step of the way helping me bring my vision to life and answering all my questions. It was very easy to get in contact with her and her responses whether email or by phone were immediate! The day went by so smooth and fast I’d do it all over again if I could.

If we could give The Spinning Wheel a million starts, we would! From the first time we set foot on the property, we knew this place was special. From the historic, New England charm of the venue, beautiful landscaping, and the AMAZING food, you will not regret booking The Spinning Wheel for your wedding/event. Katlyn, Chris, and the entire staff went well above our expectations the day of, and our guests were truly wowed. Throughout the planning process, Katlyn answered all of my (many) emails so promptly. She was a pleasure to work with and the ceremony and reception went off without a hitch because of her attention to detail and wanting to make sure our special day was all that we wanted it to be. To touch on the food again, numerous guests stated it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding, which really speaks volumes to Anthony and The Spinning Wheel staff. This family-owned and operated business truly embraces all of their couples and makes you feel like you are part of the family as well and that is why you will not regret booking The Spinning Wheel for your event!

We got married at The Spinning Wheel on 05/14/22 and it was hands-down the best decision we made on our wedding day. The only thing I would change is that I wish we had done our ceremony here as well. Chris and Katlyn were wonderful and were incredibly patient with us, answering tons of questions and emails leading up to our event. The day of the wedding, everyone was so kind and professional. They had a tray of food for the bridal party and our favorite drinks ready for us right upon arrival. Although we missed cocktail hour ourselves due to photos, everyone who attended raved about the food and how quaint and beautiful the space was. Our guests also really loved the patio area and gardens. Thank you to everyone at the Spinning Wheel for such a wonderful day. We hope the restaurant opens back up so we can celebrate anniversaries there for years to come.

Disappointing to say the least! The grounds are beautiful as well as the venue itself. However, they fell very short on our 5.22.22 wedding. We felt as though we just got all the leftover staff that was not well trained and that reflected all throughout our reception from start to finish. We had 8 passed hor d’oeuvres where a lot if not more than half of our guests gave the feedback that they had not seen them. As the bride and groom a tray of each option was not set aside for us which the coordinator stated was an oversight on her end and also had the audacity to state she knew everything was served as she had some herself. My husband also asked one of the servers for a specific hor d’oeuvre and was ignored. So be okay with sharing what you paid for with the staff! Our bar selection was setup for the custom option instead of the premium which the event coordinator verbally owned up to when it was on a conference call with the owner but, then went back on their word when it was time for email correspondence and having things in writing. The drink server was not well trained and didn’t know the right portions for drinks or how to make basic drinks. We were told we would have had to pay extra for an actual “bartender” which was never mentioned ahead of time. The actual meals were delicious that’s the only positive I can really give this place and probably their only saving grace. Don’t expect doggy bags (they can’t give them out after 4 hours. Our meals were served at 1:30-2 and reception ended at 5:30 so if the food was packed it technically was not left out for 4 hours but that’s beside the point) and make sure your vendors actually eat or their meal will just be taken away untouched. For dessert we had a 3-tier cake for 63 guests and 5 vendors. Again, be prepared to share that as well as supposedly all of our cake was served. Don’t expect the tradition of the top tier being saved or any take home unless you ask. Also, not everyone was served coffee including the bride and groom yet again were forgotten about. There was also a list of other disappointments, but we wanted to touch the main points. Essentially, the ones that made us feel that we didn’t get what we paid for. So, we wouldn’t suggest this place if you want to be treated as people of importance as the bride and groom as well as your guests being attended to.

Our Wedding Celebration was Fantastic. From the moment we saw Spinning Wheel we knew we choose correctly. From Chris, Katlyn and all others they did it right. Manicured full bloom grounds, delicious food, great atmosphere, I can't say enough. We and our guests were so happy with the day/evening. For anyone wanting to have the experience we did, do not hesitate to going with The Spinning Wheel.

This is where I asked my now Wife, to marry me. They were very accommodating; at the time only doing private events, made an exception to allow us to have dinner in the Restaurant area. Very appreciative of the exception they made. Thank You!!! Food has always been good there!

We held our wedding reception at The Spinning Wheel on 9/5/20 and I cannot recommend it highly enough! Chris was so incredibly helpful throughout the planning process (and changing wedding reception date due to covid). The food is outstanding, the garden and patio area is beautiful and Chris and team went above and beyond to ensure that the bridal party and guests all had an amazing time. My husband and I had our 37 year wedding vow renewal at The Spinning Wheel Inn. It was also the place we got married all those years ago! Everything was perfect....and Chris and his team made sure that everything was taken care of, so that we could relax and enjoy time with our family and friends. This is the PERFECT spot for a wedding or vow renewal or party. The food is wonderful, the service is great and we will definitely be back again soon!

The wedding and reception surpassed our expectations! Working with Chris and The Spinning Wheel staff was easy and stress free every step of the way from the first day of the planning up through the wedding day. The venue, with the outdoor patio, was beautiful. Every need was met and the food was absolutely amazing. Chris made sure that we ate throughout the night. Our wedding was truly enjoyable and guests are still raving about the food and service. My husband and I were married in February and had our reception at the Spinning Wheel. We wanted our wedding to be simple but elegant - not a lot of frills but intimate and unique - and the Spinning Wheel was just that. Although it was a little cold and damp outside on our wedding day, inside we had a nice fire to welcome us, along with candles and other small touches which made the space romantic and elegant. The food - as many of our guests commented - was exceptional, as was the waitstaff. The size of the space was a great fit for our wedding of about 70 guests - it was full without being crowded. Since the venue space is divided by a few steps, we did struggle at first to decide if we should use both the upper and lower sections, but in the end we had the perfect number to fill the main section with tables and leave the other open for the bar and cocktail hour. Chris helped us a lot with this kind of planning and decision making and was there the whole night to help facilitate the reception. Both he and Anthony (the chef) were lovely to work with. When people ask us about our wedding we usually describe it as "perfect" and we really mean it - we're so glad we chose the Spinning Wheel!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Spinning Wheel on October 12th, 2018 and the day was perfect because of Chris and his staff. From the moment we met Chris we were totally at ease and felt so accommodated by him. Our friends and family cannot stop raving about how beautiful the rustic venue is and how impressed they are with the food (plentiful, fun appetizers and savory dinner choices). Every step of the planning, Chris was always available to answer multiple questions and it would seem the sky was the limit for us; he understood our vision for the day. Even though we know The Spinning Wheel hosts multiple weddings and events every weekend, we felt like our wedding was their only event and gave us 100% of their time and effort. The experience was effortless, and we felt as if we didn’t have to worry about the little details as Chris had already thought of and executed them (votive placement, seating suggestions etc.). He didn’t miss a beat the day of the wedding and was the perfect wedding coordinator. He kept us all on time and he made sure my bridal party received appetizers and drinks during photos. He executed dinner seamlessly and made sure we got everything done throughout the night. I never felt rushed or forgotten about. The venue itself is perfectly romantic and had plenty of space for our 75 guests. Chris and his staff treated us like family and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I absolutely recommend The Spinning Wheel to any couple searching for their perfect venue- you will experience your dream wedding here.

The Spinning Wheel is more than a wedding venue. It encapsulates a true "Connecticut" atmosphere while exceeding our expectations for food....logistics support and advice....ambiance....and helping us keep to our budget. All important elements of a great wedding. Our guests said "it was the best wedding they have gone to in years!" Chris and his staff are the best. My husband and I had our reception here following our private ceremony the month prior. We couldn’t have asked for the evening to go better. Chris the owner was very helpful throughout the planning process and was always available to answer any questions I had along the way. During the event, he was very attentive and it was clear throughout the evening that he wanted to make sure the night went great for us. The property is beautiful with an outside patio that was perfect for all the guests that didn’t want to dance. The food was excellent and all our guests raved about it. We recently had our reception at The Spinning Wheel on June 30, 2018 and we could not be happier with the service that was provided. Chris is, without a doubt, a pure pleasure to work with. His communication and patience are both admirable. No matter what we asked, he accepted our request and did everything possible to make our wedding day perfect. We visited countless places before finding The Spinning Wheel. Upon meeting Chris and walking into the most beautiful rustic setting, we knew The Spinning Wheel was the place to have our reception. We then tried the food and met a couple having lunch that also was married at The Spinning Wheel. They couldn’t stop telling us how wonderful their experience was. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the landscaping is breathtaking and a perfect setting for any photographer! Before our wedding, we were able to set up the venue exactly as we had imagined with Chris’s expertise guiding us. Chris even designed and decorated the tables with our special favors and our centerpieces in a beautiful way. We did not have a wedding planner, but Chris wore this hat as well. We had wanted lots of candles on each of the mantles, which Chris lit and made look amazing. No task did Chris ever shy away from and no question did he ever leave unanswered. Our guests still cannot stop raving about our wedding, especially the food. The appetizers were amazing, and it’s great because you can go to The Spinning Wheel restaurant to taste them all before choosing which ones you want to have served. When one of our guests mentioned a tomato allergy (not even asking for a special accommodation), Chris without hesitation visited the kitchen and provided this guest with a pasta dish without the vodka sauce we had included on our menu. It was simple things like this that made the difference and we knew this right from the start when we met Chris. His pricing is clear, he is helpful, and the way that he connects with his clients is unmatched. Our guests were so impressed by his staff, his service, and the beauty of The Spinning Wheel. When our party bus arrived to The Spinning Wheel, Chris had his staff meet my husband and I with our individual drinks of choice, which he had made sure to ask us about the day before when we were dropping off the favors. Not to mention, while we were taking pictures during cocktail hour, his wait staff continuously had appetizers available to us, with a whole tray of Thai chicken poppers (my favorite appetizer on the menu!). Most couples do not get to eat at their cocktail hour, but Chris made sure this did not happen to us. The night was absolutely flawless. Chris made every single piece of our special day perfect. And he really cared that it was exactly as we had wanted it. We will forever remember this day and Chris’ hospitality. If you are looking for a beautiful venue to celebrate in, delicious food, kind wait staff, and not all of the bologna that comes with trying to choose a venue, VISIT THE SPINNING WHEEL! Trust us when we say, you and your guests will not be disappointed. If you want your day to be something that’s talked about for weeks later, constantly being called “the best wedding I’ve ever been to”, then look no further. Our wedding was amazing because of The Spinning Wheel. Chris and his staff were amazing! The food was amazing! Everyone kept telling me how beautiful everything came out. If you are looking for a rustic farm theme wedding or even just to go out to eat you MUST try this place. Even the drive is beautiful! Every time someone asked me where our wedding is going to take place, I told them it's at The Spinning Wheel, they would always say, OMG! I LOVE THAT PLACE & THEIR FOOD IS AMAZING!. We had our wedding on 10/29/17 and it was absolutely perfect. From the ceremony to the reception, Chris helped to create the most beautiful setting. Our ceremony was in front of a romantic stone fireplace, and the reception was set up in the banquet room which was beautifully decorated for our rustic fall theme. We had a small wedding, with just 52 guests. It ended up pouring rain all day, but it didnt stop us from having a wonderful time! We had hoped for cocktail hour on their beautiful patio, but Chris didn't miss a beat and moved everyone into a separate room inside the restauraunt. Chris personally assists with everything. We had only a best man and maid of honor, with my stepchildren as junior bridesmaid/groomsman and flower girl, so Chris himself was showing guests to their seats, and he even rolled out our aisle runner. His team of servers took great care of us. The food was wonderful, hot and fresh with huge portions. My guests were raving about It! Water glasses stayed full, and empty plates were quickly cleared away. They handled all the cleanup, and when I came back to get our things, I was so pleased to find everything carefully packed up . Planning a long distance wedding was not easy. We looked at a few venues and it was all so complicated and, honestly, overwhelming. I must say, meeting Chris at the Spinning Wheel was a God sent for us. He helped us plan a beautiful wedding and were very responsive to all our needs. And I appreciate how organized he is. Chris also gave us a lot of good helpful advice, his event experience shows. The Spinning Wheel is a beautiful venue and the food and service are perfect, the reception looked amazing ! we had many compliments on everything. We had our wedding this past weekend and it was amazing because of Chris, Anthony, and their staff. All our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was from the cocktail hour appetizers, salad, tortellini, and the various dinner options. We required halal/kosher chicken and beef and they were able to accommodate this. I was meticulous about all the details from the food all the way through the decorations and they executed perfectly. The setting was perfect and had that rustic feeling that I wanted. Our guests loved the place and I had people ask me how we found this hidden gem. Chris spent over an hour on the phone to help answer questions and also took time on a busy Sunday to brainstorm and arrange the setup of the reception room. The moment we arrived to the venue on the wedding day, Chris and staff setup the room exactly as planned. They immediately came up to us with appetizers and made sure we were fed. Throughout the night, Chris stopped by the sweetheart table to make sure we were okay and offered to bring us our drinks. He and Anthony didn't make me feel like just another customer through the process. They made it feel so personal and were so attentive and caring until the very end. I would highly recommend this place for a wedding or any party. They went above and beyond and more than exceeded my expectations. Thank you Chris, Anthony, and team for an unforgettable night!!!

The Spinning Wheel was the perfect venue for our intimate New England Wedding. The staff did a great job setting up the room, the tables and even my centerpieces and decorations. I worked with Chris throughout the process and he was such a pleasure. Planning a wedding involves a lot of time and effort and I was worried about everything from the start being the perfectionist that I am. Chris is so on top of things though which helped set my mind at ease about many things. The food and food service was also great all our guests raved about how delicious everything was. The dance floor is a great size for the beautiful and versatile L room space. We had a little over 100 people and no one felt crowded even with 12 round tables set up. There is also a nice stone patio outside and a gazebo on the property. I would highly recommend any couple planning their wedding to check out the Spinning Wheel to discover all this local gem has to offer.

Absolutely perfect! We were married in February 2017 on a quintessential New England day. The Spinning Wheel was the perfect venue for our winter wedding. The fireplaces were glowing, the flowers were stunning and our guests raved about the food. The atmosphere allowed us to enjoy our guests and we danced, danced, danced! Chris and the staff are so attentive, they really brought the whole day together. There isn't a thing we would do differently! Many thanks to Chris and everyone at the Spinning Wheel!

May 28, 2017 My daughter and her husband were married in Portland, Oregon six months ago. Both sides of the family are large and live in New York and Connecticut. Because of the distance, few were able to attend the ceremony. We wanted to celebrate with everyone, so we had a Wedding Dinner at The Spinning Wheel on Memorial Day Weekend. Being that they had been married for six months, they did not want an elaborate reception. Alison has always loved rustic décor and country style, so we went with a farmhouse theme. When I presented my idea of substituting farmhouse tables instead of the usual ones, I think Chris was a little surprised. However, being an accommodating and flexible person, he went along with the idea. Everything went very smoothly. The restaurant was beautiful, in a quaint New England manner, with wood beams, beautiful old fireplaces, stonework and woodwork from the days of old-and some new custom work, also! The beams held greens and fairy lights, the cocktail hour was held outside surrounded by well-tended gardens with refreshing drinks and tantalizing hors d’oeuvres. The food was sumptuous and served in a timely manner so it could be enjoyed hot. The wait staff was particularly attentive and we heard from many of the guests that the meal was delicious. The Spinning Wheel offers a unique venue- one that is relaxed and almost a magical step back in time. Chris, the proprietor, is friendly and he and his staff will work to make your dreams come true! Our 9/17/2017 wedding at the Spinning Wheel was absolutely perfect. Chris is great to deal with in the planning stage, and the execution of our special day was flawless. The waitstaff is amazing, especially Janice, who anticipated every need, and is such a pleasant and calming presence. Guest after guest raved about the food- "best food I've ever had at a wedding" was a comment we heard over and over. You won't go wrong considering The Spinning Wheel for your special day!

We could not have had a more perfect wedding day and most of that was thanks to Chris at The Spinning Wheel. We had a few appointments to check out different venues for our wedding. The Spinning Wheel was the first place we looked at. From the minute we walked in, we knew this was the place for us. Every single member of the staff we talked to was friendly and helpful. Everyone seemed like they enjoyed working there. After speaking to Chris we went out to the car and cancelled the rest of our appointments and came back in to sign our contract. Chris seemed to really care about making us happy, and that meant a lot. He worked with us every step of the way and was extremely accommodating to all of our requests. He made sure every part of the wedding day went exactly the way we wanted it to. The venue itself is beautiful and cozy. The rustic feel was exactly what we were looking for and I can't say enough about how delicious the food is. The Spinning Wheel is a wonderful family owned business and they make you feel like you're part of the family.

Everything went smoothly and all of our guests had such an amazing time. We definitely recommend the Brunch menu on a Sunday morning! We wish we could press rewind and do it over and over again! Chris and his staff were overly accommodating and ready to serve you! Can't thank all of you enough for everything! We will be back every year to celebrate our anniversary!

We had our reception at The Spinning Wheel on 5.20.17 and it truly was a magical evening. The Spinning Wheel holds a special place in my families heart since it is where my parents had their wedding reception over 35 years ago. Chris and his team we so amazing and every little detail that we had discussed was take care of!! We are still hearing about what an amazing time everyone had and how incredible the food was. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a venue that treats everyone like family!!!!

We had an incredible wedding day thanks to Chris and his staff at The Spinning Wheel! We cannot explain how happy we were that we chose this charming spot in Redding, CT. The venue itself is rustic, crisp and clean. They just did renovations inside and out. The gardens are so well kept and even in September were still in full bloom. Staff is friendly and helpful, extremely organized. The food was spectacular, they do not skimp on quantity or quality of food. Our guests told us how fabulous their meal was (and hot!). Would recommend this spot to someone looking for fabulous food, great staff, and charming location!

I was extremely satisfied with our wedding reception at The Spinning Wheel! I highly recommend this venue for any event. Initially, we were looking at having our rehearsal dinner at the venue but ultimately decided to have our entire reception there. From the initial planning, Chris was very responsive and attentive to our needs. He and the staff were flexible and gracious throughout the entire process. On the day of the wedding, everything ran smoothly. My husband and I had a dedicated server who ensured that we tried all of the passed appetizers and always had a full drink in our hands. The venue is stunning and spacious; easily accommodating our 140+ guests. We were able to have an outdoor cocktail hour and dedicated bar room for our party. Everything went off without a hitch, and the staff was so wonderful throughout the day. This is a true gem and great value when evaluating all of the options out there.

We had our reception at the Spinning Wheel in September, 2016. Chris was very helpful, clear and supportive throughout the entire planning process. He and the staff did an amazing job to make for a fantastic day with smiles on all of their faces. All of our guests raved about the food and atmosphere. It was beautiful on its own, and we were able to add elements of our own personality. They also provided vegan options and were very helpful with last-minute dietary restrictions for a few guests.

The Spinning Wheel hosted our wedding ceremony and reception on June 25, 2016. We could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Planning our special day with Chris was so incredibly easy and fun. We had so many choices to personalize the space and the food selections were absolutely amazing. The day of the wedding, every last detail went exactly according to plan. The entire staff was fantastic; so attentive and thoughtful. Everything was handled beautifully and our guests could not get over the delicious food. We’ve been told several times that this was the best wedding people have ever attended. We are so incredibly thankful to Chris and everyone at The Spinning Wheel for making our wedding a truly perfect day.

Chris is super kind, professional and very accommodating. He and his staff constantly go out of their way to assure the guests are comfortable. In my party he did not just act as the owner of the place..... He actually made it it his personal goal to make sure everything went smoothly. The location is charming, the food is to die for yet healthy, wine and spirit selection was fun yet sophisticated and at the end of the day a good time was had by all at our celebration. I recommend his venue wholeheartedly to all family and friends for anything as little as a weeknight dinner to something as elaborate as a wedding party!

The Spinning Wheel was the perfect venue for our wedding in July! Chris and the entire Spinning Wheel team was very attentive and organized leading up to and on the day of the wedding. The location of The Spinning Wheel is gorgeous and the newly renovated building is very classic New England. The food tastes fantastic and there are many different options for appetizers and entrees. All at a pretty reasonable price for Fairfield County CT. I would highly recommend having you're wedding at The Spinning Wheel. It was truly a perfect day, largely in part because The Spinning Wheel was such a great place to have a wedding.

We held my daughter's reception at The Spinning Wheel and it was a wonderful and flawless event. During our planning meeting, the owners were very attentive to details and they followed through with everything: the set up of the room was exactly as we wanted, the food was fantastic and generous, and the day was perfectly organized as the event progressed. They worked seamlessly with our other vendors (cake, flowers, favors, etc) and there was not a single thing out of place with our day. I really can't recommend The Spinning Wheel enough!

We recently had a couples baby shower hosted by the Spinning Wheel Restaurant. The owners and staff went out of their way to accommodate our wishes and designs. The menu from appetizers to entrees was fabulous and the service was top notch. All of our guests enjoyed themselves and had nothing but positive comments. We will definitely use them for future events or parties.

Last April my wife and I had our baby shower at the Spinning Wheel here in redding. Every detail from the decor in the room ,fresh flowers , the ambiance from the stone fireplace was amazing . Working with Chris (one of the owners), and there event planner was a pleasure . The chefs also the owners worked with us for an incredible menu , our guest were. So very pleased ! The Spinning Wheel. Totally exceeded all of our expectations. This is a true gem here in Fairfield county. We continue to enjoy there amazing food with. Our family , and our new twin girls. Great place .

I was married at the Spinning Wheel in October. My fiancé and I wanted to do a short outdoor ceremony and the reception at the same venue, and the Spinning Wheel was perfect. I didn't have an event planner, but the Spinning Wheel made it really easy to make choices and did the set up beautifully. Chris is really helpful and answered any questions we had. With threatening bad weather we had the ceremony on the patio under a tent, but as it didn't rain we were able to do our photo's in the small garden, with the gazebo and in front of the building. The cocktail hour was also on the patio and then the reception was indoors. We had 90 people and everyone was seated comfortably and there was plenty of room to dance. The food was incredible, the drinks were great and all of the staff were really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Spinning Wheel!

Our first daughter of three eloped !! We choose to have a reception for her and her husband at The Spinning Wheel in Redding CT. Casual sit down dinner for 50, cocktails outside beforehand. This causal event turned into the most memorable evening with joined families and friends. The setting is beautiful, the food was superb, they served us the same portion size and high quality that is served in their restaurant. The staff and service was also very friendly and efficient. As you can see from my note, I highly recommend. I cant wait to plan another event there...hmmm daughter #2 :)
