The Springs in Valley View Mansion

I’d give 5 stars to all of our The Springs vendors (DJ, food catering, bar/bartenders, linens/glasswear/tables) and the venue itself. I got SO MANY compliments! I would recommend to any type B bride that is looking for a one-stop-shop and isn’t paying for a planner. *the vendors I outsourced on my own were make up artists, florist, photographer, officiant, getaway car, and content creator. 

y want to shout out our coordination team, Lindsay and Abbie, as well as our DJ, Steven. They were so amazing and easy to work with and helped make our day so special and fun! Lindsay and Abbie were our right hand all day long and went above and beyond. We would definitely work with them again and highly recommend you request them for your day! They were so organized and helped us with timeline and planning and were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Kaylee and Kendyl were also super helpful with answering questions before and after we booked the venue and the full wedding package!  A couple things to note for areas of improvement: While The Springs was very transparent about the service charges and taxes tacked on to everything, we did not realize and maybe misunderstood that the service charge does not include a tip and we would still need to tip vendors on top of this. Everything we paid for or added on through The Springs would end up costing roughly 30% more than was advertised due to these service fees, taxes and tip. In our opinion, the 18% service fee should be factored into the upfront advertised cost.  For example, if you wanted to add on a charcuterie grazing table for cocktail hour, The Springs charges $18/head and it would’ve cost us roughly $26/head after service fee, taxes and tip. We ended up using an outside vendor for this and spent 80% less.  For food, you have to use The Springs Catering. We went to two different Springs Wedding Package Preview events and tried to sample as much as we could to decide on our catering package and meal choice, and we felt it didn’t help much at all. The selections were very limited and we were not impressed with anything but the most expense packages which are a significant upgrade. We ended up going with the Italian buffet in the classic package because we felt this was the hardest meal to mess up, and on our wedding day, were pretty disappointed that the food was bland and cold and we were the ones to eat first. We also didn’t realize that the basic package included clear plastic plates and silverware that we had to upgrade to have nice dinnerware. We did upgrade the bar and added an hour, which we did feel was worth it. However, we had to double upgrade it to be able to select liquors that weren’t bottom shelf.  Unless you’re willing to cut corners and get bare bones for your package, be prepared to spend thousands in upgrades. While the package option seems nice, you pay a hefty premium for a minor amount of added convenience.   I also want to mention that any vendors that The Springs “partners” with will have to be booked through The Springs and you’ll have to pay the 18% service fee plus tax on top of the advertised price. I wanted to use Tease to Please for hair and makeup, and had no option but to book this through The Springs instead of TTP directly.  We did decide to get a shuttle for our guests since the area did not have reliable cell service and Uber/Lyfts are unreliable out there late at night, which cost us another couple grand.  Even though we weren’t fully satisfied with the pricing and upgrades, our wedding day was absolutely perfect and it all came together so well! We had no issues day of and everyone did an amazing job.

Just every step of the way she was there and absolutely Killing it! Her assistant Hannah was amazing too! She kept things running smoothly and was so kind! She got our sparkler send off perfectly! Special shout out to DJ Kyle also. He was also a dream! Everything we wanted and more. This crew truly created an unforgettable day for us. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!!

s I had about the day just disappeared. The venue is beautiful on its own, but what made it so special was the team of people who made everything come together so seamlessly. My coordinator, Addie, along with the assistants, Charlea and Hannah, were nothing short of amazing. They were kind, attentive, and so reassuring. They made me feel completely taken care of, and because of them, we were able to fully enjoy every moment without a single worry. We left our wedding night beaming not just from happiness, but because of how smoothly everything went as well as how loved and supported we felt. Choosing one of the venue’s packages was also such a great move. Knowing we were working with trusted vendors from the company gave me so much peace of mind throughout the planning process. It took away so much of the guesswork and stress, which allowed us to truly be present on our wedding day. I will always be grateful for our new memories we made at The Springs at Valley View and for the incredible team who made it all possible. If you are looking for a venue where you can not only have a stunning backdrop for your wedding but also a team that makes you feel completely cared for, this is the place!!!!

We didn’t have to worry about a thing, and that peace of mind was priceless. We can’t recommend this venue enough—it’s the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable wedding day!

husband and I opted for the wedding package and I couldn’t recommend it enough. The food was phenomenal, every table we visited commented on it (get the pasta buffet and thank me later)! The bartenders and open bar were perfect. If you’re going to do a signature drink I’d recommend the mojito, it was mine and a fan favorite. Marco as the DJ was incredible. He kept the vibes high on the dance floor all night and knew exactly the vibe we wanted and when to play certain songs. He rocks! Anyways, we had the best day ever and are so grateful for the Springs and all of the vendors included in the package. I got the live out my Bridgerton dreams and don’t have a single regret.

e entire night run smoothly and the 2 tiny glitches that we had were easily rectified as we problem solved together and were more than pleased with the solutions. Our only concern was the DJ who cut short the father / daughter dance (he did apologize to the bride) and did not use the play list that my daughter was requested to create. I would have met with the DJ to make sure he knew of our expectations before the ceremony too make sure next time. I would highly recommend this venue and experience to anyone who asked.

y times during the planning process where I reached out with a question and they were always prompt to provide multiple options for solutions. The venue is gorgeous, the bride/groom suites are extremely spacious, and the large windows everywhere are just stunning. The morning of our ceremony, the chapel was having A/C issues & management came to speak to me directly very early on to let me know exactly how they were fixing it. It was completely fixed with plenty of time! The venue is stunning, the management is fantastic, and we are so glad we found The Springs - Valley View.

It was my first tour and though I had other tours booked I canceled them all and went with Springs from the jump. Everything truly was just perfection!

Rebecca and Karoline could not be more accommodating with our requests and answered any questions we had in a timely fashion no matter how small. Every aspect of this place is simply beautiful. Our guests are still raving about our wedding venue and more than a few said that it was the most beautiful venue they have ever been to. Still with all the wonderful things you can say about The Springs, nothing beats the Longhorns in the front pasture <3 .

and her staff made my wedding day an absolute dream and it couldn't possibly have gone more smoothly. I received endless compliments on the venue, the food, the flowers, the staff, and everything about the night in general! We are located outside of the metroplex and this venue was absolutely perfect for us and made planning a breeze. I truly can't recommend The Springs Valley View enough!!

ith the gorgeous grounds and mansion space for the reception. You get the best of both worlds. My only disappointment was with our bar tenders. That company was separate from the venue but was a recommended vendor. I wish the options for bar tenders were more, or that we had the option to use our caterers bar services. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
