From the event coordination to the management, The Springs team and venue were an absolute dream. It is so easy to say everything went perfectly, but truly, IT DID!!
We were so happy with how we were constantly in communication with members of the team, and felt so cared for from day one even before signing our contract to use the venue. The venue itself is truly stunning and has so many amenities as well as perfect photo op spots. It was my first tour and though I had other tours booked I canceled them all and went with Springs from the jump. Everything truly was just perfection!

The Springs staff in Valley View were great!! They always answered my questions and assisted me with anything I needed logistically or even just helped me decided what I needed and didn’t need! Not only was the venue beautiful, the staff was kind, helpful, and attentive the entire way. If I had a question, they answered so quickly, allowing no delays in my planning. They even made suggestions on changing floor plan design I submitted. Lovely team to work with and had nothing but positive feedback from guests on the beauty of the grounds and venue. My husband and I had our wedding, 08/05/2023 at The Springs Valley View location! The property is absolutely breathtaking! From the exterior, to the interior, and even the details, was like seeing everything we ever dreamed about for a wedding venue coming to life right before us! The beautiful white chapel and the stunning large windows that allowed natural light to come in really sold us. Rebecca was so kind and was able to help with any and all questions my husband and I had! We had the BEST experience with the Springs Valley View! The venue is beautiful, and the staff was very accommodating. My husband and I got married Dec.30,2023 when I first saw this venue I fell in love with it. I could not have imagined a more beautiful place to have my wedding, and the employees were so friendly. I highly recommend The Springs in Valley View for anyone getting married we wanted a place that had a separate wedding spot where you wouldn't see tables in the background and they offered that and more! The Springs has a separate little Chapel outback which was absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a gorgeous venue this is the place!!

What an amazing venue! My husband and I had our wedding here in October and, even though it's beautiful all year round, the property and surrounding area was especially gorgeous that time of year. Throughout our year-long engagement, we viewed the venue several times. Rebecca and Karoline could not be more accommodating with our requests and answered any questions we had in a timely fashion no matter how small. Every aspect of this place is simply beautiful. Our guests are still raving about our wedding venue and more than a few said that it was the most beautiful venue they have ever been to. Still with all the wonderful things you can say about The Springs, nothing beats the Longhorns in the front pasture <3 .

I can't say enough amazing things about The Springs Valley View. I was married there last June and every single part of the planning and the day of was absolutely perfect. Rebecca and her staff made my wedding day an absolute dream and it couldn't possibly have gone more smoothly. I received endless compliments on the venue, the food, the flowers, the staff, and everything about the night in general! We are located outside of the metroplex and this venue was absolutely perfect for us and made planning a breeze. I truly can't recommend The Springs Valley View enough!!

The Springs mansion is a beautiful venue. You really can't get better. The team at the Springs is top notch. They made everything very easy. The chapel gives the traditional vibe with the gorgeous grounds and mansion space for the reception. You get the best of both worlds. My only disappointment was with our bar tenders. That company was separate from the venue but was a recommended vendor. I wish the options for bar tenders were more, or that we had the option to use our caterers bar services. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We got to have our wedding at The Springs Valley View in October and it was absolutely wonderful! The entire staff was welcoming and helpful throughout the planning process and on the day of! The venue offers multiple locations to host your event, all beautiful! The bridal and groom suites were large and gorgeous! They allowed outside vendors, made suggestions if I needed help and were all around accommodating. I cannot recommend this venue enough!

The Springs Event venue in Valley View, TX is an absolute dream!! From the first moment I stepped into the venue I fell in love with every single detail. I attended an open house event in February 2022 and booked the venue that day! Rebecca and her team were phenomenal in helping us answer any questions we had and ensuring that the venue met all of our expectations. Skip forward to November 2023, we had our wedding and it was the most perfect day! The management team made an effort to help each vendor with any supplies needed and made sure that everything was set up how it was supposed to be. Not only was the venue gorgeous, but it provided us with memories we will have forever. I cannot say enough great things about this location and the staff. The staff at The Springs were incredibly accommodating and attentive to every detail. The venue itself was stunning, offering both indoor and outdoor spaces that were perfect for accommodating our guests! The flexibility of the venue allowed us to personalize our wedding to our liking, whether it was our decor, seating arrangements, bar options, and catering.
Our getting ready suits were a dream!! We had so much room and of course just a beautiful space to spend the morning.
Our guests were also in awe of the beauty of the location, and many commented on how it was one of the most beautiful venues they had ever seen. From the beautiful chapel to the open reception area, every moment was unforgettable.

The springs in valley view is a wonderful place to get married. Rebecca & Caroline are very personal, kind, genuine managers who help you out as much as they can. This is a beautiful place to get married with plenty of bathrooms for your guests. They are flexible and have so many ideas and options of floor plans available to you as a couple to work from. They are very accommodating, and I can’t say enough nice things about them. I didn’t love my wedding coordinator, but I knew the managers at the venue weren’t anyone I had to worry about. They do their job more than excellently, and if I could get married here and do it all over again I would! It rained on our wedding day and there was still plenty of trees to get us from the chapel to the reception hall with our getting too wet. I’m so glad we got married here!

The Springs in Valley View was the venue of our dreams! It was perfect. It checked every box of things we wanted: a beautiful chapel for our ceremony, a grand bar area, large gorgeous dressing rooms, a spacious reception area, even air BnBs basically right on site, and more! This gorgeous mansion was so spectacular, we booked it the next day after going on a tour. There was no doubt in our minds that we found the best venue. The service we received from Rebecca was fantastic. She was very accommodating and so helpful in our planning process for the venue. We can’t recommend The Springs in Valley View enough!

I could have not asked for a more perfect venue and staff for my big day! Not only was this venue absolutely gorgeous and affordable, but their staff was so great to work and communicate with! I have told every person I know looking for a venue, from the time I went and toured, that this is the place, and after having my wedding there, I stand by that decision even more! Such a beautiful wedding venue. We had our wedding in June and it was absolutely gorgeous. The grounds were well taken care of and blooming and the lighting was just perfect. From start to finish, The Springs staff were always friendly, responsive, and answering our questions thoroughly. Our wedding process went so smoothly thanks to their recommended vendors and our day of was an absolute breeze. Genuinely no complaints from me or any of our guests. The chapel was nice and cold on the hot day and it is so lovely in there. The reception hall is spacious and beautiful. We loved our getting ready suites. So many perfect places for photos both indoors and outdoors. The chairs and tables were exactly what we needed to. We definitely recommend. This is genuinely the perfect wedding venue.

I had my wedding here in June of 2023 and it was just perfect. It is the perfect classy venue. I love the little white chapel, the gorgeous reception hall, and the beautiful bride and groom's suite! This was my dream venue. My whole wedding day was perfect and I’ll never stop looking at what a gorgeous venue we had. Rebecca and Karoline were wonderful to work with and so sweet. From the day we toured to even after our wedding day all our questions were answered quickly and clearly. They set up our requested layout so it was ready for decorating when we got there. They took care of all the clean up and tear down once we cleared out our own personal decorations. I just cannot say enough about this venue! I would highly recommend this dreamy venue for your event.

The back chapel is so traditional which we loved and the venue always answered our phone calls and got back to our emails so quickly! It was an incredible experience. They also let you get in at 9am which saves so much money compared to other venues that charge you extra for earlier times. Couldn’t be more please with this venue.

This Springs location has such a beautiful presence about it from the moment you spot it from the street. What really attracted me to this venue is two options/locations for the ceremony. The turf area with the stream was absolutely stunning, but I loved the idea of having the chapel right there if it rained. The HUGE bar ended up being a really popular place for our guests to hangout, although, I should not be surprised because it is stunning. The bridal and groom suites are spacious and conveniently upstairs. We interacted with Karoline the most- she is the sweetest human and had great communication. The two associated air b-n-b basically in the backyard were great! We absolutely loved our wedding day here at The Springs in Valley View!

We absolutely ADORED the Springs in Valley View. We never had a problem with communication, we were able to tour the venue multiple times prior to the big day, we felt so welcomed when our time finally came. There are so many great things I can say about this venue, but I think the best way it to tell my story. I was an early 2023 bride, January 16, who began her wedding planning journey a year prior IN CALIFORNIA, due to my job placement at the time. I also was planning my wedding myself, with the help of my mother and family who all did live in Texas. As you can imagine, planning a wedding by yourself from a different state can be very difficult, especially when you consider trying to remember the venue you selected and all the things you need to make your special day perfect. The Springs staff were accommodating sending info virtually and also allowing us to schedule additional visits closer to date to work through our last min planning. Additionally the 15hrs in venue is AMAZING. Gave us plenty of time to get ready and party at our reception. Lastly the space… the space is perfect. If you are looking for a venue that doesn’t need too much, this is the place. The chapel is perfect. It held my 200+ guest count just fine and we didn’t need to do too much decorating in it. The reception hall, was very similar in that it didn’t need too much. I received so many compliments on our venue, our guest loved it and understood why we did too. The photos at sunset at the venue where just to die for. Overall I am very satisfied with this selection and would highly recommend.

The Springs at Valley View was the perfect choice for our wedding. The staff was attentive and made us feel special on our wedding day. We called, emailed and text multiple times with the staff and at no time did we feel like we were bothering the team. The venue is even better looking in person and our guest could not stop talking about how beautiful it was. I highly suggest that you rent the cottages behind the venue as it helps with the wedding party not having to travel far to a hotel and the cottages are very spacious. LGBTQ couples this venue is for you/us. Also one suggestion for future couples, please be sure to discuss with your caterer how they will transport and keep food warm as you are not allowed to use the stove to reheat or prepare food at the venue.

This venue was literally the only venue we toured and we were sold on our visit to the open house. I didn't really read too many reviews so I was extremely lucky that this was the easiest company I have ever worked with. Springs Valley View exceeded all of my expectations. I loved having opportunities to choose all of my own vendors and creating my table setup beforehand and having it ready for me the moment I walked in was great. I highly recommend booking the Springs in Valley View for your wedding venue. The whole venue is absolutely beautiful with a stunning chapel, spacious bridal and grooms suites, beautiful ballroom, and they even have longhorns outside! From the first visit to the Springs, my husband and I knew that we wanted to get married here. Karoline and Rebecca were so helpful during the planning process, and they would always respond quickly to any questions I had. I also appreciate that they allowed us to have as many visits to the venue as we needed, especially since my family was out of town and we could not all visit at the same time. Even though our wedding day was freezing cold (10 degrees), everyone loved the venue and we felt lucky to have such a beautiful space to get married in. Thank you to the Springs for making my wedding day dreams come true.

I can't say enough great things about the Springs at Valley View! From our first meeting, Rebecca and Karoline were communicative, knowledgable, and always willing to provide me with information regarding the venue, vendors, and more! On top of that, the venue is absolutely stunning. I got married in the chapel, had cocktail hour on the lawn, and hosted the reception in the grand hall. It's a venue that truly has everything you could need! They also have 2 AirBnbs on site that you can rent, if available. One thing to keep in mind with The Springs: you bring in all your own vendors except for bar/alcohol and security - those are the only two vendors you must pick from their vendor list but they'll give you a preferred vendor list of vendors who they have worked with and love! This is, at the least, a great starting point when looking at vendors!

The venue was great! It was a huge relief to see the tables set up when we walked in the venue, and everything was ready for us ladies to start getting into hair & makeup right away. The ease of use of the venue was best when setting up and during the event.
The only reason I would say it wasn’t 5 stars is the fact that we were kinda rushed when cleaning up. After the grand exit, my new husband and I came back once changed into comfortable clothes to help clean up and get our stuff out. It was very chaotic, and I found out later from my mom that the woman there representing the venue (I didn’t get a name, but I know it was NOT the kind woman who gave us the tour when we originally booked, Rebecca) had REALLY stressed the fact that we needed to get our stuff out as soon as we could. We were already aware, but the way it was said stressed everyone out & nobody would stop and listen to my mother who was trying to direct everyone as she had all day. This caused a lot of confusion and frustration in the group, and some items got lost and misplaced. It really just made the event end on a sour note.
We feel that the venue rep could have taken a calmer approach as to not cause panic, since we had cleared guests out by 8pm (leaving us plenty of time to clean up and be totally gone before midnight). Everything else throughout the day was perfect though! The Airbnb’s near the venue were perfect and reduced a lot of our stress with moving all of our stuff & people in and out efficiently.
If I had to do it all over again, I would 100% still choose this venue.

A beautiful venue for the most perfect day. The team was so helpful as we prepared decor and allowed our day to go off without a hitch. Extras I love: the chapel has AC that is quiet and not noticed yet keeps guests cool in TX summer heat. The property has airbnbs for rent that eased coordinating where our large family would stay. The Springs was the PERFECT backdrop and setting for my wedding! From our initial tour, to payments, to asking questions, and finalizing last minute details/rentals, their communication was always prompt, easy, and extremely helpful. Rebecca & Karoline are both so nice and the facility is gorgeous!
One thing that could be improved was the wet/muddy grass on wedding day. I know they need to keep the grass looking green, but my suggestion would be to not water on wedding days. Me & my wedding party had to dodge water puddles and mud in the grass (not easy in a white ball gown 😅) just to get photos in the greenery. Additionally, we had several groups of guests go to The Springs location in Aubrey…and some missed the ceremony because of it. We did all we could do to tell people, but it would be helpful if the location names on Google were a little more specific, such as “The Springs - Valley View”, instead of listing “The Springs Event Venue” for all locations. Just something to be aware of for guests!
Even with those minor things, I would recommend this venue to anyone wanting an elegant, upscale vibe for their big day. Fits over 200 people and doesn’t feel crammed at all!

The Springs Valley View location was the PERFECT venue for our wedding day this past May! We booked our wedding venue over a year in advance and had clear communication from the time we booked all the way through our wedding day. If you haven’t been, the venue is BEAUTIFUL and makes for amazing photos. I did my bridal portraits there as well. Everyone at The Springs is so friendly and SO helpful which is such a relief during the stress of wedding planning. The Springs Venue at Valley View is absolutely stunning. Our wedding there was all we could ever ask for! The venue pricing at the time we signed was a bit better than others in the area. We spent $5500 for a Sunday. We loved that we were supposed to have the venue from 9am until 12am, however, that was simply not the case. When my husband and I left the venue at our send off at 9pm, my family and friends told me how the staff for the venue was rushing their cleanup. With our send off being at 9pm and our rental until 12am, there should have been no issue with time. They explained how the staff was being pushy the entire time during cleanup and practically following them while they did it. It was very clear that they wanted us out of the venue, despite us paying for that time. This was quite upsetting to hear as a bride who loved the venue.

The Springs Valley view is a dream! The place is stunning, the team is responsive and friendly (which seems more rare these days). We loved our venue and our entire wedding experience working with the team. It would be awesome if they had linens on site to use with the venue cost. Even just basic colors, as this was something we didn’t realize and the extra vendors, charge for over 50 miles from Dallas, and some charges for the holiday weekend.

Beautiful venue inside and outside the mansion! My favorite part about having my wedding here was the small chapel for indoor wedding ceremonies; especially during summer! Additionally, the venue has two AirBnb’s behind the property which are super convenient for setup and teardown of decor and table settings. Loved it and highly recommend!

After we toured the venue, we immediately stopped looking at venues because we knew this was the one! Getting married in July meant we had to have alternatives to an outdoor wedding and the chapel was the best! All of our guests were ooo-ing and aww-ing over the beauty of it all. Rebecca and Karoline are excellent. They answered all of my questions and made it super easy to come in! I only have two small "negatives," which aren't bad, but something to note. After the send off, guests reported of being harassed to clean up every single piece of trash and to not miss anything or I'll be charged. While I agree, I wish there was a way that this could be conveyed without leaving a lasting impression on my guests. Second, their current plan is to have the rehearsal the day of the wedding. That stressed me out, so we booked the day prior to the wedding to have a rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and set up everything. They do give up dimensions of everything in case you want to make do with a makeshift rehearsal at a different location. Overall, I would highly recommend this venue to everyone. We had a great time and the pictures are gorgeous!

the event, trash is to be picked up and taken out by your vendors. However, we do ask that if guests see any trash on the grounds that it be disposed of properly. Please know that we don't train our Event Attendants to speak to you, your guests, or your vendors in this manner. We sincerely apologize to you guys and all of your guests.
We are so glad you were able to use the venue the night before for your rehearsal. It gave you guys the opportunity to get settled in and finalize all the details before your big day! In many cases, we host events Thursday-Sunday, which means that a rehearsal the morning of is our only option.

LOVE LOVE LOVED The Springs Valley View! Everything about the venue is flawless! The venue itself is so naturally beautiful and decorated that I knew it was where we were getting married as soon as we toured! The venue was truly everything we wanted and more! The staff communicated throughout the whole process and was so helpful! We also utilized the airbnb property next to the venue and it made everything so much easier on wedding weekend! We don’t even have the words to describe how pleased we are with the venue we chose! It made for the perfect wedding day!
