The St Vrain was the perfect venue experience for our wedding day. From our initial visit with Annie (former owner), she was very direct in saying, "What you see is what you get," AKA - no hidden fees and a very honest and upfront approach to the wedding industry. Judi & Bailey took over ownership prior to our wedding, and have continued to execute that same approach. They were both so communicative and evidently had good rapport and relationships with all of our vendors. Our final walk-through went seamlessly and set us up for a perfect wedding the day of! Although we had always anticipated an outdoor wedding, The St Vrain gave us the security of a beautiful space that would provide regardless of weather (the outdoor patio was spacious and beautiful during our September cocktail hour). Our wedding party ended up renting The Terry Guesthouse across the street which is owned and managed by former The St Vrain owners, which made for such a walkable and easy wedding weekend. If you're looking to give your guests a small-town experience and a walkable weekend, The St Vrain in Longmont is a perfect experience for both Colorado natives and out of state guests! The St Vrain was the most perfect venue for my wedding day. It is a unique space with a relatively blank canvas upstairs that allowed me to make it my own for my special day, and a super cool downstairs that needs no additional decorations. The owners are amazing and the day went so smoothly. I got so many compliments from guests on how great the venue was and how they have never seen anything like it. I have nothing bad to say about my experience at The St Vrain and would recommend it to anyone asking or looking for a wedding venue (or a venue for anything for that matter)!

All I can say is BOOK IT! The STV is an absolutely stunning venue and we couldn't have been happier. It is very aesthetically pleasing with a functional space to make transitions and the day of go seamlessly. Our families and all our guests were raving over how beautiful the space was and the staff. Judi and Bailey were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire planning process. They also have a spacious groomsmen and bridal suite for the wedding party to get ready in and chill prior to the ceremony. Plus, they are dog friendly which allowed us to include our sweet boy during the ceremony. Please note that they do require a wedding day coordinator from a preferred list. Save yourself time and stress and hire Sarah from Delilah Events. She is incredible! I'd recommend booking the Terry House as well! It is a gorgeous house that we used to host our rehearsal dinner the night prior and where our bridesmaids stayed to get their HMU done. Great natural lighting and a pretty location for photos too!

We had our wedding at TSV on June 8th and had an amazing time. The space was a perfect backdrop for our big day! We especially loved the bonus cocktail space downstairs. Guests were commenting how much they loved the space. Outside of the physical space, Annie and Mark were awesome to work with throughout the entire process. We also rented the Terry House (owned by the same individuals) for our bridal party to stay in. This space is incredible and was also a great location for our 70-person rehearsal dinner we hosted on the Friday before our wedding. They truly thought of every detail and the space ended up being a great spot to capture photos in the hours leading up to our ceremony.

We just had our wedding on 5/26/24. All I can say is WOW! Mark and Annie were so helpful from start to finish. If you're looking for a beautiful venue that allows you to bring your vision to life, we highly recommend. The St Vrain requires a Day of Coordinator which made our day so much easier and go off without a hitch. We got so many compliments from our guests on the venue. You get a bit of everything at the St Vrain. We wouldn't change a thing about our day!

The St Vrain was PERFECT from beginning to end! Our initial meeting with the owner, Annie, was welcoming and friendly. She has such a spark to her and you can tell she loves what she does. From there all communication was streamlined through both Annie, Mark and our amazing planner (Judi from Dotting the I). When we were in Longmont to check out some other restaurants/shops, The St Vrain was accommodating to let us see the venue again to put our vision together as we finalized details. We also rented their house rental - The Terry House - which is a MUST!! It’s beautifully decorated and plenty of space to host your bridal party or family. We had our bridesmaids and their husbands stay with us for ease of getting ready with hair and makeup morning of the wedding. We also hosted our rehearsal dinner with Sugar Pine and Wandering Wagon in the backyard and it was pure perfection! The cafe lights & fountain are the perfect setting AND The Terry House has tables and chairs for you to use for free. On the big day, my girls and I got ready at The Terry House then walked over to the beautiful bridal room at The St Vrain to finish some pictures and lounge before bridal pics. Annie was there to greet us and took some cute pictures and videos to post on social media. And then the ceremony started and the magic begun. Everything was perfectly set up, clean and the staff was amazing. We had Emily from the St Vrain as a helper to our planner and she was a gem. I truly cannot say enough good things about The St Vrain and The Terry House. Mark and Annie are amazing people & you can tell how much time and effort they’ve put into this gorgeous venue. Not to mention, they absolutely love what they do. You nor your quest will be disappointed by choosing this venue!! It was the most magical day of our lives!

The St Vrain was a beautiful venue and we are so happy to have our wedding there! We received many compliments about the venue from our guests. The bridal suite is massive and there is plenty light and space to get ready. My husband loved playing games in the grooms suite before the wedding. There are tons of fantastic spots for photos, including their "first look nook". The venue manager for the day was very attentive and helped our wedding planner with anything she needed for the day. They do require that you use one of their recommended wedding planners and one of their five required caterers. Both were fantastic! The only thing to be aware of is to read the contract very closely because there are a couple of additional costs they did not verbally explain. One of the costs is required event insurance for the day of the wedding. This cost us around $125. The other cost was a 10% service fee based on the catering cost. So with $20K in catering costs, we owed an extra $2K, which I was not expecting. They did not verbally explain this to us and I did not read it closely enough prior to signing the contract. They also charge a refundable $1000 damage deposit, which they did explain. Overall, wonderful venue!

We fell in love with The St Vrain from the moment we stepped foot in the venue. Every time you walk in, it feels like you are entering the most glamorous, fun, festive, and comfortable place you have ever been. Mark and Annie are the absolute best proprietors and made us feel so special at each stage of the wedding planning process. They were organized, calming, creative and helped give us the day of our dreams that was unique to us. They also have connections with the absolute dreamiest vendors in the greater Boulder/Denver area. We were looking for a venue space that would connect us with a local team of vendors and allow us to be the guests at our wedding. They exceeded every hope and wish we could think of, we didn't have to lift a finger or think of a thing on our big day other than celebrating and having fun! Everything was easy to plan, and communication was quick and always helpful. We had the BEST wedding day; it was everything we could have hoped for, and I miss the wedding planning process simply because I miss working with The St Vrain staff! We would recommend them to anyone. Seriously- look no further if you are looking for a wedding venue that is fun to plan, unique to you, and has everything you could possibly need in one place for your big day!!

As an LGBT couple, its important you feel supported from the beginning and the St. Vrain went above and BEYOND when it comes to service, support, and being seen and treated with such respect. The vendors we used, the team that supported us, and the day of team truly went the extra mile for my husband and I. This space is filled with possibilities and can transform any vision into reality. If you are looking for top staff, top vendors, and an affirming space for all - look no further. This spot doesn't compare to others.

Annie and Mark with the St Vrain were great to work with! They always answered my questions promptly and did their best to resolve any issues. I think it is a gorgeous venue as well, you really don’t have to bring much to make it look elegant. My only reasons for giving 4 stars instead of 5 were parking and communication with the venue manager. I was under the impression that the parking on the side of the building was owned by the venue, I was even told I could only keep my car there until 9 or 10am the day after the wedding. But the morning of my wedding the side of the building parking was full of cars and I was informed for the first time that it’s public parking. I was hoping to reserve those spots for grandparents and family that had a hard time walking, but with it being public my plan for that wasn’t able to work. It’s not a huge deal, but I just want anyone getting married here to know that you can’t bank on those spots for anything. My only other issue was communication with the venue manager. I was completely unaware that there was a separate person besides Annie that would be there on the day of, she was never mentioned to me and I never met her at any walkthroughs, so any questions I had were communicated directly to Annie, one of the owners. However, on the day of the wedding, I met the venue manager who wasn’t aware of anything I got approved by Annie. So the champagne tower I planned to do was delayed and the shot ski unity ceremony almost didn’t get to happen, luckily I was able to find my email receipts but it did cause some drama being told 5 minutes before my ceremony that what I had planned to do wasn’t allowed. Neither of these issues are a big deal in hindsight, but it was information I would have loved to know before my wedding day. And before my wedding night was even over I got an apology email from Mark, one of the owners. So to anyone thinking of getting married here, absolutely do it! It’s a beautiful venue and 99% of things ran smoothly. But just make sure you’re aware of parking arrangements and ask for the venue managers email so you can send her any questions you may have!

he end of our 2023 season, it is always a good time for reflection and asking what could we have done better? How will that change the way we serve couples in 2024? I also wanted to personally apologize for the stress that surrounded your champagne tower and shot ski. You are correct in that you had emailed me about your champagne tower and shot ski, which we greatly appreciate when your plans might deviate from our rules and regulations! So thank you for that. My mistake was that I did not encourage you to be sure your planner included both of these things in your walkthrough details so that all of us were on the same page. As you can imagine with a crazy amount of couples getting married at The St Vrain, we rely on couples and their planners to make sure all of the important details of their day are documented and discussed. In reviewing your timeline from your planner, I did not see either the champagne tower or the shot ski on the timeline, nor do I remember either being brought up at your walkthrough. My big take away is to remind couples in the future that details like these need to be discussed with and documented by their planner. When these came us as a surprise for our venue manager, it was a difficult call under the pressure of the wedding day schedule. As a newer member of the team who had just been on the job when an ambulance had to be called for an unconscious guest due to drinking, she definitely had a more difficult time responding well than she might have otherwise. When Mark was called, he had no idea we had had an email exchange regarding both things. Again, I am sorry that these details were not discussed at your walkthrough or documented in your timeline by your planner and ended up causing undue stress. Our learning here is to drill into our managers that “the customer is always right” unless someone’s safety and well being is of immediate concern. Flexibility is key on a wedding day for those serving couples. In the end, this is easier for some than others. This will definitely inform our hiring and interviewing process as we head in to 2024. In terms of the parking situation, when I give couples tours I always mention that they are welcome to occupy the all day public parking on the side of the venue and to leave their car there overnight according to city regulations. On Saturdays, this has not been a problem. I am so sorry that it was for your wedding day! My learning is that our information to couples at walkthroughs regarding parking needs to be repeated in writing and very specific about the overflow parking just across the street. Once again, thank you for taking the time to review us. I am glad to hear that you and Andrew did enjoy your wedding day in spite of missteps and hiccups! The St. Vrain was the perfect venue for hosting our wedding a few weeks ago. We loved it from the moment we stepped inside, and it was so easy to work with the owners. Their communications were very prompt and informative, and it was just as easy working with their required vendor options. We got so many compliments from our guests on the spot, especially the cool cocktail space downstairs! We also rented the Terry House for the weekend, which was the best decision we ever made! We hosted our rehearsal dinner and welcome party there and began getting ready there on the wedding day, and it was so convenient just being a block away from the venue. I could not recommend this venue enough - our day was absolutely perfect.

My husband and I had our wedding at The St Vrain this past September and it truly was everything we could have hoped it would be! We had our wedding ceremony at inside, the cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing at The St Vrain. It was an absolutely beautiful space and TSV was great to work with leading up to the wedding. Annie and Mark are very communicative, organized, and pleasant to work with. The layout and atmosphere of the venue were just right to encourage our guests to get onto the dance floor. We did have to DIY a whole bunch is the only downer, and very specific on how you can hang it, but the decorations still turned out perfect! Our dance floor was packed the entire night! We also were able to take photos at The Callahan House since it's so close to TSV and the gardens photographed wonderfully,

My husband and I had our wedding reception at The St Vrain this past May and it truly was everything we could have hoped it would be! We had our wedding ceremony at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church and hosted the cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing at The St Vrain. It was an absolutely beautiful space and TSV was incredible to plan with leading up to the wedding. Annie and Mark are very communicative, organized, and pleasant to work with. The layout and atmosphere of the venue were just right to encourage our guests to get onto the dance floor. Our dance floor was packed the entire night! I recently had the most enchanting experience at The Saint Vrain for my family's wedding, and I can't help but sing praises about this venue! From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the sheer elegance and unique charm it exudes. The Saint Vrain offers an array of exquisite services that made my family's day truly magical. The private "getting ready" area downstairs provided a serene and comfortable space for the wedding party to prepare, setting the tone for the day. We got married at The St. Vrain this past July, and it was truly magical. The space is so gorgeous, and you can bring in decor, florals, etc to make your vision come to life. Annie and Mark are so accommodating in every aspect which made everything so easy. We will be singing their praises forever and will recommend them to everyone!

I’ll start by saying we had a great wedding. But I have several reasons why I wouldn’t go with the St Vrain again: -Overall, very salesy, a lot of promises made at the walkthrough that turned out to either be completely untrue or distortions -Told us we could set up our decor the day before the wedding. -Communication from the venue is not great. Our planner reached out 2x and I reached out 2x over the course of a month to schedule our 30-day walkthrough (despite promises that they’d reach out to us). We both got no response. They only do these on Wednesdays before 5, so we needed to plan to take off work. I eventually had to send an email CCing multiple people to finally receive a response. In other instances, I felt like an inconvenience to them anytime I had a question. -High fee of 3% to use credit card to pay for venue and guesthouse. They won’t waive it. Wish I’d have asked up front about this. -We felt duped by their “$1000 off” promo. They wouldn’t tell us the price during the first several emails, then told us they were running a special $1000 off if we booked in the next few weeks. What they didn’t say is that we would’ve had to use one of their preferred wedding planners, who started their services at $2200. We didn’t learn this until after we toured and were ready to book. -Big getting ready space, but only available at noon. Not helpful when you need to start at 10 (which is typical) -Not an issue with the venue itself, but just to consider if you live in Denver: it is super inconvenient for Denver folks. 50-70 minute drive made it hard to get people to stay late. Also inconvenient for all the appointments you’ll need to do in Longmont—typically takes about 90 minutes to get up there with traffic. It’s also not a great destination—your guests will need a car for everything worth doing, unlike some mountain venues. The hotels around there are unfortunately just okay and all about 1.5 miles away from the venue. Guests who want a more upscale option need to drive to Boulder. -Contract has a non-disparagement clause to prevent negative reviews. -One caterer option, who is priced much higher than other companies. What you save in alcohol costs you will pay for through that. -No weekend/weekday evening appointments. They had promised us these when we signed the contract, but when we went to schedule a tasting, we were told they don’t offer evening tastings. The caterer also told us several times that we didn’t need to have a tasting, which felt bizarre and dismissive. We had to have several emails, a phone call and produce documentation from the venue that promised an evening tasting appointment in order to eventually get it. Their exclusive caterer told us we needed to let the venue know to change their paperwork. Uhh…no?

The St Vrain was a beautiful event space and we couldn't have been happier with the space! Mark and Annie were very helpful in answering questions as they came up and were very helpful in providing resources that allowed us to make the best choice to create our perfect wedding day! Looking back there were things that I would have changed slightly, as with anything, but overall we were very happy with The St Vrain. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding!

We absolutely LOVED having our wedding at the St. Vrain!! From the very beginning of the process, Mark and Annie were so amazing to work with! Also, Kristin, the event manager on our wedding day was so sweet and supportive! They are all so kind and amazing resources for the whole wedding process. We have received (and continue to receive) so many compliments about our wedding at the St. Vrain. The venue is absolutely stunning and the entire event space is everything we could have wished for and more. I found The St Vrain through an instagram ad while venue shopping and immediately fell in love with the space. When I went to tour I fell in love even more not just with the venue, but with Annie and Mark. They know exactly what they are doing and they know exactly how to take the stress off of you on your wedding day. They are so professional, helpful, and truly the kindest couple. They even have an AirBnB that couples can stay at if they want to for the weekend. The Terry House was one of our favorite parts of the weekend. A great place for your rehearsal dinner, for the bridesmaids to get ready in the morning, and for family to stay at after wedding festivities. The venue search can be a challenge, so make it easier on yourself and go check out The St Vrain!

Look no further, book your wedding at The St Vrain! We had the absolute best experience working with The St Vrain team. From the start, communication with Annie was easy and fast. She answered all our questions and provided us with some great ideas along the way. We were able to personalize our wedding with all the options that The St Vrain provides. Having a winter wedding, we wanted the feel to be warm, romantic and cozy. The brick walls, beamed ceiling and chandeliers were the perfect environment to bring our vision to life! We couldn't have asked for a better space to gather our friends and family for our wedding than The St Vrain. From the minute we set foot in the doors, the space filled us with overwhelming energy and love-- we just knew it was the place. From the brick walls, open space, beautiful furnishings, and unique touches including the getting ready rooms, the first look room, and the cocktail hour space/patio, this venue really has it all. Mark and Annie were simply wonderful to work with-- from providing tours to answering our many questions. They also provided a list of preferred vendors which was helpful and made the selection process less overwhelming. We cannot recommend The St Vrain enough! We also booked the sister venue, the Terry Guesthouse, for our rehearsal dinner and weekend accommodations. We highly recommend looking into this as an option for an elevated wedding weekend experience!

The St Vrain is such a perfect wedding venue! It is beautiful with its brick walls and chandeliers and has a great industrial/historic vibe. The cocktail hour space is so cool and so perfectly separated from the rest of the venue that it makes you feel as if you’ve moved to another space, but with the convenience of being just downstairs! Our guests could not stop talking about how impressed they were with The St Vrain! Annie and Mark were so great to work with. They communicated well and helped to make our day just the way we wanted it! I couldn’t recommend The St Vrain more!

My husband and I held our reception-only wedding celebration at The St Vrain. We absolutely loved every detail. Mark and Annie were more than accommodating, the decoration and styling provided for the cocktail lounge, getting ready rooms, and the chairs/tables provided upstairs were some of the many reasons we chose to have our party at TSV. Our guests were all impressed with the space. It added a touch of class, had more than enough room for our under 100 guests and our live band. The requirement to have a day-of coordinator or planner was daunting at first, but once we found one we liked, we agreed they made the day that much smoother. Thank you to The St Vrain for providing us the perfect space for our perfect day- and allowing all of us and our guests to make wonderful memories.

We cannot say enough good things about The St Vrain! The entire place is beautiful and so well thought out - so many little details everywhere you look. It's was the perfect industrial chic space we had been dreaming about for our special day! All of our guests commented on how stunning and wonderful the entire venue was! Mark and Annie are also so great to work with. They made the entire process so easy, and we’re very responsive to all our questions. Sugar Pine’s food was delicious and they were so accommodating to our guests with allergies and dietary needs. Being able to bring in our own alcohol too was amazing. 10/10 would recommend!!

Two years later due to covid, we finally were able to have our wedding reception! The venue worked well with us to honor our original contract, despite the postponement. The venue itself is beautiful! My husband and I wanted some outdoor pictures though, so we walked a short block to a historic home with beautiful gardens that are open to the public. All your tables and chairs are included, they have an amazing cocktail area and all the glam you need in the bridal suite and groom's room. I cannot say enough good things about The St Vrain. First of all as the bride, having a spot to get ready with my wedding party at the venue was amazing - who wants to squeeze into a car and crease your dress on the way to the wedding?! The whole place is beautiful and so well thought out - so many little details everywhere you look. It's vintage, it's modern, it's industrial to just the right levels. We booked this and also The Terry guesthouse for our rehearsal and wedding party accommodation - one guest described it as if "they took a millennial's dream space and made it real life". Mark and Annie are so great to work with, they make planning easy and are very fast to respond to questions. Sugar Pine's food was delicious and they were so accommodating (at no extra cost) to our guests with allergies and dietary needs - our guests were so thankful that they could eat a full meal without having to pick and choose or go without. Being able to bring in our own alcohol too was amazing and saves a lot over venues who charge liquor fees! 10/10 would recommend!

The St. Vrain is actually incredible. I cannot imagine getting married anywhere else. The venue is so unique and breathtaking. They thought of every last detail when designing the space. Annie and Mark were amazing to work with and so flexible (our final check was lost in the mail for 2 weeks!!). Our vow renewals were absolutely perfect this year. With COVID-19 throwing a wrench into our original plans, we were thankful for the open line of communication we had with Mark and Annie to adapt our original plans. I could cry tears of joy and thankfulness thinking about our wedding at The St Vrain! We were originally getting married in June 2020, but because of the pandemic, TSV was so generous and allowed us to move our wedding date to the eve of our 1-year anniversary! They were filled with so much kindness in the midst of all the craziness of the world and worked with us in every way we needed. The day of, the staff was absolutely phenomenal, making sure that we were taken care of and were so generous in helping make everything happen so smoothly. Our guests have not stopped complimenting TSV for the unique beauty of their venue and their accommodations in every way. We will forever be telling people to get married here and we are so excited to see continue seeing couples get married here!

Our wedding was a blast here and we continue to get compliments about the day! There is no other venue in the Denver-metro area that can compare. We looked at similar venues in and around Denver, but none of them came close. This venue is truly beautiful on and you really don't need much in the way of decorations/flowers, if you don't want to. Our favorite spot is downstairs for the cocktail hour.. you walk the down the stairs and totally aren't expecting it! The owners were very sweet and helpful along the way, especially with all of the changes with COVID. The best thing about this venue besides it being SO beautiful (we knew it was our venue the moment we walked in) is you can BYOB and save lots of money. Everything was perfect from start to finish and we also rented out their guesthouse (The Terry House) for my mom's side of the family. They loved it and it was perfect because it's only a few blocks from the venue. You can see The St Vrain from the porch. I would highly, highly recommend this venue and to book an appointment ASAP to lock in your date.

We had a wonderful wedding at The St. Vrain. The venue is gorgeous and so unique compared to other venues in The Front Range area. Every space is more beautiful than the next, and you can tell how much work and care went into designing the venue. If you are planning a winter/spring wedding, this venue is even better because every room indoors is perfectly setup for photos! Mark and Annie were so helpful with planning a wedding in the middle of Covid and made sure that we had the best day despite the crazy year. We even ended up booking their other property (The Terry House - also an absolutely beautiful space) for our rehearsal dinner, after our original plan fell thru due to restaurant covid restrictions. They were so flexible and understanding, even when we were planning things at the last minute. The St. Vrain team has great rapport with local vendors, which makes your wedding day even smoother. We didn't have to worry about a single thing on the day of thanks to the processes they put in place with your vendor team. Our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was, and many said it was the favorite venue they've ever been to. We can't recommend The St. Vrain and Mark and Annie enough for your Colorado wedding.

Our daughter was married there in 2018 and we all still rave about it. It is the perfect venue, offering ceremony space, reception space and cocktail hour space. It also has some outdoor space too. Plus it is close to downtown and minutes from hotels. It comes largely furnished )perfectly!) and that is a great cost savings. The price also includes a day of coordinator which is a MUST. My second daughter (who is a wedding planner!) is now engaged and compares EVERY venue to The St Vrain!

We cannot recommend the St Vrain enough for a Denver/Boulder area wedding venue. We had a VERY atypical experience, in that we were never supposed to get married here! We had our plan B/COVID-friendly 30 person wedding all planned at Planet Bluegrass, when the wildfires hit in Boulder county. We ended up cancelling our original wedding venue and getting in touch with Annie at the St. Vrain (through our planner Root & Gather) just 3 days before our wedding day. Not only did Annie accommodate a tour that very day of both the St Vrain and their new property the Terry House up the street, but she made numerous accommodations for us to use the vendors (including caterer) we had already booked. We booked the St Vrain that day and arrived Friday to stay at the Terry House for our wedding weekend. The Terry House is an absolutely beautifully remodeled house that fit most of our wedding party and really made the weekend. The St Vrain itself is stunning - all rustic/modern decor inside a 1900s warehouse makes for a dream wedding. Because we were such a small group (and COVID), we got married outside in the courtyard and had an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour and dinner thanks to the open garage door. It was absolutely perfect and we wouldn't have changed a thing - not even going back to our original venue. Mark and Annie literally saved our wedding and we are forever grateful to them.

I wish there were better words to use than “we LOVED The St. Vrain” to accurately describe how much we truly loved The St. Vrain. From the moment we got in contact with Mark and Annie and toured TSV we knew it was the wedding venue for us. The overall place has this great rustic and industrial vibe while also being cozy and inviting at the same time. TSV offered so much from exposed brick, to the café lights to chandeliers, to INCREDIBLE bridal and grooms suites to a beautiful (already decorated) cocktail hour and private outdoor space it truly leaves nothing to want. Plus, there are so many mountain views only minutes away. One of my favorite things about TSV is that it is SO beautiful all on it’s own, you don’t have to have tons of décor to make it feel “wedding ready”. TSV requires that you use Sugar Pine Catering (see separate review) which actually took a lot of the stress away from choosing a caterer. They are incredible, have an amazing staff and provide amazing locally sourced food. Mark and Annie were a joy to work with and made the process (even during COVID) extremely stress free. In light of COVID and having a smaller guest count, our wedding day was absolutely perfect and everything we could have ever wanted.

The second my husband and I set foot into The St. Vrain, we knew it was the exact spot we wanted to be married! My husband and I got married at the St. Vrain in June 2019. The St. Vrain is a truly amazing venue. The venue is gorgeous and well thought-out. So much energy was spent into making the space perfect for weddings and that doesn’t go unnoticed. Annie and Mark were easy to work with and we were extremely pleased with how smoothly our day went. Things that we really loved: -Having a beautiful getting ready area on-site. This made limited the stress we felt and allowed for last minute hair and makeup touch ups. -The public garden across the street from the venue for outdoor photographs -The aesthetic of the space -The seamless flip between ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and having adequate space for all three. -The mini outdoor space was great for getting ready and cocktail hour -Including the day of planner and 45-day out wedding planner was a great help and it made our wedding day so much easier. This was such a wonderful perk! -We loved that we could bring our own alcohol -Seriously, the space is so stylish and beautiful and photographs extremely well. Other things to consider: -I realize the following is about the caterer, but when we got married, you had to use one specific caterer at the venue and could not shop around for others. We received venue pricing when we booked, but the catering was treated separately even though you are required to use their caterer. Although the specific caterer's food was amazing and we received many compliments on it, the St. Vrain and the caterer were not up front with the pricing structures. We received a sample invoice when we booked the venue, however when it came time to review menus later, the options had changed, and the pricing/inclusions were different (and more expensive!). Over the course of our planning, we received over three different pricing structures/quotes and inclusions, which felt deceptive. Catering ended up being our single biggest expense, and since the caterer is locked in with the venue, I wish we received accurate pricing when we booked the venue. It was frustrating to find this out later in the wedding planning process, and even more frustrating since you can’t do anything about it because you are forced to use a specific caterer. Overall, we absolutely loved the venue and would definitely recommend the St. Vrain!

There are just not enough words to begin to express how amazing the St. Vrain is! The moment my wife and I stepped into the venue, we immediately fell in love with this gorgeous and artistic space. We booked our date right there and canceled our other venue tours. We were blown away by how stunning it was just on its own. It was clear there was so much thought and love put into the creation of the venue. It literally took our breath away! When we met the owners Mark and Annie, it felt like meeting long lost family. They were so personable, and it was clear they really cared about making us as comfortable and supported as possible! Being a queer couple, they welcomed us with open arms and asked how they could make the space even more inclusive. They were beyond helpful throughout the process, extremely easy to contact and communicate with, and were even present the day of our wedding. We had the wedding of our dreams and could not be more thrilled! We are massive fans of the St. Vrain and recommend this venue 110%

The St. Vrain was a dream come true for our wedding! It is so beautiful. From the day we toured the venue and through out the entire wedding planning process, the owners, Mark and Annie, were nothing short of fabulous! They truly made our day unforgettable. Thank you, Mark and Annie!

The St. Vrain was perfect! The space was amazing, and we got so many compliments. Mark and Annie were so helpful and communicative. They made everything about our special day happen. They even let my different family members see the space 4 times throughout the year. If you want a romantic, gorgeous, modern space for your wedding, this is it!

We cannot begin to explain how thankful we are to have chosen the St. Vrain. Mark and Annie were both simply a joy to work with. They were flexible, helpful, reassuring, and made us feel seen and heard throughout the entire process. The St Vrain was the most amazing venue for our wedding. From the very beginning the owners made us feel so welcomed and special. Annie and Mark are dedicated to making sure your day goes off without a hitch. They have thought of every detail. From the bridal suite and groom's room for day of getting ready, to a gorgeous ceremony backdrop, to a luxurious and hip cocktail reception space and spacious dinner & dancing area - all of your wedding dreams will come true here. Cannot recommend The St Vrain enough! You won't regret it!
