We fell IN LOVE with the Stables at Oak Ridge Farms! Patricia and Don were easy to work - hospitable, flexible, and present the day of for anything you need. They have a passion for what they do and are consistently upgrading the facility, crafting everything themselves - it is remarkable (ex. when our wedding rolled around there was an entirely new back patio with lounge areas that hadn't been there upon booking!!). The price of the venue included access to Patricia's decoration storage room, which had enough decor so I didn't have to purchase any table decor myself. The whimsy, rustic feel was everything we wanted for our day, and the grounds are GORGEOUS. Some of our guests brought fishing rods and hauled in some big bass from the pond haha! We wanted a big wedding and this venue completely accommodated the crowd. The bride and groom suites are charming and everything had been so carefully decorated by Patricia and Don. I can't recommend this place enough; our day was PERFECT!! :)

Beautiful venue with great set-up, free decorations and freedom to make the event your own. Owners have tons of different decorations on-site to be used for free at your event. This helps a ton on limiting the spending on things that you will not reuse. The venue is very secluded which is great for having an event feel private, but can be an easy drive to miss. We used a sign at the end of the drive for people not to pass. Tons of updates continue at the property that made the space even better. A little lack on communication from venue, felt I needed to reach out numerous times to know all the details of my event.

After you tie the knot, you can join up to 300 loved ones for a dinner reception in the renovated barn. This 6,000-square-foot space is bright and airy, with soaring high ceilings and windows around the upper rim. Rugged hardwood interiors stand in stunning contrast to grand stairways and stylish dressing rooms. A perfect balance of elegance and old-timey charm, this space invites couples to make a grand entrance followed by a lavish banquet reception. After your meal, you can enjoy refreshments at the stunning solid oak-top beverage bar and make magical memories with your guests over music and dancing. The Stables at Oak Ridge Farm offers a range of packages to suit your needs and budget. You can rent it by the hour or day, depending on the duration of your event. You can hire the venue for the entire weekend if you have a few photo shoots planned before and after your main event. Their onsite wedding coordinator can act as a point of contact between you and your vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly. They also help you set up the venue and arrange your decor. You can avail of their full-planning service for help with choreographing and setting up your ceremony and reception, managing your schedule and cleaning. Our wedding was beautiful and the owners worked with us a lot. I would say that they nickel and dime you. A lot of things are a la carte and when you pay a lot for a venue, I think...
many of the things should be included. Our deposit also got partially deducted because we were 30 mins past the time which was spent grabbing all of our stuff and helping them clean up after our event. Overall, I wouldn’t change anything from our day, just thought these notes are something worth knowing.
