The venue is large enough for a wedding with 150 people and reasonably clean and new, but you should know that you are paying for the space only. The Bride and groom's 'cabins' have the barest essentials- you will need to bring your own chairs if more than three people in the wedding party intend to sit at the same time. You will also need to be very careful with your reception menu because the facility does not have a proper kitchen. They have a non-air conditioned storage space approximately 10'x10' that has be outfitted with a small countertop (7' max), a small hand washing sink, a refrigerator and a basic residential stove. They do not provide even the barest essential of hand soap in the 'kitchen'. Your food has to go outside to the porch before it can get into the dining room. The patio area designated for cocktail hour does not hold 150 people and you will end up in the grass or extremely crowded. The place is large and clean, but it has a terrible layout and absolutely no supplies.
