The Stardust Band

We absolutely loved Stardust! Keith was amazing to work with and so knowledgeable about weddings and the entire event flow. We loved their song selection it was huge! We didn’t have to ask them to learn any songs because the list was so comprehensive. Our guests didn’t leave the Dance floor all night! Thank you Keith and entire crew for bringing the party and making it such a memorable evening!

Stardust was the best part of our event! Our event was for 500 guests, though not a wedding. The music can be as varied as you like, and all the performers are extremely versatile. They interacted with the guests, and kept them on the dance floor. Keith Kostick is very professional and personable. I highly recommend them.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! From the pre-planning calls and emails with Keith to day-of vocals, instruments and all around vibe, I cannot say enough good things about The Stardust Band. They were extremely professional and responsive on the front end and truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day the most memorable, fun, perfect experience we could have ever hoped for. Aside from all of that, they sounded AMAZING! We had countless guests tell us it was the best band they had ever heard at a wedding. The only thing I can say is that I wish they could have played for longer. We actually used them for all phases of our wedding. There was acoustic guitar at the ceremony, where they played all the songs we wanted ("I Get By With a Little Help From My Friends", "Isn't She Lovely?" and "Here Comes the Sun"); there was a jazz trio during cocktail hour; and there was a full band for the remainder of the night. They made sure to play all the songs we wanted, including the specific versions that we had requested (duet version of "You're All I Need to Get By" - which we had as our wedding song - and "Your Love" by the Outfield which was a massive hit). They perfectly judged the crowd and played everything from Frank Sinatra to Bon Jovi to Whitney Houston to Walk The Moon. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Side note. A friend of my mom's who is a professional jazz singer recommended them to us. We trusted her, and actually booked them without seeing them in person first. After we had booked them, we went to see them in person with my parents. We then all came to realize that the main female singer was the same female singer that was in my parents wedding band over 30 years ago. Complete coincidence! I say this only to reiterate how respected this band is in the industry. The only way you have staying power like that is to be incredible and they definitely are.

My husband and I found Stardust after researching bands for our wedding online. We could see how fun and talented they were from the videos we saw and we felt assured that they would be great based on all of the amazing reviews we read. Booking Stardust was the BEST decision! We wanted a wedding where everyone, young and old, was on the dance floor all night. Our family and friends have not stopped RAVING about the band – so many people told us that they have not been to a more fun wedding and haven’t danced as much as they did at our wedding. Keith, the band leader, was extremely helpful in the planning process. He was so genuine and friendly and he provided useful suggestions, but also ensured that our requests were met and favorite songs were incorporated throughout the night. Keith and the band know how to set the tone and the flow for a night that keeps everyone up and having a blast. It was a perfect mix of oldies/classics and new hits that appealed to the whole room. We had a fairly large wedding of over 200 people and I will never forget looking around throughout the night and seeing the dance floor overflowing. We decided to add a half hour more at the last minute because everyone was having so much fun and Stardust accommodated without batting an eye. The band also learned a song that wasn’t on their song list for our first dance and completely nailed it. Stardust is 100% worth the money; we have no regrets and would not change a thing. We hope we have a reason to throw a big party again someday so we can hire them again!

We had a great experience working with Keith and the Stardust Band for our October 2017 wedding. We first heard the band at a holiday party a few years back, and when we got engaged, knew that they needed to be at our wedding. Having a live band made all the difference in bringing the wedding to life; our guests were raving about the music all night long! We had the keyboard player for our cocktail hour and the full band during the reception. Keith was very responsive throughout the whole process, giving us his expert opinions on things like overall flow of the event, timing of breaks, and song choice. It was reassuring having a true professional helping us through this process. The band was also very flexible, even learning two new songs for us - our first dance as well as the bride's parents wedding dance. Having a live band at a wedding is great, but having Stardust is incredible. We highly recommend the Stardust team for their music, professionalism, and expertise.

My husband and I booked Stardust for our June 2016 wedding at the Woodstock Inn. We could not have been happier with them! Keith is the utmost professional and always got back to us right away. The have an extensive variety of songs they already know, in additional to learning one per the couple’s request. The dance floor at our wedding was packed the entire night and we got many comments on how fun they were. A bridesmaid of mine like them so much, she booked them for her 2017 wedding! If you want a fun, talented band and one that knows how to make your wedding day that much smoother and memorable – Stardust is your band!

I can't say enough amazing things about Keith and Stardust band. He was so professional but helped me through every step of planning the music. He gave suggestions, listened to my suggestions, and helped immensely. They had "oldies" but also new and current songs. Everyone was on their feet the whole night and I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone!

Stardust was very professional. They knew exactly what they were doing and helped us plan our entire reception schedule. They gave us tips on how to keep the night fun and really kept the party going all night. We think our guests had a blast thanks to the band. They also helped us get things together with a very tight schedule and even learned our first dance song for us with just a 3 weeks heads up.

I highly recommend Stardust based upon my recent positive experience with the band which played at our wedding reception at the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, MA. My friend had highly recommended Stardust and after hearing and viewing the band’s CD and DVD I knew immediately this was the band I wanted to hire given their talent, range and presence. Keith Kostick, President of Stardust Productions, was friendly and professional and provided excellent upfront coordination regarding our song list and reception flow planning. We greatly appreciated the band learning and playing our first dance song which was a unique selection (Nine Million Bicycles by Katie Melua). Cecelia and Charles were amazing vocalists and the talented band kept the bride, groom and guests on the dance floor the entire night! I also received many comments from my guests and the catering team about the professionalism of the band. We hope we have the opportunity to see Stardust again soon and can’t thank the band enough for making our wedding reception a truly successful and memorable event. Our friends and family are still raving about Stardust months later and we wish we could do the reception again it was so much fun!

Stardust Band was unbelievable! Really, I cannot say enough good things about this band to truly convey how awesome they are. We got married in NJ, and had seen the band at a wedding a few years ago in Boston. When I was selecting music for my wedding, I knew I wanted a band, and remembered this band, and how incredible they were. I don't think their YouTube videos do them justice, they are the perfect wedding band. A few weeks before the wedding, I spoke with Keith, who gave me some great ideas on the flow of the reception, and emphasized ways to keep the party going, even with dinner in between. It wasn't your traditional sit down and eat and then up and dance, it was dancing all night and keeping the party going. It was perfect for our families! At the wedding, they were so much fun, kept the music going, had fantastic song choices, and their talent is out of this world! I overheard guests on the dance floor saying how they couldn't believe this was a band, it sounded like original recordings of the songs. You won't find a better, more talented, more fun group of people for your wedding band! After the wedding, my married friends were upset they didn't hire them for their weddings and my guests were raving about this being THE BEST band they've ever heard. You will not go wrong hiring this band. They are the real deal, and absolutely amazing!

Stardust was great -- easy to work with, extended last minute because we were having so much fun. A couple things -- wish they would have given us a copy of our first dance song because we learned it to a different version. Also there was one slightly awkward pause in the flow at the reception but otherwise great!

This is not your typical wedding band. This group is talented and incredibly entertaining. We knew we were in good hands when the band asked that we not provide them with a playlist because, with many years of experience behind them, they would take care of selecting the songs and reading the crowd. And they did just that. The dance floor was packed the whole night. We couldn't have been happier with their performance.

I went to a friends wedding who used this band, and I knew that when I got married I would have to use them as well. We had over 100 people on the dance floor until the end of the night! They play such a variety of songs, and they are really easy to work with!

One of my biggest fear was that no one would dance. Boy was I wrong! Everyone started to dance before the meal. It was incredible! The band was worth every penny. They were easy to work with, and are able to play ANYTHING and EVERYTHING!

Played exactly what we wanted had multiple vocalists all with different styles didn't put on a 'show' big sound without being overpowering we got TONS of compliments on them!!!
