to drape off certain sections to enhance the ceremony ambiance. There was plenty of room for people to spread out and mingle during the reception, the dance floor/stage area were the perfect size for our guest count, and the bathrooms have 6+ stalls (no lines). It is also nice to be able to step outside onto the patio for fresh air after hours of dancing! Lastly, the bar is incredible. Beautiful design that can support multiple bartenders, staff was friendly and attentive, and the chalkboard is a great canvas for creativity. Certainly would recommend for those lucky enough to book the Stave Room!

rs - The Stave Room was so perfect for this. Our guests pointed out how cool it was to have the ceremony end and the draping immediately pulled back to the open bar. The space was easy to make your own and create your own "feel." Best things about The Stave Room: plenty of parking, easy for grandparents to move about, great open bar liquor options (the whiskey from the distillery next door is great!), easy to get in contact with management, bride/groom suite, draping to make it the perfect size, and unique bar area.

emony and reception, you've found it! The walls, lighting, lofty, industrial look makes for great photos and a great party. Kate Zimmer was our sales rep, and she became a friend by the time our wedding came around! It was like working with a girlfriend who helps you talk through all the options to get to exactly what you need. There was no pressure to book, just excitement to make our day perfect! The entire team at the The Stave Room are professional and know the business and the space well. They all helped offer suggestions on other vendors, including recommendations on their preferred vendors based on what I was looking to achieve. Because it is an open warehouse with some draping, keep in mind that to separate the space for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, you will need to bring in additional draping and lighting accents, however it's worth it to make it feel like a flow of events in one evening. And the bar with large chalkboard - PERFECT! great photo opps, and perfect to accommodate a larger group of people ordering beverages. We went with the premium bar bc we like a nicer vodka and wine, and it was worth it across the board for our crowd. The chairs and tables are also very good looking and require very little to dress them up. We used light greenery and floral with tea lights on the longer tables and loved it. Overall, incredible experience, extremely professional, beautiful space, made for great picture and a great event and celebration!! Thank you Stave Room, and Kate, for making the day and experience so wonderful!! Our approximate spend shown includes the cost of the premium open bar, with some extra time, plus use of space for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, use of the chairs/tables and staff for set up and bar tending.
