Stephanie is AMAZING. She and her assistants were our glam squad for my wedding. We all looked so flawless even on a super hot summer day. Stephanie is a lot to fun to work with and really pays attention to what you like and don't. I love that she constantly checks in with you to see if you're liking your look or if there's something you want to change. I honestly had never felt more beautiful in my life. My favorite part was that though I was wearing a ton of makeup I still felt and looked like myself. LOVED all of it. I'd recommend Steph in a heartbeat.

I have hired Stephanie on more than one occasion. This girl is so incredibly good at her job. She took the time to really understand what I wanted for my hair and makeup and delivered perfectly. Not to mention the fact that she is a lovely person and makes you feel like you are in good, competent hands!

I hate leaving this review because she seemed like such a sweeeeeet girl and tried to help very much. However she did not do any of the make up things that I wanted from her at all. She actually left my eye makeup half way which I noticed in the middle of the night when one of my friends pointed it out that one of my eyes did not have eye liner under it ... or anything. The only thing that she did an amazing job was my eyelashes. I really didn't even like my hair. At first I thought I did , but throughout the night and everything I started disliking it more and more. I also wanted to stay positive because by the time I was done I was so busy and everything for my even had to happen that i could tell her to fix or redo some things so i said I loved it and walked away . then it just bothered me because my dishonesty won't help her or me or other brides ... I asked her for a specific color tone which looked dirty rather than tanned. I asked her for a specific eye makeup that she didn't do at all , but honestly i was sooooo late that I didn't have a choice but to basically get rid of her and get my night started. Sorry but makeup should be the list of a brides problem...

Stephanie at Steph Beauty did such a wonderful job as the makeup artist for my wedding and was such a pleasure to work with. She was extremely professional and gave me exactly what I wanted. My mom, dad, and mother-in-law all gave her notes on my makeup, which she politely and professionally incorporated while still making sure I was happy. She also provided me with a cute little touch up kit. I couldn't have asked for any more in a makeup artist. Stephanie was fantastic.

Steph and her assistants did an outstanding job with my hair and make up (bride), my 7 bridesmaids and two moms. The makeup was perfectly tailored for each person. The hair was excellent and lasted through the night. I highly recommend Steph and her team - they were fun and relaxed and made the getting ready process a breeze!

Stephanie did my hair and makeup for my May wedding. She was wonderful from the first communication, friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. My bridal party and I couldn't have been happier with our results. I had met with her previously to consult for my trial, but we were so thrilled when she and her team were able to do each of my party's day of requests. I would highly recommend Steph to anyone who is looking for event hair and makeup not only for her skills, but for her wonderful personality.

Stephanie did my hair/makeup, and the makeup/hair for my family and friends. I cannot say enough how amazing she is!! BOOK HER! She is extremely professional, punctual, and not to mention an AMAZING hair and makeup artist. She was totally open to all my ideas and requests and her feedback on her own suggestions were fantastic! She made my day an experience I won't ever forget. My nerves were high that day and she was wonderful about keeping me calm. She even gave us her phone and music playlist for the whole day! Such a nice thing to do! My experience with Stephanie was wonderful. She was prompt in her replies, answered all of my questions, and was transparent about costs and available options. She also worked with the needs of my schedule and arrived right on time for my trial run and on the day of the wedding (no small feat for Los Angeles during morning rush hour). For the hair and makeup trial, Stephanie asked for inspiration photos and did a great job creating the look I wanted. She would check in as we went along to ask for input on how things were looking and if something needed to be tweaked. Once everything looked just like I wanted, she took pictures to refer to on the wedding day. On the wedding day, we arranged for Stephanie to bring an assistant (Nikki) because we had 7 ladies getting hair and makeup. They arrived right on time and kept close to schedule which helped keep the stress levels down! Stephanie referred to the photos from my trial and did a wonderful job recreating the look we came up with. Both Stephanie and Nikki did a lovely job with everyone’s hair and makeup, and I received nothing but good feedback from my bridesmaids and family who got their hair and makeup done. We received our pictures back from the photographers, and the hair and makeup looks great in all the photos. My hair and makeup lasted all night, through dinner and dancing, and the fake eyelashes lasted for several days afterwards (I was really careful not to dislodge them when washing my face).

Steph is an AMAZING makeup artist. She did my hair and makeup along with the hair & makeup for my daughter for our engagement photos, which our kids were a part of. She worked her magic on me, and I looked beautiful, but still like myself. I was thrilled! Steph also did a great job on my daughter's hair, (she got it to stay curly!) and her makeup was perfect for a teenage girl, particularly one with tricky skin issues. Flawless but age appropriate and it looked very natural! Can't say enough good things about her. Steph is a true artist, and just a sweet, cool chick. Can't wait for her to be doing the bridal party next week at my wedding!

Stephanie did the makeup for all my bridesmaids, mom, and myself for my wedding and I could not have been happier with the results! We all looked absolutely stunning but not the least bit "cakey". The makeup she did made us look like enhanced versions of ourselves. I looked at a LOT of makeup artists and am so glad I went with Stephanie. On top of her amazing skills she was extremely sweet and fun to work with. Go with Stephanie for your wedding, you won't regret it!!

Steph was so amazing that I not only hired for my wedding but I also hired her for my engagement photo session and bachelorette party. She is a great person to work with, friendly, and adapts well to your needs. I would highly recommend her for any event in your life that you need to look absolutely fabulous for because she will get the job done!

Stephanie was such a blessing. Not only is her work flawless, but she had the most wonderful calming presence. I felt so comfortable with her taking care of me. I received compliment after compliment on my makeup and hair. Stephanie does both hair/makeup. Everything was on point, plus my makeup even lasted me the following day after the wedding. My husband and I were able to greet our family and friends in the hotel lobby as they were leaving the next day. Again I was told how great I looked even after a night of partying. I can't rave enough how truly amazing Stephanie is. BOOK Her! It's the easiest decision to make!

Steph did my hair and make-up for my wedding on August 3rd. I wanted a fancier version of my normal self and she totally got the look even with my inability to describe what I wanted. I almost never wear make-up and have chin length wavy hair. We exchanged pintrest boards so we could identify hair styles and make-up options. She was on time for the wedding and was fun to talk to during the process. Everyone of my female guests has commented on how great my hair and make-up turned out.

I had spoken to her few nights before my bridal shower and she said she would be able to be on time.. needless to say she was 45 minutes late and took forever to get started so i was late to my own bridal shower.. if you dont care about timing then hire her. She did a good job on the hair but the makeup .. where the lashes were falling off while i was opening gifts!! so embarrassing!! and the shadow looked like i did it when i was 10.. for how long she took to do it.. you would think it would be nice.. i was running so late i didnt bother to complain but after being late to my own shower and the lashes falling off of me and the horrible makeup job she did i knew i had to warn future brides

Steph was a wonderful hair and makeup artist. I chose to do a trial with her before the wedding, and she was very attentive to what I wanted and the tiny changes I asked her to make. We had a morning wedding, and Steph got up extremely early to meet me at our church and help get me ready for photos before the ceremony. She was always so sweet and easy to be around, and I was so glad to have her! My maid of honor got married after me, and she had Steph do her hair and makeup as well. I highly recommend using Steph!

I have used Stephanie several times for various events, engagement photo shoots, etc. She is AWESOME. Really. She does the most natural looking beautiful makeup! I tend to feel like others can cake it on and I feel like I have too much, but not with Stephanie. She can do a lot of different looks but they always look so natural. Love her!

Steph Beauty is the best I have seen in Hair & Makeup in Los Angeles. They really know how to make a girl feel special and calm on such a crazy day like our wedding days. I got married on October 4th and had Steph do my bridal makeup and hair. Not only did she give me exactly what I wanted, but I looked prettier than I ever dreamed of. To top it off, her calm and awesome personality kept me at ease the whole morning. My hair and makeup lasted the whole night - through tears (lots of tears) and dancing - and my hair even lasted till the next day, so I had beautiful curls the morning after my wedding night. She truly is wonderful and talented!!

I hired Stephanie for hair and make-up for our Long Beach wedding in May 2012 and was really thrilled with the quality of our service. Stephanie was professional, responsive and accommodating through every step of the planning process, and particularly as I was planning my wedding while living abroad and could not meet any of my vendors in person beforehand, it was great to have a vendor who could make the planning all the easier for me. I was able to handle all of the paperwork and correspondence quickly over email and I sent in a few picture examples of what I wanted a few weeks before the wedding. On the day of the wedding Stephanie and her assistant arrived before their scheduled time to set up and brought some sample products for us as well. I had 4 members of my bridal party with me and each girl was given a lot of care and an overall look tailored to their individual preferences. I was the last to get my hair and make-up done and even though I had not had a trial session before the wedding, Stephanie created a hair and make-up look for me from some pictures I had printed. The end result was very delicate, comfortable and elegant and matched perfectly with the overall aesthetic of the wedding gown. I was really impressed with the end results and felt absolutely gorgeous, so while many bridal styles tend to err on the side of being overworked or gaudy, Stephanie gave me a very naturally beautiful, timeless and elegant look. I also liked that Stephanie uses traditional make-up, which was much lighter and more comfortable than airbrush make-up, and our looks lasted perfectly through a rather hot outdoor wedding and the reception without ever needing a touch up. For someone who works in the bridal industry, Stephanie does not take advantage of the fact that her clients are usually stressed out, anxious and confused brides trying to match their own needs and budget constraints with an often obfuscated network of service packages and price-listings. Stephanie was always completely straightforward, clear and reasonable as a businesswoman. Overall Stephanie was a stellar hair and make-up artist and a very calming and organized presence on an otherwise hectic day. I would very highly recommend her to any brides for their big day!

Stpehanie got exactly what I wanted and how I wanted all the bridesmaids to look. Everyone looked so beautiful without looking too made up which was a big deal to me. My Mother and Mother in Law both loved how they looked as well which was super important as everyone was going to be photographed all day long. I felt like she really cared and took her time to get each thing exactly right and was such a sweet and wonderful person to be around, which is also a big deal because this is your wedding day, so you want the least stressful situation possible and she made this part of the day so much fun. It was as if we were all just playing dress up. I felt that I looked flawless and beautiful and this is exaclty how every bride should feel. Thanks Stephanie!!!

I was not a bride who knew everything I wanted to do since I was 12. I needed some help to figure out what I wanted for the day, my look--I needed everything. Stephanie stepped up and helped me find a great style for my short hair. It was a classic and elegant look that was better than I expected. And the makeup was dramatic and gorgeous for my evening wedding. I wanted to say the best part of working with Stephanie was her calm. I was nervous and part of my wedding party was a bit out of hand. She kept reminding me and everyone that the day was about me. She kept things relaxed and on time. Everyone got done and I was calm and confident in my look by the time I was ready to walk down the aisle. My pictures turned out great thanks to her. I'm so happy I hired her! She helped in ways I wasn't even expecting. Do yourself a favor and hire her for your special day!

I had Stephanie do my hair and make up for my wedding. I got married last November. I absolutely loved what she did. First of all I had a very specific idea of what I wanted for my hair, it was an updo that was kinda my own idea so I didn't really have any pictures to show her. She had to get it from my talking about it. She got EXACTLY what I wanted!!! It was so beautiful and I felt and looked amazing!! It also lasted all day and night, and my husband and I danced the night away!! So not only did it start out amazing, it held up perfectly throughout the day and night which is amazing to me still cuz I got crazy on the dance floor lol. Also my makeup was so elegant and beautiful and no smearing through all my crying and everything!! I didn't even need any touch ups which was also amazing to me!! I highly recommend using Stephanie. She is worth every penny!!!!!
