Beautiful hidden gem in Las Vegas! I am a wedding planner and absolutely LOVE hosting weddings at Stirling Club! This is the perfect venue for any couple looking for sophistication...
and intimacy. With its opulent decor, refined ambiance, and versatile event spaces, Stirling Club provides an exquisite backdrop for a memorable wedding celebration. Chelsea is absolutely AMAZING to work with!! I haven't met a venue Director that works harder and cares more about her clients than Chelsea! You will have a next-level experience here with her. The wedding day staff is attentive and professional, ensuring a seamless event. The club's exclusive atmosphere adds an element of glamour, making it an ideal setting for couples who want a luxurious and private wedding experience for their guests. For context...Warning ⚠️ DO NOT overlook this review. It would be completely remiss of you to do so, and you'll likely find yourselves in the same nightmare we experienced.

tirling Club is an abysmal failure as a venue and it all starts with the inept leadership of its GM Ali, and ends with the lack of awareness and communication of its wedding coordinator, Elise. We planned our wedding here, regrettably, and should've have taken notice of the dysfunction once both the original wedding coordinator and the head chef were lost to attrition, or so we thought. This is something unheard of in the planning process, but it would all pale in comparison with what was to come. Note: GM Ali informed us during our infamous call, which we'll discuss shortly, that they actually left the venue for other employment. Surprise, surprise.
Picture this...Las Vegas...black-tie wedding...late May...no A/C. Now, if you've ever been to Vegas in the summer, you know how imperative it is to have A/C. Hell, (pun intended) the heat is so significant that refrigerated air is a requirement because anything else is substandard. So, you can imagine my chagrin seeing two barely operable swamp coolers wheeled into my suite being filled with ice. I thought to myself, "hopefully it's just this area experiencing the heat?" After thousands of dollars in wilted flowers, and witnessing the misery of a fully dressed wedding party and guests seeking refuge outside of the venue for cooler temperatures, the reality of the circumstances became clear. Unfortunately, this level of awareness was lost on our wedding coordinator, Elise as she failed to convey the extent of this debacle to her equally apathetic GM Ali.
So, long painful story short, our wedding was a barbecue people couldn't wait to leave. As compensation for their failure, Elise offered a comp equivalent to less than one-tenth of our total cost! I tell you, her awareness is uncanny. This oblivious gesture led to the need for a call with her management team, an equally fruitless endeavor as we now encounter the enigma known as Ali.
Every bit condescending and dismissive, this encounter would prove to be the most unprofessional experience I've had as a consumer. First, the outright gaslighting. This man actually tried to explain away the heat as if the sweat wasn't rolling down my back under this three piece suit and it was all in my mind. His constant interruptions as he tried to dismiss our circumstances as normal to their guest experience, left me infuriated. How could a professional lack empathy for a circumstance that is clearly your own doing? Unwilling to make any significant concessions for their failure, I'm now left to express my displeasure with you, good consumers as a warning.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! From the poor leadership, to the black mold on the shower heads, or the rancid odor of sewage that sprang from the heat, this venue is a receptacle of failure dressed in a elegant facade that immediately fades when you scratch the surface. We are only left with regrets and only find solace in hopes you do not experience the same outcome.
Whoever owns this venue, Ali is a disservice to your bottom line. I can only imagine the loss you've experienced with him at the helm. If this review doesn't compel you to action regarding his unprofessionalism, then he is a product of your apathy and you deserve the rotted fruit he produces. True scum.

We understand your frustrations with the inconveniences you endured on what should have been an otherwise perfect wedding day. The team that had been working with you and your fiancé for the past five months tried to the best of their abilities to ensure that your wedding day was flawless. This is why when we had a change in our professional team related to your event, our new Director of Events reached out introducing herself and became fluent with all of the needs you envisioned for your special day. We also had our new Head Chef reach out for a second tasting to confirm your selections so you wouldn't experience any surprises that could lead to dissatisfaction for you or your guests. We aim for excellence in all areas of our Club operations and offerings, which is why we try to be transparent with all of our couples about expectations.
Having to experience hotter than average temperatures during your wedding day is no experience anyone should have. That is why we ensured that our engineering team was able to have all of our air conditioning units inside of our bride & groom suits fully operational with the addition of physical coolers for you and your guests comfort. The units inside of your main space, the Veranda were also fully functional as temperatures reached triple digits outside and we didn’t want you to experience any discomfort. The only time our team was informed of any discomfort due to heat was in our Blue Room. There was a minor technical issue that did occur at the very beginning of your celebration, which our team addressed immediately. This issue did lead to the overall warmer temperature of the Blue Room. Our team worked diligently to cool this space, but the bigger obstacle that prevented proper cooling was having all 130 of your guests congregated inside of a space that should only be hosting 60 people. Despite our engineering team's best efforts to ensure our air conditioning systems were working for your event, proper cooling wasn't able to take place inside of our Blue Room as doors were consistently left open during the beginning portion of your event and the maximum capacity being met. This didn't allow proper time and circulation for the room to cool down quickly. Our events team, including our Director of Events Elise, was diligent in communicating next steps and alternative solutions like moving your guests into the ceremony space earlier to alleviate exposure to the heat, but no confirmation or further communication followed for the rest of your celebration about this issue. Had there been more open lines of communication, our team could have addressed further inconveniences in real time to ensure your wedding day exceeded expectations.
Ultimately, we never wanted you and your party to have a negative experience for such a joyous occasion. We are grateful to have spoken with you afterwards to hear more about your experience. It is disheartening that you didn't feel the way our team tried to remedy the situation validated your experience or provided proper retribution for the circumstances. We apologize again for the miscommunications that may have occurred when trying to find a satisfactory resolution for these inconveniences.
