The Story Creative is amazing! I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. I had to move my wedding twice because of COVID and each time they were so understanding and even moved things around for me so they could be available. Summer was so easy to talk to and she really took the time to talk with me and plan out our whole day, so she knew what we wanted. Since I had to change my date so many times Summer was not able to take our pictures on our wedding day, but she made sure to put me in good hands and recommended Adam. Adam, Abi and Taylor were AMAZING on our wedding day. They were so easy to work with and pretty much turned into our wedding coordinators for the day. We got a sneak peek of our pictures not even a week after our wedding and they were better than I could have ever imagined. It rained pretty much all day, and it was so windy on the beach, but you would never know that looking at our pictures. Adam is truly talented, and it is obvious that he loves what he does! I can’t thank all of them enough for making our day so perfect, and for making the planning process so easy. I will most definitely be recommending The Story Creative to ALL my friends and family and will be using them for all my photography needs in the future!

Summer was fantastic! She made us feel so at ease while taking photos. She was funny, down to earth but also managed our large family photo session so well. With 5 flower girls and 2 ring bearers it was crazy, but Summer kept everything moving! Our wedding photos are gorgeous and I’m so proud to show them off to family and friends. Thank you, Summer for expertly capturing the best day of our lives. She’s the best, y’all!

the company was great and easy to work with! summer and olivia were our photographers for the wedding and they were truly amazing!! they made me feel like a million bucks!! they did a great job organizing everyone for pictures and keeping us on our timeline. they are amazing and I would recommend them to everyone!!!

The Story Creative was hands down one of the best choices my now husband and I made to make our wedding day special. From the beginning to the end, Milo and Summer were so wonderful to work with and they genuinely cared to get to know my husband and I as a couple, which made a difference to my husband and I. Summer shot our wedding and I literally did not have to worry about a thing because we had made a plan before, and she handled everything that came her way on the wedding day with style and grace! Milo was easy to reach and always got back to me in a timely manner, and was always more than willing to answer any and all questions I had! The Story Creative was by far the best choice we made to capture the sweet moments of our big day.

Summer is GOLD! She went above and beyond to capture moments we will cherish forever. She knew the best spots for pictures at Wrightsville Manor and was very prompt and timely before and after the ceremony. We had a large wedding party and she did very well with rounding everyone up and displaying patience with last minute adjustments on our end. Our wedding planner and Summer worked closely together so that our day was completely planned out and not rushed whatsoever. We had several compliments outside of our own on how sweet, bubbly, and easy-going Summer was. Our pictures are absolutely beautiful, Summer is so incredibly talented! Our overall experience (engagement session included) with The Story Creative was wonderful and we cannot thank them enough for providing sweet memories of our favorite day!

Story Creative (Summer!) created THE best photography experience my husband and I could have hoped for. Summer traveled with our group all the way to Costa Rica for our destination wedding. She was a perfect fit in terms of her photography, her personality, and her professionalism (while still joining our group in pool volleyball games and ATV trips)! The Story Creative was amazing. They captured our wedding day perfectly. I studied art, but I love simple moments so I was very particular on my vision for the photography. Our photographer Summer captured exactly what I had visioned. We were even able to catch a second golden hour shoot which was magical. Summer was fantastic at organising people for larger group shots and was a delight to be around. She worked quickly, but also made sure she had the best shots possible. The turn around to get photos back was pretty quick and it's really nice that we get all of the edited photos on a usb and have full printing rights, although they also have printing packages if you desire to do that. Props to Theo and Summer on a fantastic job!

Summer Lambert took my wedding pictures. I truly could not have asked for the day to be captured anymore beautifully than she did. Every time I look back at our photos, I am blown away by how detailed and thorough she was. Genuinely, I couldn't have asked for better. Not only did she take my wedding photos, she's also done many of my family's pictures. From my brother's wedding, to senior pictures, to fitting 30+ people into one photo...and we're never disappointed. Her work is amazing and she just continues to get better and better.

Theo, the owner, was amazing to work with! Since his company is located in NC and my husband and I are located in DC, we exchanged a lot of emails! We had 8 hours of shooting, two photographers and also rented the You Booth from him. We were unable to get Theo for our wedding since he was booked but were able to book through his other company, The Story Creative. Like any bride, I was constantly reviewing and looking through previous wedding pictures and I was very impressed with all of the photographers work. Once we found out Summer was available, we set up a call with her and discuss what we were interested in. Summer was great! She was very responsive via phone and email, which I am always happy with! We had to fill out a few questionnaires for her which gave her a better idea of our interest and what our wedding day would be like. Meeting Summer the day of our wedding was great! She was exactly how she was over the phone. Very sweet and energetic. I love pictures and I love taking pictures, but being the center of attention in the pictures can be overwhelming, but Summer made my husband and I very comfortable. She told us what to do but not in a pushy nor demanding way. We just received a few of our teaser pictures and they are lovely and amazing! I seriously cannot wait to get the rest! The You Booth (photo booth) was so fun and easy to use! We loved it! This was our guest book and I am so GLAD we decided to have this at our wedding! Thank you Theo and Summer for being such wonderful people to work with. You both made our wedding day special and memorable with gorgeous pictures!

Leanne and the rest of The Story Creative are all so wonderful to work with! My husband and I don't usual do pictures and had no diea what we were doing, but they still managed to snap all of the perfect pictures. I can't recommend them enough!

We worked with The Story Creative- Leanne Haskins and her team were incredible to work with! We did not do a first look and were also eager to get to our reception after the ceremony. She was efficient, and she took the most beautiful photos. I would highly recommend Leanne to anyone!
