We were so happy with how the decorations turned out for our wedding reception. The Story Balloons truly gave the space the wow factor we were hoping for and brought our vision to life beautifully. Throughout the entire planning process, they were incredibly responsive, patient, and thorough. They took the time to understand what we wanted, answered all of our questions, and made sure every detail was thoughtfully considered. On the day of the reception, everything looked amazing and really helped transform the venue into the perfect celebration space. One thing we really appreciated was how clear the process was. After we booked, they walked us through the design, sent over the 3D preview, and gave us opportunities to make adjustments before anything was finalized. As someone who likes to know exactly what’s happening, this gave me so much peace of mind. Then in the end, their decor was one of the best thing on our day
