The Styled Soirée

I don't even know where to start, but I do know that our wedding wouldn't have been the perfect wedding it was without Jenn and her team. From the start, Jenn made us feel really special, making sure to check in with us along for months along the way, even though we had technically only hired as our coordinator. She even went to lunch with me and my mom one day when I was out visiting Denver. Every single event of our wedding weekend at the Surf Hotel in Buena Vista was flawless and just want we wanted it to be, from the welcome reception, to the morning yoga, to the photo time, ceremony and reception. While it might have also been a dose of luck, there were literally no hiccups the entire time. Jenn had an amazing way of keeping the trains strictly running, but also making sure we were having the time of our lives. We can't possibly recommend her more highly! Thank you Jenn!

Jenn is quite simply amazing! Like many couples, we launched into wedding planning and immediately realized we had no idea how to plan a wedding. From our first meeting, Jenn listened to what we wanted, and equally important, what we didn’t want, and helped us plan an absolutely amazing wedding. Also she was just delightful to work with! She managed everything on the wedding day amazingly, so we could just have fun and enjoy the day. We, and our guests, had a blast and we cannot recommend Jenn enough!

We found Jenn after my daughter convinced me that dealing with dozens of details and set-up on the day of the wedding would overwhelm us. (It took a bit, since I'm a confirmed do-it-yourselfer) We contracted for the Woodland Mosaic at the Denver Botanic Gardens, for a small gathering of 28 people- but the timeline was going to be pretty compressed to get everything organized, set-up and cleaned up. A lot of the other planners were either not interested in day-of service, wanted to charge ridiculous fees or weren't going to be hands-on when it counted. We needed someone who cold pour champagne and wrangle all the stuff we were going to set-up. Jenn was the wonderful exception. We were fairly self-sufficient as far as lining up vendors, but relied on her calm and organized guidance and some very helpful recommendations and ideas. My daughter appreciated the checklist feature of her on-line planner, which helped her feel like progress was being made. We love to check things off! So... in a nutshell this was way more than day-of help. We signed a contact in mid February, (wedding date May 27) and had 4 or 5 zoom meetings and numerous e-mail contacts with her. When ever there was a question about who would handle something, her response was "I can handle that", and she meant it. She didn't want us to stress about anything. She came to the venue walk-through with us to help layout what we'd need for set-up. She ran the rehearsal the day before, and loaded up all our decor and service items in her car that evening. Then on the actual ceremony day, she was running around, picking up the bouquet early for the photos before, making numerous trips with heavy coolers and other supplies into the gardens. She coordinated cues with the musicians, timeline with the photographer, and got everyone in the right place at the right time. Her assistant was helpful as well. When it was time for us to head out to the reception dinner, she stayed behind, got everything loaded up, swept up, delivered the flowers to the restaurant, and delivered all the rest back to our hotel that evening. What a champ. Couldn't have done this without her steady, calm presence and serious hard work.
