Candice and Cher did an amazing job on my wedding day. They were more than a wedding planner and wedding coordinator. They played every role possible to ensure that the day was smooth and running. I was amazed on how a such complicated day turn out so perfect with the help of their team. I was very verbal on my needs and desires on the day. They took everything in consideration and execute it. After the day was over they even had footage and pictures of the day which was amazing. I would highly recommend their services.

Candice and her team made our big day and the days prior absolutely seamless. Wedding planning is one of the most stressful and multi faceted things I've had to experience in my life. My wife and I were lost beyond belief, once we brought Candice on board everything changed. Candice and her team took the time to make sure all vendors and activities were booked appropriately. Working with Candice at The Styled Stem made our wedding day go so smoothly. We hired her for the day-of coordination services and it came with helpful planning tools, 3 planning calls, and 2 day-of coordinators, which ended up being perfect. Candice and her team are experts were incredible at guiding us through the day (transportation, photos, ceremony, and reception) and getting down to the details leading up to the wedding. The ladies lead with professionalism and did their best to ensure that all of our little details came to light. They were also super flexible with day of changes, and did an amazing job of keeping us on time throughout the day. Besides day of, they also made the planning process itself very easy. Cher helped me flesh out every idea I had planned so that I could actually execute it in a way that made sense. Candice, the genius behind The Styled Stem, took on the monumental task of full-service wedding planning, design and day-of coordination for our wedding, and she surpassed all expectations. As a very picky, A-type personality, I can be challenging to accommodate, especially for such a significant event. I was a bride that planned my entire wedding by myself & did not originally plan to use a day of coordinator & was only going to use my hotel venue's coordinator. THANK GOD I BOOKED THE STYLED STEM! Candice & her team (shoutout to Amanda!) made my life so much easier & she was not only extremely helpful day of the wedding, but also leading up to the wedding! Working with Candice and the Styled Stem team was the BEST wedding planning decision I made. She is so warm, kind, very responsive (even to all my late night, worried emails) and an overall wonderful human. Her eye for design and style board were stunning and made my wedding beautiful. We did not live in PA and she helped us find vendors, and do last minute things that were extra challenging due to not living in state. I cannot imagine getting married without Candice- it just would not have happened without her. Candice was PHENOMENAL for our wedding! We had a large wedding (200+ guests), lots of moving parts, and a ton of details that needed attention. Candice made set up and breakdown seem effortless, and was so attentive to me, my husband, and our families all day. She was always available for advice or calls, and our monthly meeting helped me feel so confident in how the day would play out. She expertly coordinated our vendor team, and kept everything running smoothly and on time the day of. Truly could not have done it with her, and I can’t recommend her enough!

Candice was a perfect find and helped me plan the most gorgeous day! I live in Texas but was getting married in the Philly area since that is where I grew up. I knew I needed a planner who would be my boots on the ground but didn’t want a big agency where I might get lost and The Styled Stem was exactly who I needed. After a ton of searching, Candice helped me find my venue even before we signed the contract because she knew we needed to move quickly on my short timeline. We zoomed through each subsequent vendor choice because of her knowledge and expertise. Several times along the way I became overwhelmed with so many details, and she virtually held my hand to make it to the finish line. Did I mention she had a baby during this time?! With personal challenges abound, she made time to answer all of my questions and was my true partner to create a magical day!

I knew from early on that I wanted a wedding planner/coordinator because I didn't even know where to start with planning and was getting overwhelmed just thinking about everything that needed to get done. I am so glad that I found Candice and started working with her a little over a year out from our wedding. From our first conversations, she put me at ease and provided us with a timeline that helped break down everything that needed to be done and when we should aim to have it done by. Finding vendors for a 2022 wedding was an experience to say the least, but Candice helped to reach out to vendors when I wasn't getting responses, advised us if vendor contracts should have certain things added in, and also tracked down information on vaccination status and proof of insurance that our venue required. I don't know how many emails and texts I sent to Candice, but I never had to wait more than a few hours for a response (even when I was sending emails at ridiculous hours of the morning and night and did not expect her to get back!) I am so glad that I also hired her for design. I knew that I wanted a dark, candlelight romantic vibe, but I wasn't sure if that made sense with a brighter color palette for our summer wedding. Candice managed to select things from my pinterest board that made sense and put together a style board that finally helped me to visualize the wedding. I was still nervous on the day of the wedding because I had been so vague about what I wanted, but Candice and our florist created the most beautiful ceremony, cocktail and reception spaces. I actually cried during the room reveal because it was so perfect. In addition to handling the planning and design, Candice was a true lifesaver when it came to coordination on the day of the wedding. There were a few issues that arose with vendors, as well as guests showing up after they had RSVPd "No" which messed up the table assignments. Candice handled it all very calmly and professionally. I actually don't know what I would have done without her. I am immensely grateful that she was there so that I could just enjoy the wedding of my dreams. If you are considering a planner, this is your sign to hire Candice and The Styled Stem!

Candice is an amazing event designer! My event was beyond anything I could have hoped for and my guests loved the creative decor and flowers.

Hiring the Styled Stem was the #1 best decision of all the wedding decisions we made! We hired them for full service wedding planning and design, and the attention we received was top-tier. In the months before the wedding, the Styled Stem team provided the perfect balance of logistical and emotional support to allow me to go into my wedding day without any concerns. From day 1, the team listened to my vision and worked with me to make it happen, from finding the best-in-class vendors to floral design to logistical support. My wedding was set in the backyard of my uncle's rural property in western New Jersey. There were many unique challenges associated with this venue choice: parking on a bumpy lawn, scarcity of indoor restrooms, a long driveway which made for tricky rental delivery. Candice and her team found us the valet who would make it happen, the more deluxe mobile restrooms any of our guests had seen, and on the day of my wedding, she solved delivery mishaps before I even heard about then. And the visual design! Everything came out exactly as I wanted it to, and beyond. I was surprised on the day of my wedding with gorgeous wildflower floral arrangements in small glass vases. The day was a perfect blend of flowery laid-back visuals while still feeling elegant and allowing the natural environment to sing. My wedding bouquet, a Styled Stem design, was absolutely perfect, and Candice's completely independent design and creation. One more thing: this team attended the most sentimental day of our lives and fit right in among our family and friends. They worked incredibly hard, but with such grace and good humor, they felt like family. I hope to keep in touch with them for years to come, as I feel grateful to have met such wonderful people as they are through this process.

Candice was amazing to work with to make our wedding day florals everything we wanted and beyond. We setup meetings throughout the planning process and even though it was virtual due to the pandemic, she was able to capture our entire vision. Candice created the perfect vision board for our ceremony, reception and bridal florals. The arch was amazing! Our ceremony backdrop was a golf green so the arch created a focal point and really made our ceremony feel complete. The reception was a mix of white flowers with curly willow branches and lots of candles, she made our reception feel romantic and timeless. The best part was when Candice walked into the bridal suite with our flowers, I wanted to cry seeing the gorgeous bouquets but I had just had my makeup done but they were that perfection. Candice is sweet, professional, available to answer all emails, and truly a master at her craft. She will make your day exceptional and beautiful with all of the floral details. I cannot thank her enough for everything!!

We are so happy that we chose Candice as our florist and planner. From our initial Zoom call to our wedding day, Candice helped us realize our vision - even when we didn't know what that was! While we had some vague ideas of what we wanted, we weren't the best at planning. Not only that, there were many DIY elements to our wedding, which made things feel overwhelming at times. Candice helped us each step of the way, providing guidance when needed but still having us set the tone for what we wanted. She was patient with us and worked within our budget, offering substitutions if certain items weren't feasible, and always making sure that we were all on the same page. Candice and her team made everything come to life on the day of, and in spite of a very tight timeline, she made the time to deliver the bouquet and corsages/boutonnieres to us ahead of time, then pick up all of our extra DIY elements to set up at the venue. We were so thrilled with the final outcome - it was perfectly "us". A huge THANK YOU to Candice - we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a florist and planner!

I worked with Candice for my Oct 2021 wedding. The words "hire" and "worked with" don't do her justice because Candice absolutely crushed it in every single capacity. There were many hurdles thrown her way - a less than ideal turnaround time, bad weather, I do not live in PA (we got married in PA) - and candice handled it all flawlessly. from the first time I spoke with Candice, I knew right away she has a perfect match. I felt comfortable with her and totally trusted her to give it to me straight, tell me things i definitely needed and also not push for anything unnecessary. She took my disorganized, confused incomplete vision and made it cohesive and then executed flawlessly. I would literally vote for her for president of the united states. everything was gorgeous and the event was seamless. several weeks later my notoriously difficult grandmother (god love her) is still calling me to tell me how amazing Candice and her team were. I dont know how but Candice found a bunch of mini-Candices and enlisted them all to be her team, everyone was absolutely awesome. Candice, without you, this wedding wouldn’t have even been a worse version — it straight up would have been a dumpster fire at best. you are truly phenomenal at what you do and i can’t thank you enough for everything. you are a true CURATOR OF VIBES. we are so fortunate to be a couple who can say they genuinely enjoyed their wedding and nothing went wrong and we have zero regrets. & Candice is 100% the reason we can say that!

Candace was a pleasure to work with for our wedding. Candace took the time to do a walk through with us of our venue, The Lucy. We loved her floral suggestions since we had no clue what flowers we wanted on our tables. My husband and I received many compliments on the floral arrangements. Candice is so wonderful and very professional. During covid we’ve had many ups and downs with our wedding planning process. Candice kept me calm and kept us on track with a tentative schedule of when we should execute certain tasks. She has excellent “bedside manner” and was very empathetic to all our feelings during the process. She’s extremely proactive, transparent, and organized. She’s VERY good at her job. She made my wedding day so calm and everything flowed in a timely manner. I felt no stress and I could just be present and enjoy everything because I knew I hired someone I could trust.
