ried. We ordered a two tier Lemon cake with lemon curd and swiss butter cream, and a kitchen cake of vanilla bean cake with raspberry jam and swiss buttercream. Our cake was delivered to our venue and decorated with pressed edible flowers I provided. Sadly, our venue never cut into the separate cake to provide two options, but that is on them, both were delicious. We also ordered a dozed gluten free cupcakes and a dozen vegan cupcakes to cater to those guests. Thank you Sugar lab for the delicious cake, we are looking forward to our anniversary cake already

licious! We chose three different flavors, one for each tier, and each was more delicious than the prior. Lastly, we had a snafu the day of the wedding. We left the cake in the sun and the fondant began to melt. The team at Sugar Lab didn't hesitate. They made a special trip back to the bakery and patched the cake. They did such a beautiful job that no one could tell the difference. I cannot recommend Sugar Lab enough. They are spectacular.

We ended up going with a 3-tier cake, each tier a different flavor, and from what I heard, the cake was very good. (note to all brides & grooms: if you want to eat some cake, make sure you assign someone to bring it to you, there's too much going on otherwise) The other nice perk, especially since we had a destination wedding, is that they will bake and ship the top tier of your cake for your one year anniversary; can't wait to taste the cake then! The only potential negative was that we had ordered cake and desserts for ~140, but due to COVID and other various reasons, we only had 100 show up. We attempted to cancel the additional desserts, but were only allowed to cancel half of the order. They are a business, so I get it, and without that hiccup, The Sugar Lab was flawless.
