If you want people to dance at your wedding, hire The Sun Messengers. I have never seen so many people on the dance floor for so long. The lead singer came out onto the dance floor and really engaged with us and our guests. I will always remember the moment my husband and I were surrounded by our newly connected family singing “We Are Family,” all coordinated by the lead singer. Rick, the band leader, did an amazing job with our introductions and even helped us with our timeline. He pays attention to the details and facilitates the day to run smoothly. The Sun Messengers sound amazing, have a super fun vibe and play songs that are sure to pack the dance floor.

First word from every guest that came up to me at the wedding - WOW. Rick and the band were the talk of my wedding, everyone was blown away by their talent and ability to engage the crowd. My 80 year old grandfather was dancing, and that doesn't happen very often. Rick was fantastic to work with during the planning process. He has many years of experience and was able to guide me in the best flow of reception first dances, when the music should start, etc. Their repertoire is extensive, you won't be bored with anything they play. Also, let me say that their prices are mind-blowingly reasonable for a band - enough to where a DJ wasn't even an option. They played band, MC, and DJ throughout the whole night. Don't hesitate in locking them down for your date!

The Sun Messengers were absolutely terrific at my daughter's wedding last October. The dance floor filled up as soon as they started and stayed that way all night. Many of our non-dancing guests moved closer to the stage and simply enjoyed the concert. Everyone at the wedding is still raving about the band. Also, Rick the band leader was a pleasure to work with before and during the event. I would recommend The Sun Messengers to anyone planning an event with live music.

Right off the bat the Sun Messengers got all of our guests on the dance floor and that's where they stayed all night. We were thrilled with them. They are all great musicians and they were so kind. Our guests just loved the music selection and our venue said they have never seen so many people on the dance floor.
