I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team to be behind us on our special day. They are truly amazing and I couldn’t recommend them and the sunset room enough!

Sunset Room that they were the only venue I trusted with mine and my husband’s special day. From the absolutely stunning decor, fantastic coordinators and the level of excellence they hold themselves to, I cannot recommend them enough to any couple looking for a venue. Every staff member was truly exceptional in their work. My husband and I have quite literally no complaints for our entire process from start to finish. Every email, frantic question text or phone call about details was answered promptly and professionally. f an all inclusive wedding venue. The website pics were beautiful and the vista had just opened for use at that point. Fast forward to post engagement booking. Their team was so flexible with scheduling and very polite and welcoming at booking. Seeing the locale in person was all that I needed. Everyone on their team was very pleasant and easy to work with. As time passed in my planning process I had frequent questions that were quickly responded to and I greatly appreciated that. The week of my wedding I had an emergency appendectomy (go figure) and had to make some last minute changes in our drop off appointment. Again, the team was so kind and flexible. They even checked in on my health which made me feel like more than just another bride to them. I appreciate the concern to this day. My rehearsal and wedding day went off without a hitch. Angelica (Ang) was AMAZING the day of. I mean she was on top of every detail and event during our wedding. I am forever grateful to the Sunset Room for hosting the wedding of my dreams in the midst of my last minute unexpected health issue. The recent upgrades to the property also took things to the next level. You have a customer for life! Thank you doesn't express the gratitude that I have for you all. You are absolutely the best!

only was the venue gorgeous, but the inclusive packages are amazing! The staff made everything exactly how we wanted it - put it together and tore it down. They were so helpful in making our day go so smoothly and helping every step of the way. They answered questions quickly in a text message or email and just knew exactly what they were doing. Talyn was so helpful and on top of things. Jill was our coordinator and she was AMAZING. She was so kind and helpful during the planning process & wore so many hats on the day of! Ang was also very helpful and helped our day go smoothly. I couldn’t recommend this place more! This venue is a little hidden gem right outside of Pittsburgh and you need to find it for your wedding! (Or any fancy event)

our own touches, but they have a variety of colors available and multiple center pieces to choose from. They were easy to reach if any questions came up. They also have a variety of package options. We went with a Sunday brunch wedding, which we never thought of before but we loved the idea as soon as we saw that package. They have a lovely private outdoor area for the ceremony, beautiful inside, and also has a lovely deck as well. Had so much natural light, and just a great set up. They handled everything, something was wrong with the food, and that was the only hiccup during the wedding. And they had it handled already by the time they told us about it. Can't recommend them enough, it was amazing to get married there.

Some people walk away from their wedding wishing they'd spent more on x or less on y - for the essentially all-inclusive experience (food, bar and alcohol, ceremony, reception, decor, linens, centerpieces, a bridal suite, day-of coordinators who work with you before the wedding as much or as little as you'd like - you literally do not need a wedding planner), every single dollar spent was worth it. We loved our experience and guests are still telling us it's the best wedding they've ever been to (three months later). Detailed Review: When venue searching in August 2020 for our fall 2021 wedding, we had two important criteria: 1. A one-stop venue so no one had to travel between multiple locations. 2. Outdoor ceremony space with back-up indoor ceremony space if needed, because Pennsylvania. We're in the Uniontown, PA area and considered every venue we could find between here and PGH (within our budget). As soon as we came to the Sunset Room (SR), my partner and I knew it was the one. The SR was definitely the most modern and versatile we could find in the area with a price tag worthy of what you receive. We mainly worked with Talyn and Michael throughout, and our day of coordinators were Michael and Cameron who did an incredible job. We cannot speak highly enough of the staff. I worked with them in the months before the wedding (I definitely had a vision and ideas), and they were always patient, flexible, and accommodating. Our day was truly perfect - a mild September day for an outdoor ceremony in their beautiful, private, and sophisticated space. The day-of coordination was amazing (they're like your secret service for the day, taking care of everything and always five steps ahead), the food was incredible (Stratwood Catering in White Oak), the cake was incredible (Tasty Bakery in Murrysville)... I could really write the longest review ever about the experience. Book with them! Still here? Here's other details: Front and center cake table is gorgeous! The ceremony area is fenced in and gated, so the bride gets a "grand entrance". This also makes it feel private. It's on turf / faux grass, so no worrying about chairs or shoes sinking into the ground. It's accessible with handicapped parking, an elevator inside to reach the room, and multiple slopes. Amazing all-white flower wall (something that you would have to pay thousands for whether you're renting or buying any other place), dynamic lighting, and a projector. The bridal suite is awesome- a huge mirror with a countertop. Perfect size for all four of my party and I to simultaneously sit at and get ready. It's has a separate bathroom, mini-fridge, couch, and safe (more on that below). It's a *private* room, accessible only with a code you choose, allowing you to step away for a moment and safely store everyone's things. The safe is only accessible by you and whomever you share the code with. Your coordinators will retrieve a person of your choosing to get gifts and cards etc. throughout the night and take them to the private room. The bar is in a separate but connected area, and has a balcony outside with a view of the sunset. They send you home at the end of the night with all your remaining food, will help you gather your things and pack up your car, and make sure your every need is met.

absolutely wonderful to work with! We unfortunately had to postpone our day due to covid and she made every accommodation she possibly could (even amidst planning her own wedding) with us and we could not be more grateful. The staff is lovely, the food was amazing, the decorations the venue provides were absolutely stunning! It made our planning SO much easier on us (as we are both not very good at planning much of anything lol). My guests could not stop complimenting how beautiful the venue is. My husband and I 10/10 recommend this venue for any event!! It was so beautiful inside and out and we thank everyone at the Sunset room for making our reception everything we've dreamed of since the start of planning our wedding!

We went from small, intimate, DIY to upping our guest list, which was still pretty intimate but at that time Sunset was only allowed a certain amount before going full capacity. Talyn was so amazing and patient with me when it came down to all of my questions, me questioning everything in the contract, asking for all kinds of plan B, C and D's with Covid, weather and etc. She was literally my fairy godmother!! I promise you that. Between her and Michael OMG they literally made me cry so many times with excitement, reassurance, making sure every single little detail was dotted and still continuously asking me to the bitter end if everything was perfect🥺 I love them!!! I think about that venue, and staff all the time! I still keep in touch as much as possible!! They made our day as special as possible despite deep down how incredibly sad I was not being able to get married in the Vista Garden due to the bizarre cold, drizzling weather that we had paid for. Talyn knew it was so important for me, and allowed me to wait 30 minutes before ceremony to make a final decision before they set everything up indoors. She told me to stand as long as I wanted too before walking down the aisle, I sure did with my dramatic ass lol. Talyn, Michael and the rest of the staff are a dream team. All of our stuff was packed up to perfection. They took pride in everything they did. To say they went above and beyond is not giving them the credit they truly deserve! I would say they went "infinity and beyond" to honor every single thing I asked for, because I am crazy lol. I seriously thought that they would turn some of my requests down, and Talyn never said no to me, not once! The property is beyond beautiful, everything is so clean, and organized! I adored their private suite and they even have a safe for your cards you create your own pass code to it. No one has access to it. You have your own private bathroom in the suite. I went with the ultimate package. I wanted the full experience. The bar and bartender was phenomenal!! The bar is beautifully decorated. Their communication skills is impeccable!!! I never once got left waiting for a reply!! I seriously can keep going and going about Sunset Room!

scheduled a consultation. We basically knew the moment we entered that we wanted to have our wedding there!! We booked in January 2019 for April 2020, not knowing what the next year and a half would hold. So of course, COVID hits. And people panic, us being one of them since we were in the red phase and gatherings were completely banned. Talyn with the Sunset Room worked tirelessly with the owner Sandy to help us postpone our day. Not only did she work with us, but she also worked with our photographer, videographer and DJ to make sure we were all on the same page. The Sunset Room was incredibly flexible with everything in regards to COVID-19 challenges. While there are many things they cannot control with the situation, the things they can control, they also let their couples control. When we even had a last minute issue with our officiant, Sandy (owner) stepped in and excitedly volunteered to officiate our wedding for us! Overall the planning process, although stressful, was made easier by the great communication with the Sunset Room staff. The Sunset Room has packages for basically any couples budget. They have an indoor/outdoor space to accommodate COVID related restrictions. They had proper safety procedures in place and have adjusted the venue space to appropriately reflect current conditions (such as small arrows on the floor to indicate direction, hand sanitizer stations, etc). The Sunset Room even has a "design your own centerpieces" appointment where you go and literally work with someone to design your own centerpieces for your wedding from the amazing assortment of things they have to choose from. When they say they are all inclusive.. they mean it! My husband, family, friends and I cannot speak highly enough of The Sunset Room and how our day went on 8/14/2020. Our delicious food was from the Carriage Inn (HIGHLY recommend!!!) and the staff were extremely attentive to everyone's needs. Things may be a bit weird for couples during COVID, but Talyn and her team will make sure that the vision, although a tad different, is perfect. They sure did for us!!!

because I envisioned a winter wedding theme. During the planning process, I had a million questions for them, and they were so fast to get back to me no matter what time of day! I was so indecisive with colors, decor, etc and they were so patient with me during all of this and helped me envision my dream wedding!! Every single employee here is absolutely wonderful and so kind. They each go above and beyond to make everything perfect! Some perks of being a sunset room bride: 1. you get to bring all your leftover food home after the wedding (so many venues do not allow this) 2. the staff does everything for you, they even help packing up your cookies, decor, or anything else you brought for the wedding and most importantly 3. they provide everything you need for the wedding! they have a ton of centerpieces and decorations you get to pick from at no additional cost! it is included with your package!! No need to go out and buy a card box, cake stand, or any signs, they provide it all. I would recommend the sunset room to every single couple looking for a wedding venue. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed if you book with them! I will always go to them first for any future events.

The Sunset Room itself is beautiful and one of the reasons I fell in love with the space is because it is beautiful even without wedding decorations. The space speaks for itself! When we first went to look at the venue they were still building the outdoor area and luckily it was finished and we were able to use the space. It turned out beautiful and the staff coordinates everything so well. It’s so convenient having the ceremony and reception in the same space. Even if we had to have had the wedding inside, their indoor space is just as beautiful and either way we could not have gone wrong. The staff truly knows how to make the wedding you are dreaming of come to life. Seeing the venue set up for our wedding was everything I could have wanted and more! They did an amazing job. I have no doubt that no matter what you are envisioning for your wedding that they will bring your vision to life. I know there are so many people that helped make our day incredible but we specifically want to thank Taylin, Katie, and Sandy. The staff is what really made choosing the Sunset Room such a no brainer. You will not be disappointed!
