I had a good experience contacting, ordering and cake delivery for my wedding. I had to request an order on their website and post a picture what I was looking for. Then Marlon or ...Lia would communicate with me what they needed clarification on. After that was sorted, I made an in person appointment which there is a fee on (and will be minus from your order). Communication is pretty clear but it's always better to go in person with an appointment to clearly explain what you want on a cake. I got exactly what I wanted. The only downfall (lost 1 star) is the cost, which of course if you state it's for a wedding, prices are higher than for any other occasion. Everyone did enjoy the cake, which was carrot flavor, and also vegan red velvet cupcakes, which were also delicious. I'm pleased with this order. I will visit again for smaller occasions.
