The Sweet Life bakery was absolutely amazing! They did everything to a T! The cake turned out exactly how I wanted it, the macaroons were beautiful and most importantly everything tasted phenomenal! I still get people telling me how good the cake and macaroons were! Don’t even think about it- you need to hire them for your wedding!

Don't hesitate on booking The Sweet Life Bakery for your wedding! Jenny was such a pleasure to work with - despite some difficulties such as having to reschedule everything due to covid. I received so many compliments about our wedding cake from guests. However, I think the star of the show was the ooey gooey filled kings cups as our favors. These were a huge hit for our local and many out of town guests.

We were incredibly happy with our experience working with The Sweet Life Bakery. Jenny was very easy to work with, the cakes were very delicious, and our cakes were incredibly beautiful! I would love a whole tub of that frosting to eat on its own- it was so good!! Our grooms cake really WOWed our guests from the North that are not used to seeing these. Jenny made us an awesome Dunkin donuts cake- colorful and complete with a Dunkin cup and donut on top. The cakes were also reasonably priced compared to others that we explored. We would highly recommend going with Sweet Life for your wedding cakes! Can't wait to go back and have a slice of their cake for a future anniversary.

Love these ladies and this bakery! They worked with me for 3 years as we kept having to cancel and reschedule our wedding, and they were patient and worked with us at every turn. Loved the chocolate chip cake groom's cake - it looked fabulous and tasted amazing! And they even made a little statue of the bride's and groom's dog riding a surfboard to put on top! We also ordered a lot of their amazing chocolate chip cookies. Highly recommend!

Jenny did an amazing job on both my cake and the groom's cake. They came out exactly how we wanted and tasted delicious. Even better than I imagined. Jenny worked with us all throughout the Pandemic and we're glad she stuck with us. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Bonus: I found Sweet Life to be very reasonable compared to some of the others and just as good quality. Beautiful cakes that taste great.

I met Jenny and Jessica at a Bridal show several years back and have been hooked on the Sweet Life ever since! They are my go-to for cakes, cupcakes, king cakes, and those mid-day ice cream cravings! Their sweets so delicious, and the stuff that they come up with is so creative. The calories are so worth it!!!!

This bakery was amazing from the start! I emailed them to inquire about a cake with short notice for my small wedding ceremony. Jenny was quick to respond, detail-oriented, and very professional. Our cake came absolutely perfect. It was elegant and visually fit into our fall themed wedding perfectly. I asked for spiced cake with cream cheese filling and they delivered. I cannot praise Jenny enough for her amazing work! The cake was absolutely delicious and my husband (who hates cake!) even loved it!! He said it was the most delicious red velvet he's ever had! It was so beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We also had some mini key lime tarts and they were amazing! We can't thank Jenny enough for how flexible she was when our venue changed 24 hours before the ceremony due to COVID-19.

Our wedding cake and grooms cake were both absolutely perfect!!! We had so many compliments on both of them, looks and taste!! I could not have been any happier with how they turned out, and how much of a lifesaver Jenny was when our baker backed out a month before the wedding and she still pulled it off!! My cake was beautiful! I’m still obsessed with how awesome it was. It took us a while to nail down what kind of design we wanted and they definitely nailed it and then some. Every layer was a different flavor because we loved all of them. Tastings were set by appointments but they even do “take home tastings” so busy couples can just pick up flavors that they want to try. So convenient. And my grooms cake? Amazing! He asked for racing tires stacked up with tools laying around and that’s exactly what we got. Perfect look. Perfect taste. Perfect cake.

I don’t know where to begin to describe the taste and detail of my wedding cake because it was ineffable. The professional/custom service from The Sweet Life Bakery inspired me to become an event planner because everyone deserves the best services for their special events. We live in Wisconsin and had our wedding in New Orleans. I tried so many cakes from different bakeries but from the first moment I walked into their bakery I knew I didn’t have to look any further. Everything turned out exactly how I wanted it and I rested assured knowing they would deliver exceptional service on my big day.

I had already worked with Jenny at Sweet Life, so I know her cakes and pastries are delicious. I showed her a few pictures of my ideas and she helped me create the most gorgeous cake. I absolutely loved the way it came out. Everyone raved about the flavor as well. I got traditional wedding cake, red velvet and chocolate layers with almond cream icing.... to die for!

We chose The Sweet Life Bakery for our wedding cake and for the groom's cake. When we went for a tasting she had many options to try of cake and filling which were all fantastic! Based off of everything I told Jenny I wanted for each cake, they absolutely nailed it! We wanted a very customized cake for my husband which replicated a toss game he created and I was blown away at such the amazing job they did. Our guests constantly came up to us throughout the night in awe that the cake looked exactly like his game! It came out even better than we could ever imagine! Sweet Life Bakery was recommended to my husband & I by Compass Point owner Erin Steen, that’s where we had our wedding & reception at. Jenny who is the one that does wedding cakes was very easy to work with. I had gotten my wedding cake idea from Pinterest. I told her exactly how I wanted the cake and she did just that. My husband didn’t want a groom’s cake. But when we had a tasting with different flavors of cake and icing. He realized that he wanted a groom’s cake. The groom’s cake he chose was a Reese’s cake that was a two layer cake, with the top layer cake “looked like a bite was taken out of”. The Reese’s cake was more of a hit then the actual wedding cake. We would highly recommend Sweet Life Bakery.

Our wedding cake was AMAZING!!! We tried cake from several different bakeries and once we tried Sweet Life there was no question who was going to do our cake! They have so many custom flavors and we were able to get exactly what we wanted (seriously try the cookie dough and pecan praline butter creams). Jenny and her team were able to bring the exact cake that I envisioned to life. We can't wait to get another one for our 1 year anniversary.

Jenny was amazing to work with!! I decided to get a wedding cake two weeks before my wedding and she was so fast to work with and the best part- the cake was delicious!! All of my guests raved about my three-tier funfetti cake!!

I planned an out of town wedding and did not have time to do a taste test. Sweet life did an amazing job with my cake and it was so beautiful! Everyone especially loved their favors which were king cake cups.

After a horrible experience with a different baker, we had the best time planning our cake with Sweet Life! These sisters are not only super down to earth and helpful, but they got excited right along with us! The cake was delicious and gorgeous!!!!!

Jenny and her cakes are the sweetest! We did a small 6" vanilla cake with cream cheese frosting for our cake and it was EVERYTHING! Our guests raved about how delicious this sweet little cake was! I don’t know where to begin to explain how much we absolutely LOVED & were so impressed by our wedding cake!!! From day 1, Jenny was more then helpful! I got married June 16th (i found out 2 wks before our wedding that drew & I are expecting our first baby! So it’s taken me some time to get around & do reviews, etc) but I was working 3 jobs, he 2, in order for us to pay for our wedding in cash, & meeting with vendors was next near to impossible, however, Jenny & I had probably sent over 130 emails!!! 😂 we had went to Haydels originally, Bc the price was closer to what we wanted to spend, but we had so many ideas for the cake, that they ended up throwing everything on a sheet for a mock run & it was terrible! When Jenny & I met, I had this calm feeling come over me! We told her what we wanted, or what we could start with, & then she just met us half way & said “oh what about doing this!”... & it pieced together perfectly! We def. do not regret spending what we spent on our cake! We were so anxious to see & taste our cake the day of the wedding, & besides me being pregnant, when I walked in the venue & saw it for the first time, I teared up! It was beyond beautiful, & then the taste, to die for! They use the absolute best ingredients, the cakes are always so tasteful, yet fluffy & so light & airy! When she brought out the samples, we thought it was ice cream on the trey! 😂 We were a bit disappointed with our venue Bc we didn’t really get to eat an entire piece, but, we had plenty when we got home! 😋 They also made my husbands grooms cake, which was a crawfish pot with all the fixings, & again, that was a piece of work! The cakes are so beautiful & uniquely made, you don’t even want to eat them! Lol I can’t say enough ab Jenny, Jessica, & the rest of their team for making this brides dream cake a reality! They will def have customers for life from us, I’ve told numerous ppl ab them & hopefully they have gone & got something, you will not be disappointed! They are extremely creative & helpful! Having our cake made by The Sweet Life Bakery was one of the best (and by FAR the easiest!) decisions we made--I really can't recommend them enough!! As a destination bride, I was nervous about how the cake would turn out but the promptness and professionalism demonstrated by Jenny immediately put me at ease (and though we didn't take her up on the offer, she was willing to ship tasting samples all the way to Arizona!) Our semi-naked, two-tier cake with gold leaf was delivered to our reception venue on time and without issue. It was absolutely stunning, and the traditional almond flavor was perfect. We received so many compliments from our guests, especially the 10-and-under crowd (who are, of course, cake experts), and we will definitely be ordering cupcakes from The Sweet Life for every anniversary!!

I cannot express how highly I would recommend The Sweet Life Bakery. They were super easy to work with, and everything was delicious. I'd had their cakes at several weddings for friends, so it was a no brainer to go to them for our wedding cake! We actually got several items from them for wedding festivities in addition to our wedding cake. We had not one single complaint about any of it. Everything was delicious and fresh. Our wedding cake was a topsy-turvy style cake - which was beautiful and an absolute hit! Everyone loved the shape and look. The taste of the cake was to die for. Even several days after the wedding, it was still fresh and delicious. 100% satisfied with The Sweet Life, and we would highly recommend them!

These girls are God-sent. I consider myself a cake aficionado, and I live for all things sweet. It's an actual problem. The two most important elements of my wedding were the photographer and the cake. I was SO excited for cake tasting. Seriously, it was the one part of wedding planning that I was actually looking forward to. Unfortunately, as we met with all the "well known" bakeries in the city, I was consistently let down. All I wanted was a chocolate cake. I'm a chocoholic, and for as long as I can remember, I've wanted a chocolate wedding cake. Each bakery kept coming up with reasons why I couldn't have a chocolate cake (it's too moist/it won't hold up) and offering alternatives. They also kept pushing the traditional almond on me, telling me its what people want and expect at a wedding. Wedding cake is great, but that's just not what I wanted. The cake was so important to me, and I was getting so depressed. I actually cried once, because it seemed like no one was willing to listen to me to give me the cake of my dreams. Then I remembered that I had met this awesome baker at a Bridal Show who was friendly, engaging, and completely non-judgmental as I ate up every single one of her remaining samples. Our cake-tasting with Sweet Life did not disappoint. Where we only got to try one or two types of cake and icing at the other bakeries, we got to try FIVE different flavors with Sweet Life, including my beloved Devil's Food, and there were at least five icings. The meeting itself was also much warmer than anything we had previously experienced. Jenny sat down with us and constantly reaffirmed that a chocolate cake was no problem whatsoever. And it wasn't a chocolate cake substitute; it was the most delicious, moist, flat out yummy cake I had tasted in awhile (and again, I freaking love cake). What's more, Jenny told me that my cake could be MULTIPLE FLAVORS! Can you believe this? Their cakes could have been hideous for all I cared at that point, because she was so great and the cake was that good, but the designs were simply beautiful. She sat down and discussed the overall feel and vice of our wedding with us, and when I told her that all of my bridesmaids were wearing black lace, she immediately jumped up to show me an edible lace they were starting to use. Because I'm so minimalistic, she gave us some great ideas for decorating the cake without going over the top. When I walked into our reception, the cake literally took my breath away. I'm 100% going to use them for all my baking needs from this point forward. They're worth every penny.

The Sweet Life Bakery was recommended to us by our flower / decor vendor when we told them we wanted a cake that would be a showpiece and MAN were they a good call! They made us a three-tier beauty w/ different layer sizes and fondant techniques (marble, metallic finishes, etc). Jenny here was a pleasure to work with and she recommended a chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache and fresh raspberries -- All of our guests RAVED about how good it was. Between the reception and farewell brunch, the entire cake was eaten. Thankfully, Jenny told us that if we came back to town for our anniversary, she'd make us a small version to share on our one-year. I can't say enough good about Nola Sweet Life Bakery. They're awesome!

We are so happy with our cakes from The Sweet Life! I was an out of town bride and Jenny was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. She was so helpful and willing to do a peanut-free cake due to a fatal peanut allergy in the family. I didn't feel like I had to worry about anything! And the cakes were SO GOOD--we got red velvet, funfetti, and marble. Our grooms cake was cute and tasted great t00--exactly what we were looking for. A great experience overall and delicious cake!

Amazing wedding cake!! To be honest, we were about to go with another bakery before a friend suggested we meet Jenny. We already had a full schedule of meeting vendors and didn't want to try to cram in one more thing, but we did and we are so glad that we did. From the moment we met Jenny we were sold. She was so helpful, cares deeply about her work and delivering for her clients. More than five months later and our friends still rave about our cake. How elegant it was, how delicious is was, how the cake and the frosting were both equally exceptional! Jenny understood right away what we were going for. Our wedding was at NOMA and everyone told us we had to put the cake at the top of the steps where it would be on display. We were hesitant of doing that, because we didn't want to have an over-the-top / look at our fancy cake type of wedding cake. Alas, there really was no other place to put the cake that would work. We said "Jenny. we need this cake to look elegant, but understated, to feed 240 people, but not look huge. most importantly, it needs to taste good!" She nailed it. A beautiful 5 layer cake that didn't look like five layers, with a phenomenal buttercream frosting with a simple texture to it. We cannot thank The Sweet Life Bakery enough!!

She said she could create the cake I wanted from a picture and she did! The cake looked so beautiful sitting on top of the piece of oak surrounded by the moss with all of the flowers cascading down the side...perfect. Now for the grooms cake we opted for two, an Oreo and a Reeses cup cake. I didn't get to taste the Oreo, but that Reese' s cake was out of this world delicious, everyone raved about it and still talk about it. Jenny was so helpful when it came to figuring out flavors and size of the cake. The wedding and grooms cakes were one thing I didn't have to stress over. Thank you Sweet Life Bakery.

The Sweet Life initially did a cake for my wedding shower, and it was easily one of the most beautiful, let alone delicious cakes I've ever had. Their cakes are light, not overly sweet, and topped with what I consider the best icing ever created. I knew I needed them to do my grooms cake! I wanted something specialized (Mike the tiger, doctor themed) and Jenny made it come to life. She sat down with me and my mom over a tasting and brainstormed ideas. She helped us come up with the perfect cake, and even gave me multiple styles of cake so I could choose a price point. Day before the wedding as planned, I picked up the cake that they packaged up so well, and drove it across the causeway without any problems. I'm still getting compliments on the grooms cake because of how adorable the design was *and* how delicious it tasted, which is a hard combo to come by. Cannot recommend Jenny and The Sweet Life Bakery enough!

My Husband and I opted for cupcakes in place of a cake for our wedding. Each cupcake was absolutely perfect. We chose a variety of flavors for our guests to choose from and enjoy. All night I kept hearing how everyone loved the cupcakes and kept asking where we got them from so they can go order their own. Jenny was amazing to work with, I explained exactly what I wanted and she and set up our cupcake display wonderfully.

The Sweet Life was great! First - the cake was SO TASTY! I loved how many flavors they had available and the whipped buttercream is so light and creamy. The design was beautiful and my only regret is not being able to eat more in corseted wedding dress, haha! I can't wait to visit the shop on my visit trip to New Orleans.

We got our groom's cake from the Sweet Life Bakery. It was AMAZING! My husband (eeek!) is still talking about how good the red velvet was and how amazing our Star Wars themed cake came out. They were able to make a King Cake for our grooms cake which was one of the best King Cakes I have ever tested! Our wedding cake was completely wiped out! We could not have been more pleased with our wedding cake! All our guests said it was the best cake ever! We froze pieces of our cake and they are still delicious!! The Sweet Life did an amazing job with our wedding cake. We had an unusual request as my favorite cake is a cheesecake and my husband's is carrot cake. We wanted to find a way to combine the two to incorporate both our preferred tastes. Jenny did an amazing job crafting a cake that was not only delicious but was beautifully decorated. We ended up with a two-tier cake (carrot cake on bottom, cheesecake on top), black and white themed with artistic scrolling and fleur-de-lis around both tiers cake that was to die for. Our guests could not get enough and there were literally no slices left when the reception was done. Sweet Life Bakery did an amazing job with our wedding cake! We met with Jenny back in February for a tasting and cake consult and knew right away that this was the bakery that we wanted to go with. We chose an almond cake with vanilla buttercream. Not only was it one of the most delicious cakes I've ever tasted, it was visually stunning as well. Sweet Life Bakery did both our wedding and groom’s cakes. Not only were the cakes gorgeous, but they were so delicious! When I woke up the morning after our wedding I had multiple texts asking where the cakes came from. Perhaps the biggest hit of the day- the chocolate groom’s cake filled with fudge and iced in chocolate butter cream… then topped with ganache! On top of the wonderful product Jenny was a pleasure to work with. Book them now!

Jenny and her team delivered a cake beyond anything we could have asked for! My husband and I wanted cupcake tiers instead of a traditional cake. Not only did they taste amazing, but it looked simply exquisite at the venue. I was worried having different colored frostings would look odd, but the shades of light pink (one of our colors) blended beautifully together. Jenny also added some edible glitter that really took the cake over the edge. To top off their amazing service, the team at Sweet Life also wrapped all of our cupcakes in decorative wrappers that we mailed them a few days prior to the wedding. Now, a year later, we still have people talking about how beautiful and tasty our cake was. I honestly couldn't ask for a more perfect cake, or a more perfect bakery!

Our wedding cake was EVERYTHING I imagined it to be . We were able to have each layer a different flavor cake and play around with fillings to give our wedding cake a not so traditional touch . Everything from pralines and cream , to red velvet , and strawberries and cream filling 😋 We received so many compliments on how amazing the cake was .

I seriously don't know how to thank Jenny and Sweet Life Bakery enough for the work of art they created that was my wedding cake on October 10th! Literally the most beautiful cake I've ever seen! During the tasting, I gave Jenny a photo of a cake I liked from Pinterest with cascading sugar flowers and asked her to do the sugar flowers like one of the cakes on display in her bakery. When I tell you she took my idea to another level and made my cake look 1000% better than the Pinterest one, future brides will definitely be wanting to copy THIS cake! As for the taste? Let me start by saying I absolutely hate cake icing and fondant, but after attending a wedding and an anniversary party who both had cakes from Sweet Life, I found myself going back for seconds! I knew they HAD to do my wedding cake in the future! Sweet Life uses a swiss meringue buttercream that literally tastes like whip cream but looks as smooth as fondant. It was a no-brainer for me, so I chose a 4 tier almond cake covered in almond buttercream with 2 layers filled with strawberry and 2 tiers filled with cream cheese. LOVE LOVE LOVE The Sweet Life Bakery. Not only did I use them for my wedding and grooms cakes I also visit the shop a few times a month for some sweet treats. Jenny was so great to work with, her suggestions on style, and size were very helpful. She was able to make my husbands cake look just like his truck down to the hitch on the bumper. I wanted something different and she was able to put together just want I was thinking about. The cakes were beautiful and so yummy. Jenny would always return emails and phone calls super quick and was on top of things from the beginning. I can't think of a more professional dedicated lady to work with. I cant wait to use Sweet Life Bakery for my children's birthday cakes.

The Sweet Life Bakery was FANTASTIC!!!!! Jenny and her staff were such a pleasure to work with and both the wedding cake and grooms cake were delicious!!! Try the bananas foster cake - amazing!! My cake was absolutely beautiful - exactly what I wanted!!! The grooms cake was perfect! I asked her to recreate my husbands boat and the cake looked like the real thing!! We wanted to do a naked cake and not many people were willing to do one. We also wanted the cake to be delicious and buttery...and we were on a budget. We had a strawberry and cream cheese icing on a butter cake base and it was DELICIOUS and moist. Everyone raved about it and my family even asked if we could order another one to be mailed to them in NY a week after the wedding. Jenny at Sweet Life was super easy to work with and had great recommendations. They delivered our cake seamlessly to a plantation about 40 minutes outside the city. The best part was we got exactly what we wanted within our budget! Could not have asked for a better experience and can't wait to eat our cake again on our anniversary!

Sweet Life Bakery made our wedding and grooms cake and they were both amazing! They were one of the last places we did a tasting and knew immediately we wanted to choose them. Their buttercream icing is light and delicious and they have many flavors to choose from. I showed them pictures of a couple cakes and they did a great job creating my vision and keeping me involved throughout the process. Unfortunately we weren't able to keep any of the cake from our wedding..probably poor planning on our part, but I contacted Sweet Life to make us a mini version for our 1 year anniversary and I can't wait to have it again!!

We decided to go with cupcakes for our wedding and a little 6 inch cutting cake for just us to cut and keep for anniversaries. We went in with a vision for our cupcakes but somehow completely forgot to brainstorm ideas for our cake. Jenny just whipped out her portfolios and showed us a few ideas after I told her we were going for simple but pretty. Needless to say our cake turned out more beautiful than I imagined and the cupcakes were stunning. The guests also continuously complimented me on how delicious they were. (The lemon cream cheese icing is beyond delicious!) It was super easy working with Jenny, and everything looked great. I didn't have any doubts at all that things wouldn't turn out great, but our cake and cupcakes went beyond our expectations. Thank you, Jenny!

I'm writing this review to inform everyone in NOLA how absolutely amazing my wedding cake was. Our beautiful masterpiece of a wedding cake was FLAWLESS!!! I wish I could attach a photo of it. We received endless compliments on not only how beautiful it was but how delicious it was as well! Jenny delivered exactly what she said she would! I cannot thank her enough. Working with her was a pleasure. We will definitely be going to The Sweet Life for all of our future cake needs!

Jenny with the Sweet Life Bakery was so great. I highly recommend her! If you are looking for fun and different flavors, this is the place. I didn't want just any traditional cake, I wanted something different. She totally saw not only my vision for the outside of the cake, but I was most impressed by the cake flavors themselves. I had two layers with funfetti and strawberry butter cream filling, and the middle layer was yellow butter cake, with oreo butter cream filling (this was my favorite layer, I must say). We also had some cakes in the back ready to cut and serve because I only wanted a 3 tiered cake which I didn't think would be enough. The cakes in the back were bananas foster cake with french vanilla butter cream filling and then another yellow cake with orea filling. I surprised my husband with a grooms cake that looked identical to a "Mellow Mushroom" Pizza box as that is one of his favorite things on this earth and the cake was Chocolate with chocolate chip cookie dough buttercream. AMAZING. Anyway, on top of all of that, she is a really friendly nice person to work with and I can't say enough good things. Also, super fast with answering emails!! Our wedding cake from the Sweet Life was awesome. Guests were raving about how delicious it was, and one even said it was the best wedding cake he had ever had in his life. The Sweet Life allowed us to customize each layer's flavors, and the decorations were spot on. Although the Sweet Life is a bit more expensive than several other cake vendors in the city, the boost in quality was well worth it.

Since my husband and I don't really like the taste of wedding cake, we decided to do a cake topper and a dessert bar for our guests! We also decided to do a mini cannoli tower for our "grooms cake" (my husband's favorite). Needless to say, this was such a HIT! We met to do a tasting and were blown away by how delicious everything was! The staff was very helpful, easy to reach and they also delivered and set-up the desserts beautifully! They helped us determine a number of desserts appropriate for our guests and helped us create a nice variety of cupcakes, peppermint bark, cannolis and tarts to serve! They were all so popular, we barely got to try any ourselves! My only reason for taking off a star for value was because the cost of the delivery was a little expensive and we had to purchase our own cupcake towers and tiers and set them up ourselves. It would have probably been better to have a family member pick-up the desserts since we had to set up the tiers, decor, and cupcake towers ourselves anyway. Delivery is probably worth it for those ordering a giant wedding cake though!

The Sweet Life literally makes the most amazing wedding cakes! We got so many compliments on the cake... most saying it was the best cake they're ever had! The staff was so helpful in creating this wonderful cake and I can't say thank you enough for all you guys did!

We got both our wedding cake and grooms cake at Sweet Life. The wedding cake got SO many compliments. It was vanilla buttercream with a pineapple buttercream filling. It was much lighter and not as sweet as other cakes because of the way their icing is made..which is one of the reasons we chose this bakery. It looked and tasted amazing. They were great to work with before the wedding and set up a tasting for us and sent pictures of sample cakes to be sure they knew exactly what we wanted. The grooms cake was a Saints newspaper/crawfish boil and it was red velvet. Also delicious and very cool. This bakery is competitively priced and tastes better than competitors. Unfortunately we didn't get to take any cake home because apparently there wasn't a box to put it in..so I only got my first bite, but it got rave reviews from all guests. Since we didn't get to save any for our anniversary I sure hope we can work out a way to have a small replica made next year!!

Going into planning my fairy tail wedding I had no idea what I wanted my cake to look like! There were so many ideas to choose from! Jenny sat down with me and helped me design my dream cake! She is so wonderful and detail oriented like myself! Jenny put all of my crazy ideas together and created something far better then I had ever imagined! It was more then affordable too! We actually ended up below budget for our cake which is always a plus!!! They also have cake stands so it is a one stop shop for both things! I would highly recommend sweet life bakery! I have also ordered cake pops from here and they were perfect and delicious as well! Thank you Sweet Life!

I used the Sweet Life bakery for our engagement party cake & also we had a cheese cake dessert bar with various toppings and fillings ! Our guests could not stop raving about how delicious and fresh our cake and cheese cakes were & how cute Of an idea it was to have for our party! So of course we used them for our wedding day! I let Jenny have control over the whole cake and just told her how many people we were feeding and that I wanted real flowers. I was beyond ecstatic! I wasn't bridzilla about my cake so I trusted her suggestions because this is what she does everyday & makes a living by it! Also they made my husbands groom cake! It was a replica of his antique 1961 F100 truck ! It took him 4 days to cut the cake ! He wanted to keep it as long as he could LOL ! I recommend The Sweet life bakery to anyone that I meet and even if its for pastries or king cakes, I still tell them to visit Jenny and her sister Jessica in Lakeview ! I will definitely use them again , hopefully my next cake will be my gender reveal cake or my 30th birthday cake , which ever comes first ;)

Our cake was almond flavored with a raspberry/cream cheese filling. It was different and soooo goood! Everybody raved about it! I would definitely recommend them to future brides to be!
