At the Sweet Spot we understand how everything needs to be just right on that special day, and our goal is to have your cake match your vision. Our strength is on a smaller centerpiece cake, to avoid the need to build structure into the cake, using fondant and dense cake bases to create architectural stability. This allows us to create a cake that not only looks good, but also has a flavor and texture that will be as memorable! For larger wedding parties we can round out the servings with additional cakes or cupcakes -- a perfect option to create variety and to include desert for guests who may have a sensitivity to gluten.
