I've had many different jobs in my life, but baking has always been my passion. I've been baking for over 35 years, and decided to go to culinary school to become a pastry chef, and then, to open my own bakery. I love to make creations that make people happy, and the best day for me is to see a bride on her special day see the design of her cake become a reality. I have a fantastic baking and decorating team that also love to create.
