The Sweet Wheels Co. brings New York City's luxury, fully staffed, custom-branded dessert and espresso carts to weddings across Manhattan, Brooklyn and all five boroughs. They are the same carts that marketing agencies and brands such as Google, Meta, Rolex, Ferrari, lululemon, Carolina Herrera and Estée Lauder book for their corporate events and brand activations, brought to your celebration with the same polish. Choose The Lucca or Sienna gelato cart in silver or gold, The Lecce churro cart with churros fried to order in front of your guests, crêpes, The Arabello waffle pops, artisan ice pops, The Trento coffee cart with a barista and La Marzocco espresso, or, for autumn and winter weddings, the Cioccolata hot chocolate cart with a full topping bar. Every cart arrives staffed by a uniformed server and styled to your palette, with your monogram or wedding logo on the cart, cups, sleeves and menu card. Couples book us for cocktail hour, a dessert station alongside the cake, or a late-night treat as the dance floor fills. All carts are kosher; dairy-free sorbet and vegan options are available. Since 2022 we have served more than 500 events in New York City and the Northeast. We confirm logistics with your venue in advance, provide a certificate of insurance, set up quietly and leave the space exactly as we found it. Our carts work indoors and outdoors: ballrooms, lofts, rooftops, tents, gardens and estates. Pricing starts at $1,650 for a two-hour staffed service for up to 100 guests, including all product, cups, napkins, toppings, setup and breakdown; extra hours, additional guests and a second cart are easy add-ons. Custom branding starts at $300 (please allow 10 business days; rush available for a fee).
