Jen did not make me feel bad about having a budget; on the contrary, she welcomed me to work with her and creatively designed GORGEOUS floral decorations that everyone is still talking about, 3 weeks later. My bridal bouquet was stunning — I only wish I had thought to make arrangements to preserve it ahead of time — as were the centerpieces and bouquets, down to the smallest details (like the pearl-tipped pins holding the ribbon on). I haven't received my photos yet, but the peachy-pink dahlias and coral-to-yellow ranunculus were beyond perfect. Jen was able to accommodate last minute requests and was always there to lend me expert advice when I was between two options. If we ever celebrate another event for which we need flowers, I know who we'll turn to.

out to Jen, she was very responsive. During our introductory phone call I could tell how thorough Jen was, as she walked me through all of the moments of our wedding day to determine my floral needs. I had a very vague concept of what I wanted my flowers to look like and Jen flawlessly translated my ideas into a beautiful vision. She sent over a detailed invoice before we ever booked, so pricing was always very transparent. Any time we made tweaks to the plan throughout the process she updated the invoice, which was very helpful. I reached out a couple of times to make adjustments along the way, and Jen was responsive and accommodating each time. My flowers turned out more beautiful than I could have every imagined. I genuinely cried when we had to throw them away! I love that she was able to repurpose some of the flowers in my cocktail hour space for the reception space as well. I could not be happier with how everything turned out and I HIGHLY recommend The Tangled Web for your wedding floral needs!

ridesmaids came out perfectly and her arch was beautiful and she was able to move the flowers from the arch to my table setting on the inside, most reasonably priced florist around. She always was quick to answer my emails and update me about any changes and even when I had to move my date she was more the accommodating. Will be forever recommending her to everyone I know! When our venue added an outdoor pergola and I wasn't sure how to decorate it, she was so helpful in showing me what I could do and helping to make it look stunning. One of the things I loved the most was her willingness to repurpose flowers from one space to another. It was so nice to know the gorgeous flowers and work wouldn't be wasted and we could transfer them from ceremony to reception. We had no idea what we wanted aside from the vibe and color scheme of our Halloween wedding and were blown away by everything she did from the bouquets to the centerpieces to the arrangements around the venue (Red Lion Inn). She even created the most spectacular display in a skull bowl we already had. She made me feel comfortable right away and I knew that we were in amazing hands from the start - Her expertise and experience were evident from the work she showed us from weddings past. When we had to make the decision to move the wedding a year due to COVID, Jen was able to accommodate us at no extra charge which was incredible. She showcases her beautiful work on her Instagram page so definitely check that out! She is well worth every penny spent. Not only is she a warm, kind person but she is the ultimate professional and an amazing artist.

We unfortunately had to reschedule our reception multiple times and each time Jen was extremely kind and accommodating. Our original wedding was planned for June and we ended up having the reception in October, so about a month before our reception I reached out to Jen to change the plan for our florals. She was so quick to get back to me and again, totally understood the vision. The day-of, I was totally blown away by her work. I actually teared up when I saw the bouquet because it was so stunningly perfect. I had told Jen that the girls were wearing dusty blue dresses and that I would be wearing ivory; I don't know how she did it but the ribbons that she chose for the bouquets were spot on, perfect matches. For the ceremony, we had an arch that was decorated with all kinds of florals and greenery, it was the perfect backdrop. Jen went above and beyond by even adding some extra flowers to our otherwise completely blank cake. We received, and continue to receive, so many complements on all of the florals. My mom studied horticulture so she is somewhat particular about flower arrangements and she can't stop talking about how talented Jen is. We were so impressed by her work and I'm still obsessively looking at the pictures of my bouquet and our arrangements! Do not hesitate to book The Tangled Web for your big day, you won't regret it!

Day-of, she went above and beyond to make the space look amazing with extra florals, which we did not ask for, nor expected, but appreciated immensely. Her arrangements were exactly what we had envisioned and somehow, the bridal bouquet was the lightest one we’ve ever held, yet it was still luscious and full of different colors and textures. We felt like the pricing was fair for how much florals we did get, plus her extra care into our venue space. It seemed in line with industry standard.

September 2020 to June 2021 and she was very accommodating. I had a few last minute requests and she was able to deliver - we had to change the number of tables, I wanted a special monogram added to my bouquet and dedication flowers to honor my Dad at the ceremony. My favorite part of the day, was the stairs at the Church - Jen wrapped the bannisters with greens and roses, bringing a vision that I had to life! She will not disappoint – hire her!!

We were even unsure of how many guests we were going to have up until a few weeks before the wedding due to COVID restrictions and she was flexible with having to update/change the number of flowers needed. Our bouquets, centerpieces, and flowers on our seating chart were beautiful and I cant recommend Jen enough!!

he managed to make all my visions for my wedding perfect. She did the flowers for me in 2021 for our wedding ceremony and in 2022 for our vow renewal and reception. I thought she couldn’t out-do the first bouquet she did for me, but my vow renewal bouquet was just as stunning. She also did the flowers for the bridesmaids, boutonnieres for the groomsmen, and the decoration for the pergola that we got married under and the whole thing looked like a dream. Our cake and ballroom flowers were just as incredible – our wedding day-of planner (who has been helping with weddings for 10+ years) actually said that she would hire Jen for her own wedding because she was that talented and easy to work with.
