The Ranch offers an intimate ceremony on our Cactus View Lawn and a charming, rustic dinner venue in our Saguaro Room.
Cactus View Lawn: A large wood deck, lush lawn, and romantic mesquite trees adorned with lights make this space perfect for your ceremony or reception.
Saguaro Room: With a natural stone fireplace, Southwest chandeliers, and an adjoining flagstone-lined patio, the Saguaro Room exudes rustic sophistication and can accommodate up to 120 guests.

set, planning and support and guidance was provided - from recommending various vendors familiar with the ranch, to developing timelines and ceremony suggestions. Though my daughter's wedding was less than 60 people, we felt we were given top priority and were treated so well by all the staff at the ranch. Accommodations were extraordinary - giving a true Tucson vibe - in an elevated way. All of our guests loved the ranch and the activities available before the wedding. Every single person we encountered( from front desk, waiters, housekeeping, wedding support, transportation) that worked at the ranch were upbeat, always willing to help and quick to lend a hand. The food was over the top good and the venue itself for the wedding was stunningly beautiful. Our venue coordinator was the best! Honestly it was a perfect location, for a most memorable wedding.

y responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making our elopement feel as special as it deserved to be. Our ceremony was intimate and magical, exactly the way we had envisioned it.
The ranch itself is absolutely stunning. The natural landscape, the towering saguaros, the wide open Arizona skies... it all made for a breathtaking backdrop that no venue could manufacture. And because we were guests at the ranch, we got to extend the magic beyond just the ceremony. Horseback riding, massages, and all the incredible amenities made it feel like a true celebration of us.
If you are considering eloping and want a place that is beautiful, special, and full of heart, I cannot recommend Tanque Verde Ranch enough. We already know we'll be returning for anniversaries — and now we have a place to bring our daughter someday too. This ranch holds a piece of our love story, and we are so grateful for it.

ed with Giovanna and she put so much time, effort and care into making sure we had the best day. It was not supposed to rain on our wedding day, but a tropical hurricane unfortunately had different plans for us and after planning a wedding for 2 years, it is obviously devastating for the weather to ruin your plans - but Giovanna along with their staff and wedding vendors spent hours before the ceremony setting up an indoor and outdoor ceremony so we could have a beautiful ceremony wether or not the rain stopped. We ultimately had to get married inside, but it was so beautifully set up, you would never have been able to tell the difference. I could not recommend this venue more!

and believe me, we toured 12 venues total both in Tucson and Sedona, AZ.
Honestly from the moment my fiance, now husband, had seen a video on The Barn, his heart was set on it. It is a little but on the higher side prices wise, but was 100% worth every penny. Not only was the wedding day executed well, when we noticed the bourbon barrels were not all in place where they were supposed to be, it quickly got resolved and handled.
The Barn was the perfect venue for our wedding. Our theme was boujie rustic, with a slightly southwestern, but traditional and elegant theme.
Everything from the food, to the staff, and the service was impeccable. Everything for the most part went exactly as planned. We booked a summer wedding on a Sunday due to getting a discount on the site fee and a lower cost for Sunday. It was 101 degrees but we kept our ceremony short and we allowed our guests to get in the barn with AC earlier than anticipated. Keep that in mind for a summer wedding.
Also, our guests who came from all over the country plus some from Canada, raved about the venue, the food and the service with many stating it was the most beautiful and best wedding they have been to. Now, a lot of that was due to my planning as well, but could not have pulled it off without Giovanna.
The only slightly negative item I would say is that you have to get a room or suite separate from the overall cost. There was a discount but the venue does not provide a get ready room or area for the bridal party and/or does not provide a free night's stay as other venues in the area may do. However, having said that the suite was beautiful and we have absolutely no regrets about choosing The Barn at Tanque Verde Ranch for our wedding. We would 100% choose the venue again. Luckily for me, my husband says I was worth it.

She answered my many emails filled with various questions in a timely manner and helped make my vision come to life. The food was amazing, we were told by multiple guests it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. We were able to get the most beautiful pictures throughout the property, courtesy of our fantastic van driver who drove us around, and even brought us appetizers. Our two dogs even got to be included in the ceremony and stayed for some pictures after. If we could go back and do it all again, we would choose to get married here every time. egan Ayes, was phenomenal. She was always 10 steps ahead, anticipating every need and handling every detail with precision and care. Megan truly understood our vision, took care of our unique ceremony requirements, and added such thoughtful, personal touches throughout the day. She managed nervous family members with grace and was such a calming presence—her work made everything feel effortless and stress-free! She even had our suite perfectly prepared with the most elegant, special touches that made us feel right at home.
The banquet staff was also outstanding, working tirelessly to accommodate dietary needs and seamlessly adjusting to changes as the night went on. They even kept the fire pits going all night, which added a cozy, magical atmosphere for us and our guests. The entire experience felt like white glove service from start to finish.
We can’t thank the team at Tanque Verde Guest Ranch enough for creating the wedding of our dreams. It was everything we hoped for and more. We’re already looking forward to returning to celebrate and relive these beautiful memories for years to come.

TVR's barn is by far the most gorgeous barn we saw when looking for a venue), but every single staff member we encountered was phenomenal. Megan was there every step of the way and handled my millions of questions throughout the planning process with the utmost patience. She ensured the day itself went as smoothly as possible and truly provided wonderful support. I would have been so stressed without her there! The food was incredible and in fact, we received multiple comments from our guests that this was the BEST wedding food they've had! property and have all of our friends & family book here as well (*only challenge was limited rooms and, if they didn't book right away, prices continually increased). It felt like we were at summer camp- everyone gathering in the dining hall for breakfast and lunch, and meeting up for happy hour drinks at the saloon. And there were so many activities for our guests to enjoy throughout the weekend (lounging by the year-round heated pool & jacuzzi, horseback riding, hiking, archery, etc.). And the wedding venue itself was spectacular - the staff is so warm and welcoming, extremely accommodating, and the food was great!! We planned on doing our rehearsal at Cottonwood Grove, but it got rained out. The staff was quick to move it to an indoor location and even kept the saloon open after hours so we could continue the celebrations. Best weekend at the best venue ever! We can't wait to come back and celebrate anniversaries! Regarding our vendors, we partnered with DJ Phil Montes, florist Alexis Grace Florals, photographer/videographer Meagan Getz, hair / make-up artist ‘I Do Hair and Makeup Artistry’, and shuttle service Mountain View Tours. They have all worked with Tanque Verde Ranch, so were very familiar with the space and staff. Absolute best vendors of all time- our wedding went off without a hitch!!

when we stepped foot on the TVR Barn we knew instantly that it was our spot. The Barn is the perfect wedding venue. We hosted the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner outside on the Barn lawn and then moved the dancing and reception inside the Barn. It was perfect. The saguaro backdrop on the Barn lawn at golden hour is absolutely breathtaking. Dinner under the stars was perfect (they even provided space heaters!). And when we moved the party inside, the staff opened up the Barn doors so it was a seamless, fluid space. I could write a short novel about how great TVR was, but here are the highlights: the Barn has its own kitchen, bar, bathrooms, and parking lot so you have privacy and incredible service from the staff; the ability to open the Barn doors allows you to maximize your use of the space; it is absolutely gorgeous inside and out -- we were showered with compliments from our guests; the food was fantastic; and, although it may feel pricey, you get so much bang for your buck. Last, but most importantly, the staff is incredible. We worked with Hanna and Megan as our venue coordinators and they absolutely killed it. (Shout out to Dillion for absolutely crushing coordination during the reception!) Hanna and Megan were so patient with all our questions and concerns and brilliant with creative solutions. Megan executed our event with professionalism, kindness, support, and creativity. As we worked through the budget, menu, floor plan, and timeline, Meg offered top tier communication, suggestions, and execution. If I could do it all over again, I’d book TVR day 1!

They had it so much that even when signing our license they gave us some drinks and snacks, our van driver for photos stopped by the cocktail hour and got us some food (shoutout to Dan!), and Hanna again made it wonderful. Everyone told us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to, largely because of the setting. Couldn't be happier!

Ranch. Not only is it a beautiful venue with amazing views but the staff made it easy for us. I was finishing up graduate school while planning the wedding and they took so much off my plate which I was extremely grateful for. We worked with Hanna, and I really believe the day ran so smooth because of her and the staff. They were very nice and friendly to work with.
We did not want to spend as much money on floral, which made me worry the space would feel too “bare”. But because the building is already beautiful you can use as much, or as little floral it will feel elegant. It is a space that looks great simple or grand. We also had about 85 guests which seems on the smaller side, but the space didn’t feel too big. Most of our guests were from out of town so having onsite lodging was important. It was also nice to stay onsite the night before, that made the weekend less stressful! Another great thing that I did not expect was how good the food and drinks were going to be. I feel like it’s common for wedding venues to slack on the food, but the food was AWESOME. We left our tasting excited to come back and eat.
Overall, we loved our experience and if you’re venue shopping you should definitely check it out!

m come true! There is no other venue like it in Tucson. The ceremony space on the barn lawn overlooks the saguaro national park with the Rincon mountains in the distance. So picturesque! The lawn is also perfect for cocktail hour. Plenty of room to mingle and even have a few games to stay entertained (corn hole, giant Jenga, Sparky the fake bull to practice your lasso skills). Then you move inside the barn for the reception. So many aspects of the room are so impressive. From the chandelier to the mesquite bar top to the 18 foot fireplace that is the perfect focal point for your sweetheart table. Other than the inarguable beauty of the venue, the staff and food is much to admire. Every vendor that we hired was so ecstatic to hear our wedding was being held at the barn. They love the venue and the staff! And we agree! The staff, especially Hanna, our wedding coordinator, were exceptional! They made us feel like royalty! All staff was so kind, attentive, and accommodating. AND THE FOOD!! Usually wedding banquet food is nothing to even mention. But the food at the ranch is exquisite! Countless wedding guests complimented the food!! We could not have had a more magical and perfect wedding! We have the Tanque Verde Ranch to thank! Can't wait to celebrate all our anniversaries to come. I can guarantee many of them will be spent at the ranch! Thank you!!!

We cannot say enough positive things about TVR as a wedding venue. We had originally scheduled with them in May 2020 but then rescheduled for September 2022. We did have some snafu...
s regarding the contract and they asked us to re-sign, - I think we paid a little more and got a little less, but they did keep our food/beverage prices the same and they comp-ed the honeymoon suite, so it worked out well enough in the end. For the money we spent, we are very happy with what we received.
We had our ceremony at Cactus View, our reception in Saguaro Room, and these two areas really made the wedding. We didn’t need many flowers and our centerpieces were cobbled together at Home Depot/Michael’s (terra cotta pots with cacti plus hurricane vases filled with sand and cacti/candles), plus we splurged on some uplighting for the room and cake. We re-purposed ceremony florals and the room looked INCREDIBLE. Of course the natural beauty of Cactus View was all that was really needed for the ceremony (plus chuppah and minimal flowers). We planned for a sunset wedding (ceremony starting 45 minutes before sunset), but given the heat if we had to do it again, we'd probably start the ceremony AT sunset instead of before - I'm sure the string lights would've looked fantastic with some uplighting of the arbor.
The staff was incredible - Hanna did great at coordinating and the support staff (driving golf carts, room service, etc…) were hands down the nicest and most down-to-earth people I have ever met in the service industry.
Food was phenomenal. Prior to the weekend we went out to eat at several Tucson restaurants and so the bar was set pretty high, but TVR nailed it. TVR had estimated a higher alcohol bill, but the final bill came in lower than expected.
The Saguaro Room is on the smaller size so it is perfect for making an intimate reception seem more grandiose (we had 75 or so guests). We had initially invited 120 and I imagine the room may have felt VERY full with that number. The dance floor was small, but that kind of worked for us because we’re not a big group of dancers.

I would definitely recommend the ranch to everyone- they are definitely professionals and have everything planned to keep your event running smoothly. Of course I was the bride with last minute table changes and also COVID cancellations and they were great at accommodating us!

Tanque Verde Ranch is such an incredible location for a wedding!
We fell in love with the barn after the first time we toured it and each time we visited over the year of planning...
we were more and more excited about our decision. Our wedding day was perfect! The ceremony backdrop with the Saguaro National Park is breathtaking, the Barn lawn with string lights and desert landscape is beautiful and the variety of spots across the ranch made incredible photo locations.
It was not only the beautiful ranch that made our wedding day so wonderful, but the entire TVR staff. We had the pleasure of working with Hanna over the past year. She was beyond helpful and amazing to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and really good at what she does! Hanna made the planning process so smooth with her attention to detail, the information she provided, checklists, and all advice. From the initial steps in planning, to the rehearsal, and the day of, we were so thankful to have Hanna's support bringing everything together. All of the staff we worked with were extremely nice, helpful and professional. Dan the shuttle driver, Greg during the reception, and the bartenders, we couldn't have asked for a better team.
The food was incredible and even 2 weeks after our wedding, we are still getting messages about the delicious appetizers, dinner options, and late night food! If you are looking for an exceptional wedding venue, with plenty of space, indoor/outdoor options, perfect desert views, and an all star team, we HIGHLY recommend Tanque Verde Ranch!!

he indoor/outdoor hybrid space was so well utilized and all our guests loved being able to go between the two. The food was delicious, from the cocktail hour appetizers and charcuterie boards to dinner. We were also pleasantly surprised by the portion sizes of the main dishes.
Not only is the venue itself wonderful, the staff at the Ranch are equally as amazing. On our wedding day, every single employee was so helpful and kind, each going out of their way to help! Special shout out to Nicole Meiers, who was our wedding coordinator. She was always so organized, timely and coordinated everything for us effortlessly. Even on our wedding day she was there helping out, and she even bustled my dress! How much more can you ask for?!
They made our day so special and I would recommend this venue to all my friends and family without question. I would give this venue over 5 stars if I could!

u really want tentative people who are going to be there to answer whatever questions you may have. The Events managers were just that. knowledgeable, prompt with responses, and upfront about every detail. Not to mention, the beauty of the Barn location- just unreal. We have had people talking about the stunning location for months after our wedding. You truly could do whatever you wanted with this space. Go with any type of vibe (Boho, traditional, western, etc.) and they will help you every step of the way.

I signed a contract to get married at the Barn at Tanque Verde Ranch in 2019 before COVID started and before the Barn was even built. The first time I saw the barn built, I could not even believe what I was seeing, they exceeded my expectations and it is so beautiful. I, like many other brides, had to postpone my wedding due to COVID. I could not have asked for the process to be smoother. They were understanding and willing to help in whatever way they could. I worked with two wedding coordinators (one who opted to start her own business and left the ranch and Hanna Pease) throughout my time with them, I do not have one bad thing to say about either of them. I only can continue to rave about the superior service I received. Without the help I received from them and the rest of the ranch, my wedding would not have been as spectacular as it was. Tanque Verde was a true partner at my side with me every step of the way. They could not have been more supportive or understanding. The ranch is beautiful! The barn is beautiful! The food is amazing and the staff does anything they can to go above and beyond. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

ole, who was so easy to communicate with, so helpful, and dedicated to her job. The planning process was great and TVR was wonderful to work with. My only complaint/recommendation to TVR is regarding the menu tasting. My family and I were shocked when we arrived at the tasting to only be given a small piece of meat to try. You don't get to see the food plated, taste any of the sides, or try/see your salad choice. We had no clue what everything was going to look like/taste like until the actual wedding, which was unsettling. For the cost of a wedding at TVR, the tasting should be an actual tasting like at other venues. Thankfully, the food ended up being delicious, but not knowing what to expect - especially for a wedding - was strange. Other than that, the experience was great and we highly recommend this venue for weddings and events!

before and loved it. Second, all of the staff we worked with (especially Nicole who was our primary contact) at the ranch were friendly, thoughtful, and meticulous. We had to postpone our wedding because of covid, and they helped us through the planning process, and made sure our various covid concerns were addressed. The barn opens almost entirely on one side which means it has great airflow, and the venues at the ranch where we had our auxiliary events were all outside (Cottonwood Grove and Rincon Terrace). The staff all wore masks, and we were able to have staff serve food at the events where we had a buffet. Tucson was a destination wedding for us, and we were able to do all of the planning remotely. We didn't meet the staff in person until a few days before our wedding.
On the day of the wedding, the ranch staff handled shuttling us around the property numerous times, and made sure we had transportation to and from sunset photos. They made sure we (bride & groom) ate during cocktail hour, helped with the bustle on my dress, and cleaned and decorated the bridal suite for us while we were at the reception. Also, the food at our rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, and post-wedding brunch were all delicious. We had multiple comments from guests about this.
Another plus of having our wedding at Tanque Verde Ranch was that all the other Tucson vendors we worked with were very familiar with it. Our florist, cake, and makeup vendors all knew exactly how to set up and where to go.
We would 100% recommend having your wedding at Tanque Verde Ranch!
