We had our first call with The Tatted Planner about a year ago after talking to a couple of planners that seemed a bit too traditional for us. Since the first minute, we felt The Tatted Planner understood what was important to us and they helped us come up with a vision for our wedding that perfectly matched our personalities and our needs (bilingual and bicultural wedding). They also helped us find a photographer that adapted to our budget. While visiting the venue with Barb, she came up with the set up of the rooms and gave us suggestions for details we hadn't really thought of. She took care of all the logistics and communicated well with the vendors to make sure everything went smoothly.
On the day of the wedding, Alexis and Barb guided the wedding party through the different parts of the ceremony while their assistant, Austin, took care of arranging the rooms where the ceremony, the cocktail hour, and the reception were going to take place. In addition, the whole team worked well with the different vendors and everybody was at the right place at the right time, which was extremely important since the ceremony and the reception were in the same room and it needed to be flipped. Although there was a last-minute change in the timeline and the grand entrance was later than expected, all the guests were extremely happy with the wedding and had a great time.
We honestly couldn't have found a better team for our wedding. It is extremely hard for me to delegate but The Tatted Planner made sure we were able to relax and enjoy the day, we'll be forever grateful to the whole team!
Barb was truly amazing and made me feel like I had a friend to lean on throughout the planning process. We sourced vendors together - both the photography team and coat check service Barb recommended turned out great. Barb was especially helpful with planning the flow and layout of the venue, and eventually making our vision come true. She even helped us come up with our signature drinks! On the day of, we had Barb and Alexis and they made sure every detail was taken care of. Alexis did a great job prepping us during the rehearsal a day before the wedding, so no hiccups whatsoever during the ceremony. They handled all communications and arrangements with the venue decor, bar, DJ, catering, coat check, etc. So we barely had to deal with any logistics on the day of. It went as smoothly as a wedding could be. They made sure my husband and I had a private moment together which really helped us push through the rest of the night. For couples who want to relax and enjoy their wedding day you have to go with The Tatted Planner!
Alexis with The Tatted Planner was incredible! We had already contracted our vendors before signing on with TTP, so she worked with them for scheduling and coordinating the day of the event. She took care of every detail, managed the hiccups in the plans the day of the wedding, and kept us all calm and happy. She made sure the wedding couple had no responsibilities after unloading supplies at the venue. I would 100% recommend TTP to my friends. Thanks Alexis and Callie!

My wife and I can't say enough about Barb with The Tatted Planner. She was fun and personable, and so incredibly helpful with the whole process! Our goals for our wedding were pretty unconventional, and she never missed a beat. She listened, asked good questions and provided helpful feedback from her experience. Barb connected us with an excellent photographer, a fantastic caterer (who accommodated for our vegan guests!) and had rental tables and chairs dropped off and set up at our venue.
On the day of the ceremony, she was so on top of things! She greeted guests, helped set up, and was generally a lovely presence. While getting dressed, I realized that I had forgotten the corset I planned to wear with my wedding dress. As I was trying not to freak out, she calmed me down and personally helped me find a solution. She also stepped up and explained how our ceremony would work to our guests, as it was a little atypical and relied on audience participation.
Everything went marvelous!! Our ceremony was on October 31st and was Halloween themed, and Barb came with a fantastic Coraline costume complete with blue hair! She nailed the theming we wanted and it was so nice.
We're so happy that we found Barb. Her work as our planner was professional and indispensable. We couldn't have had such a great ceremony without her.
Barb and Alexis helped execute my vision perfectly. If something went wrong, I don’t know. As far as I know, all of the vendors were on time. Everything went smoothly. I was able to relax and go on autopilot. The meetups and communication was great. I always felt like we were on the same page and I trusted them fully to use their own creativity when it came to areas that were not a big concern of mine. I cannot recommend them enough and hope to go to more of the weddings they host in the future. Thank you girls for everything 100x over.
I absolutely LOVED The Tatted Planner!!! They were always just a text or phone call away and I felt like I always had someone on my side. They honestly felt more like friends that just happened to be helping me plan the biggest party of my life! Both Barb and Alexis will NOT LET YOU DOWN! I would give more than 5 stars if I could because they made me feel so comfortable in letting go (and I can tend be get a bit crazy when its down to the final hour.) Blessings from above! If you are looking for a team of people who are super responsive, incredibly savvy about the wedding world, and truly kind humans who are honestly so much fun to be around, then look no further! Barb at TTP was a miracle worker. We booked Barb as a month-of planner, and from the beginning, she helped us hone our vision for the wedding and suggested ways to make the big day even more special and authentically ours. When it came to vendor contact, she was always one step ahead and kept each vendor up to date in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She was so prepared and keenly aware of our vision that whenever a vendor had a question, Barb already knew the answer. Then, on the big day, she and Alexis were a godsend! They handled every vendor, every rogue family member, and answered all of our many last-minute questions. The peace of mind they gave us from the planning process to the wedding day itself was truly priceless. We had the freedom to focus on our wedding bliss rather than worry about any hiccups from vendors. I would give them 100 stars if I could on this review. They were the best wedding vendor we worked with, hands down. We truly could not have been happier with Barb and Alexis at The Tatted Planner. Thank you both for taking care of us like we were your close friends and for allowing us to fully soak in the magic of our special day.
I had a destination wedding in Greece. As you can imagine, planning a wedding from a totally different country- can be extremely stressful! Luckily, I had Barbara!!! On the day of the wedding, there was so many moving pieces but Barbara didn’t let me feel or see any of that process. She took care of everything and left me with 0 worries. Definitely recommend The Tatted Planner!
