el so welcomed. We told him we would stop by for after dinner drinks and even though we returned near closing time, he stayed an extra 20 mins to service us. I will definitely visit Thompson Atlanta again.

The bar and restaurant on the 10th floor had a great atmosphere, and the food was delicious. The complimentary shuttle service was a huge plus, and a special shoutout to Randy—he was fantastic!
Although we were disappointed to miss our connecting flight, our unexpected stay in Atlanta turned out to be a highlight thanks to the exceptional service and hospitality at this hotel. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

I didn't stay in a room as I was visiting the hotel on a resort pass for the day. The staff was extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful. The valet opened my door and provided instruction. A gentleman opened the door for me to enter the ...
hotel, and 2 young ladies greeted me promptly at the desk. One recognized me by name and had my wristband waiting. I was escorted to the rooftop and given additional details about hotel amenities. The pool was small but scenic, and the food, drinks, and service were on point. Overall enjoyable experience.

I enjoyed my stay here it’s in a good location not far from downtown. It’s an airport hotel. Airlines only pick hotels for there employees if they meet certain criteria ie safety.

is that the front desk couldn’t break a bill for me to tip people instead I was directed to the restaurant or valet! This actually is a huge deal. I should immediately be able to get change to tip the staff with $$$ seriously? They need to have access to cash! We still use US currency this is the United States! Why make it difficult to tip your staff! I’m going to contact corporate also because it’s a big deal!

nt for my birthday and it wasn’t a really good experience at all. What a waste of money! Literally had to beg to get a glass of champagne. Never again!! Almost $300 down the drain.
