Thirsty Wheel took care of drinks for our wedding outside of Eugene at Loloma Lodge and we couldn't have been more happy with the service and drinks! Jamie was very responsive and kind from the beginning when we reached out for a quote and helped guide us through the process of picking drinks. We love that they have so many of the drinks they offer on Instagram so you can see what's in them. The bar cart itself is absolutely beautiful as are the people who run it!

On the day of our event, they arrived early, set up everything flawlessly, and brought such great energy to the celebration. They were friendly, engaging with guests, and kept the drinks flowing smoothly all night. Our signature drinks were executed perfectly — guests are still talking about how delicious they were! What really stood out was the level of service — they were attentive, anticipated needs before we even asked, and helped create a fun, elevated atmosphere at the bar. They handled everything with grace and enthusiasm, making our day even more special. From design to construction, we wanted to set ourselves apart while also paying homage to her Mid-century modern roots. Luckily it wasn't and I am so glad! Jamie was such a great resource before the wedding day, helping us plan our signature drinks and recommending a local place to order kegs. The day of, Jamie and Mike showed up organized, energetic, and ready to go. Our guests loved interacting with the Thirsty Wheel team and I can wholeheartedly recommend them to other couples getting married in Southern Oregon. Their pricing was reasonable, they mixed great drinks, and they were lovely people! What more could you ask for?

I am a wedding planner in central Oregon and one of my couple's hired the Thirsty Wheel for their wedding day. I had never worked with them before so I did not know what to expect,...

but honestly they were beyond exceptional. Jamie was quick to respond to my emails and answered all of my questions promptly. She was also happy to jump on several calls with me to help clarify details as the event date approached. On event day she showed up early and worked with me to get the trailer set up in the perfect location. After she was set up, she even helped me move some rental items that another company had dropped off in the wrong location. This was obviously not part of her job description, but she was willing to go above and beyond to help make the day special and seamless. The serving staff during the event was very professional and friendly. They were also flexible for when the couple decided to add on more service time at the last minute. Jamie and her team are incredibly kind, considerate and exceptional to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much and I look forward to having you at more of my events in the future!

We designed a challenging cocktail menu and were a little nervous about it being well executed but Jamie's cocktails were spot on. She even created verdita for one of them. They were affordable, professional, and easier to work with than some of the mobile bar services we have used in the past for the same type of event and I highly recommend!
