On our honeymoon, our bags never got put on the plane. We contacted Jessica via email and she was on it immediately. We flew Delta but the bags got put on an American flight to get them to us faster. She took a lot of time contacting Delta and American, tracking them through the process. When they got delayed in Miami because of Tropical Storm Matthew, she was still on top of it! After we got back, she helped us file our claim with Delta and a claim with one the excursions that got cancelled because of the storm. Jessica helped us so much and we really did appreciate it!!
