Lauren was super responsive and professional in all of our interactions. She was very knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to make sure that we had an amazing Hawaii honeymoon. She did not disappoint! Lauren did an incredible job helping my wife and I plan our honeymoon. Even though we presented her with quite the challenge of planning a European trip at the last minute she still rose to the challenge and delivered us an amazing experience. Lauren helped me plan my dream destination in Cancun years ago and recently planned an anniversary trip a few months ago to a different resort in Mexico. I can’t say I loved that resort as much as where we got married but it was still an amazing trip! I absolutely recommend lauren at the travel mechanic to help plan your wedding related travels! She took all of our needs/wants into consideration to find the right resort for our wedding and made so easy for all of our guests to book their rooms and airport transfers through her. I have very HIGH expectations for customer service and I must say Lauren is absolutely phenomenal. I was really indecisive on what i wanted to do for our honeymoon. She helped me narrow down my options and assisted me during the entire process. Lauren handled the booking for everything, she sent us some goodies in the mail. She also had a welcome letter for us at our destination. She sent us emails during our honeymoon to confirm our safety (hurricane was approaching) and to make sure everything was going smoothly. She is definitely my go to when planning a trip.

Lauren with the Travel Mechanic was fabulous to work with. This is coming from someone who is generally the “planner” of all things travel and event related when it comes down to group events/outings. Using Lauren was my first experience using a travel planner and I’m glad I did. Lauren helped to plan my 14 person bachelorette trip in Cancun Mexico in November 2021. With so much being up in the air with travel restrictions, she definitely helped to be sure that we stayed up to date with information. I had guests flying in from all over the US and one from Europe and she worked to be sure we had seamless experience. When my MOH and I went to her initially, she presented us with wonderful options to match the vibe we were going for the trip and put together a presentation for us listing pros and cons of each property. She also gave us the information in a written format. Even though our first option was no longer available when she went to book for the group, the second contender was still great and met all of our needs! She was amazing at finding something that fit our budget and provided a great (and safe) experience! I was even greeted with a beautiful welcome sign when I checked into my room and the resort was stunning! Communication with Lauren was great. She was available by email, text, and telephone leading up to our trip, which we really appreciated. I later found out that she was even texting some of the group about their arrivals even though she was away on a cruise herself! Talk about great service?! When there was a break down in communication on one thing, Lauren was quick to stand by her word and remedy the situation without any hassle at all. She also gave each person in the group travel tips and guidance, scheduled our excursion, put us in contact with a photographer who got amazing shots of us on the beautiful beach, and gave each attendee an itinerary prior to arrival. Beyond that, I met Lauren in person a few weeks after the trip at a bridal expo and she remembered the trip and even some of my group member’s names and asked about their travel and experience. We clearly were not just “another number” to her, which definitely informed my decision to also use her services for my honeymoon. For my honeymoon, I admittedly was late in the process of even looking for honeymoon options. Despite this, Lauren guided me to something that I think will be perfect and have a balance of relaxation and adventure that speaks to what my fiancé and I were wanting in a honeymoon. The property also is beautiful and I think it will fit our needs even though it was one I had previously dismissed when I did my own research. This really showed me the importance of working with someone who has a deeper knowledge of vacation properties and surrounding areas. Overall I would recommend Lauren for your travel needs if you are looking for someone to help you have a smooth trip. I definitely told others about my pleasant experience working with her and one of my friends decided to use her services for her birthday trip and she, too, is very much pleased with her services.

The team at the travel mechanic has recently planned an anniversary trip to Disneyland California. I thought I could easily do it myself but I saw a tik tok video of Stacie and her tips, I just had to book with her! I am so glad I did! My wife and I just returned from our dream honeymoon in St. Lucia! The resort, La Toc, was gorgeous, the butlers we had were phenomenal, and the restaurants were delicious. Lauren did an amazing job preparing us for the trip! Her recommendations for excursions were great and we enjoyed every second! I HIGHLY recommend Lauren with the Travel Mechanic and we will definitely be planning an anniversary trip with Lauren in the near future!!

Lauren is incredibly helpful when it comes to narrowing down where you want to travel. There are so many options these days, particularly when it comes to a honeymoon. Lauren listened to our priorities and gave us the clarity we needed on our destination. She was professional, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend!

Lauren was amazing and super flexible considering we had to postpone our honeymoon 3x because of COVID! She helped us with logistics for rescheduling and even got us a credit at the resort. We wanted a very special resort in Mexico and Lauren suggested UNICO 2087. The boutique resort far exceeded our expectations and we had a magical honeymoon. We are already lining up another trip to Mexico in 2022 and will be using Lauren to help. Highly recommend!

Lauren was so fun and easy to work with to book our amazing honeymoon to Mexico… during the pandemic!! She was there with all the tips and tricks and made the process so stress free. Lauren helped plan our honeymoon and most recently our anniversary trip to Thailand. We traveled amidst COVID and were nervous about COVID but we decided to proceed with Lauren and her on site team that was in destination. We were having an amazing time until the US borders were shut down two days prior to us returning back home. Luckily we texted Lauren and was able to ask her to get us home ASAP. Lauren instructed us to proceed to the airport. her onsite team took us there and waited while we exchanged the tickets in person. We were then taken back to the hotel to pack and try to enjoy our last night while the world began to shut down. We were in contact with the onsite team and lauren the entire time which helped. We are so thankful we used a travel agent like lauren who had our backs. It made us at ease knowing we weren’t alone. We will always use Travel Mechanic when traveling internationally!

We were supposed to go to Italy for our honeymoon in May 2020. We had planned some amazing experiences in Tuscany, Amalfi and Sicily. Lauren was able to select villas and experiences that we really wanted. We even invited friends to join us on a portion of our honeymoon and Lauren was able to help make it a seamless experience. Unfortunately our honeymoon was cancelled because of COVID travel restrictions. We were absolutely upset but glad we had Lauren to help navigate it all.

Lauren helped us plan an amazing Hawaii honeymoon. We knew we wanted to go to multiple islands and Lauren was able to create an amazing itinerary for us. The hotels were both fantastic. It was worth the splurge! Unfortunately, one of our tours got canceled due to weather and Lauren was able to assist with getting us a refund on that. However, all in all, the trip was wonderful and I am so appreciative of all the help Lauren gave us. We were truly able to relax and enjoy! Lauren was so helpful and so flexible from the first consultation to the last day on our honeymoon. At first, we could not decide between a Thailand or Bali adventure, so Lauren prepared two itineraries for us to compare the experiences (and budgets) at each destination. After much thought we went with Bali. I let Lauren know some of the activities that I did not want to miss while we were there, and she was able to customize our trip while still staying within our budget. We traveled right before covid and Lauren and her on-site teams helped us so much with feeling safe. We splurged on some amazing private plunge pools, and seriously- WORTH IT. There was one hotel in Bali that wasn't what we expected, so I texted Lauren right away. She was so responsive and was able to help us get rebooked at another resort within hours - which turned out to be the most epic spot of our trip! This is never what you want to do when on your honeymoon, but we were so lucky to have Lauren just a text away! She helped us feel cared for at all times and made sure we were happy. I honestly don’t know how we could have had such an amazing experience without all of her support and guidance. It was the Honeymoon of a lifetime and we will absolutely use her again in all our future trips.

Lauren helped plan an amazing Thailand honeymoon for my husband and I. We knew we wanted Thailand but weren't sure where to begin... Lauren was able to provide us with hotel options, activities and exactly what we needed to travel there. She simplified the process for us and made us feel well taken care of from before our trip started to arriving back, she was there every step of the way. The planning was seamless to say the least. From the moment we stepped off the plane everything was lined up, driver service with a name sign, champagne in rooms upon arrival, drivers waiting in lobby for excursions. We used Lauren to help us book our honeymoon to Sandals Negril and it was the best decision ever! We didn't have to stress about anything during the process. When we had questions, we asked her and she responded in a very timely manner. We cannot wait to use Lauren again for our next trip!
